    Bought a 3500w generator from powersmart via ******. The generator came with a 2 yr warranty. The generator died with less than 100hrs on it. *** made 7+ attempts to contact company about resolving this issue under the warranty. The carburetor seems to be the problem. The company sent me troubleshooting diagram that had so many errors I wasn't sure it was for my generator. I sent 3 more emails. Finally contacted me and said they would have to contact warehouse for correct carb. That email is dated June 1st. I want the issue fixed or a new generator.

    Purchased lawnmower directly from company website on 4/4/2025. Used the lawnmower on 3 occasions. Attempted to cut my lawn on Sunday 5/25/2025 and it would not turnover. I tried calling customer service without success and finally was able to reach someone via chat. The representative told me I would have to video the mower not starting a send it to their technicians so they can diagnose the issue. I advised the representative that I followed all of the recommended troubleshooting procedures provided in the guide with no resolution. My mower is barely a month old and should not be performing so poorly.

    Ok. So I bought a Lawn Mower from ******* witch I guess they sell for PowerSmart brand and the lawnmower broke the belt. I can't find the belt nowhere , I try to find it at ************************** strait through the company and they don't even have the part I need witch is a belt for this lawnmower in stock. Never even told me when they will have one in stock or where can I get a replacement for it. The model of this lawn mower is : DB8631 and the belt I need is : ********* v belt. And at one point I did an order through them and I was expecting this belt , but they cancel my order as they said and I still got the cancelation , that this item wasn't in stock , but never said where as I wrote to them several times after , like 4 times I have wrote asking where to get a replacement for this mower. My grass needs to be cut every week or so and now I'm stuck with a lawnmower that doesn't work because I can't find this belt anywhere. How can someone sell a machine that you can't get parts for?? Specially a lawnmower belt? It's crazy , insane and ridiculous that I can not purchased a belt because I cannot find one , more insane that I can't get one through the factory direct.

    Bought a lawnmower that was damaged called the company to see what I can do to get it fixed since it was damaged when I opened it. Waited on hold for 2 hours to be told no one was available to take my call and was promptly hung up on.

    I purchased a snowblower in October 2023. It was more than two months before the first snow where it could be tested. I found out that they return policy expired after 30 days. How can I check the machine if theres no snow. I tried to use the machine and it did not even finish the first Attempt. It runs, but it will not blow snow. When I contacted them, they wanted me to repair it. I had just had back surgery and couldnt lift, but they werent understanding and were trying to see to it that I had to do the repair job. I asked for a refund they refused.. They offered a half refund and parts. I tried to get them to do the full refund, but they wouldnt so I accepted the half refund and parts and they change their mind. The equipment is not correct it should not be purchased. Other reviews state the equipment does not work for long.

    Purchased snowblower, used twice, and it broke. The bolts were not tightened when manufacturing the product and wheels that blow snow jammed. They offered to pay for parts but not the labor on an item that was used twice and only a year old. They will not return calls or emails. Very unprofessional

    I never received my refund or new pressure washer 3200 psi from the ******************** refused to refund me. Had 9 parts missing

    I purchased a lawnmower from PowerSmart via ******* in June 2024. It stopped working in September 2024. I have an automatic company warranty for two years. I contacted the company in September 2024 and I corresponded with a customer service *** named *******. I don't have her last name, but I do have all of the emails that she and I shared. She told me what I needed to send to her, the item name, price, where I purchased it, item number, etc... and I did that. I have emails to prove that I did. My claim was approved. I finally spoke with the manager, ******* ******, in November 2024. I initially wanted a ***lacement item, but she said they wouldn't be back in stock until February 2025 and that I should contact her then. I did that every day last week, but she still hasn't responded. When I spoke with the customer service ***, *******, she said they're modifying their warranty and now I would have to have a diagnostic test done on the lawnmower before they would honor their warranty. The manager said absolutely nothing to me regarding amending their warranty. I told the *** they couldn't change the warranty because they didn't want to honor it. They have to legally honor the warranty that was in place at the time I made the purchase. Since they're being so disingenuous, I would like a full refund and I told them that in an email on February 14, 2025. I contacted their corporate office as well, but I haven't had a response from them either. They are attempting to change their warranty policy to avoid honoring the current one I have. I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THE LAWNMOWER I HAVE THAT DOESN'T WORK UNDER THE WARRANTY I PURCHASED WHEN I PURCHASED THE ****** IT CAME WITH THE ****** I hope the BBB can help to not only give me justice in this case but to show corporations that they can't make up their own rules or laws to ***lace the legal ones. That they are not untouchable because they're a corporation. (I will send you all of the emails per your request).

    I bought a snow blower on 12/2/24 I used it for the first time this past weekend from the snow we had, i noticed and it grabs the cement and doesn't glide smoothly Thought maybe the auger needed adjusted. I called the company and they told me that this a defect in the model and that is just the way they're made. I asked for a refund and I would return this i can't hold it up very long as he stated to snow blow the snow. He said I couldn't return it for a refund.. I am disabled and can't lift much.. This product is no good to me and i have spend another ****** for a different snowblower. Stand behind your products.
