The snow blower was given to me as a gift for my son 14 months ago. The snow blower was broken out of the box. I called the company and they assured me that they would send me a replacement part and give me the name of a service company that would fix it for me. Because of that I did not return it to the store. I spent the last 14 months communicating with the company via email and have been given multiple excuses- the part is out of stock, I need to purchase the part on **** and then they will replace it, they will order this part as soon as it comes in and send it to me, I have checked multiple Parts suppliers and **** and there's no part to be found. I cannot return it to the store because the 90-day return policy is up. I feel like the company is just waiting for my 2-year warranty to run out so that they don't have to do anything to fix it. They said that because the return period has expired I have to pay shopping for a return. They were the ones who assurs me they would repair it, that is why I didn't return it. Order from Powersmart USA 2 generators shipped with *****. ***** didn't deliver to the correct address, ***** say they are responsible that they only need that Powersmart provide us with a "shipping waiver form" with is standard procedure. I bought a brand new PowerSmart mower in August 2024. Shortly after in September 2024 the belt cover broke rendering my mower completely unusable as grass now gets onto the belt and burns. I have tried to contact PowerSmart customer service numerous times about needing a replacement cover, my unit is still under warranty so they should be sending one at no cost to me. I have gone back and forth through email with their parts department since they would not answer my phone calls. The part has been "out of stock" for months but I was promised it would be back in stock in November, then promised it would be back in December. They offered me $20 for 'inconvenience' but never sent it and at one point their email response was to purchase an entire new mower, but they would not pay for it. It is now January 20th 2025 and the part is finally available to purchase on their website but their parts team has been giving me the run around on getting the belt cover; since my unit is under warranty I am due the part at no-cost rather than ordering and paying for it. I fear they will never send me the part and I will be stuck footing the cost of a replacement.Business Response

I'm helping my elderly sister with this claim.**** ********* ************************************************************************** The snowblower was a problem right out of the box with a bent scraper bar, which resulted in the auger not turning after catching the scraper bar and breaking the plastic engine pulley and shredding the belt. This was reported to customer service. **************** requested to send it back with the customer covering the cost of freight. That request was unacceptable. Since then, the unit hasn't been used. I found the plastic engine pulley cracked in half. A shear pin should have broken first. The pulley is available. However, the shredded lightweight pulley belt seems to be unattainable. The snowblower is worthless at this point. Paying $500 for a new unit that was damaged right out of the box is totally unacceptable, let alone not a simple belt not being available for it everywhere I look. I purchased 2 power smart self propelled mowers from my local Menards and both of them quit working about 4-6 months after buying them. They are suppose to have a 3 yr warranty but I can not get anyone at power smart to answer or respond to messages.Business Response

On September 13, 2024 a lawn mower part was ordered by telephone and billed to my credit card. Two weeks later I called their parts department and the part had not shipped. I was promised that this would ship 1-2 days later and the part has still not arrived. Subsequent to this on October 21, 2024 I attempted to use their online platform to determine the status of my shipment. They do not respond. I placed a order from this company through the ******** ************** I never received this order even tho it said delivered on *** website. I complained to *** and was told to contact the company which I did and they gave me no kind of resolution. *** was adware that all of my packages that I receive at my address is to go to the management office but they refused to honor my request even though its an option in their app. Im at no fault responsible because I paid for an item and it should have been delivered to me. Im asking for a replacement and this time send it so that my signature is required so there isnt no misunderstanding about me receiving my package. Temu order number was PO-211-***************** which came to a total of $659.47. All I want is my replacement to be sent to me.
