    I've been trying to cancel this order since May 6 to no available. Also put a note for the ***** driver that I was refusing thus item. I did open sla case with Paypal on may 7, asking them to not pay, due to cancelation requests via email andbphone. I tried contacting them via ******** and no one from this organization has answered my requests. We'll, the mower was delivered today may 11th anyways. I want to return it for a full refund and never, ever will I do business with these people. Trying to reach them by phone and email is impossible.

    Bought the lawnmower and assembled it. During the first use the wheel broke half way though. Tried calling customer service, during operation hours, three time. The first time I was hung up on after three min. The next two time I was on hold for 25 each with no human contact. I also tried emailing twice with no response.

    Purchased a snow blower from Powersmart on November 18, 2022. When I received it the light did not work and the battery lasted only a fraction of the advertised time. They have a 30 Day money back return policy. I tried to contact them for two weeks trying to get a return label. Finally filed a dispute with my credit card, they credited my account. Weeks later I received a return label and returned the snow blower to Powersmart. They received it on January 25, 2023. It was delivered by ***** and signed for by a **************. Then on April 12, 2023 the $849.00 charge was back on my credit card. The credit card company said Powersmart declined the refund. They have the snow blower. I just want my $849.00 bacl. I have a log from the last week where I have been on hold for everyday for over and hour. Send emails everyday and only get an automated reply back. Please help.Thank You,************************* ************

    I needed to contact the company in February 2023 to order a new belt for my snowblower since they didnt have the parts available on their website. I tried calling customer service multiple times with no answer, online chat with no response and finally got an email response that took over two weeks to accomplish what was needed with days in between responses. I have now again been trying to contact the company with no success for the past two weeks because it was the incorrect part so I need to order the correct one.

    I purchased a Powersmart mower model # DB2194PH, serial # ******************* on **/**/2022. This model has a 3-year manufacturer's warranty. On 4/21/2023, while using the mower, a rear wheel broke apart and fell off the mower. My warranty registration and purchase email receipt are attached. On 4/21/2023, I emailed the info per attached to Powersmartusa, along with a photo of the broken wheel to notify them of the issue and request a replacement rear wheel. I also emailed the company on 4/24/2023 and 4/26/2023 to follow-up. To date, I have received no response. I am only requesting that a rear wheel be sent to me at no cost, under the existing 3-year warranty. The mower is currently unusable until a wheel is provided. Currently I cannot recommend family and friends purchase from this company due to poor customer service and product quality. Thanks for your assistance.

    Order new product when I realized it was not necorderd new lawnmower when realized it wasn't necessary . I sent 3 emails to support email to cancel order and called. On hold over 20 minutes, no response from emails to cancel.

    I purchased a PowerSmart 20V cordless Blower, Model #PS76101A in December 2020 using Amazon. The battery no longer holds a charge. I have attempted to contact PowerSmartUSA many, many, many times and have been unable to reach a customer service representative to inquire about purchasing a new battery. The online site does not show an option for a 20V battery. I have called both telephone numbers listed for PowerSmart, ************** and **************. My calls are placed on a music hold and eventually the call disconnects. I sent an email using the Contact ** feature on their website almost 10 days ago and have not received a reply. **************** for this company appears to be non-existent. How can I reach a PowerSmart representative to ask about a battery?

    Purchased mower P/N PSM2322SR. Drive cable has stretched and broken. Air filter assembly is fuel damaged and has cracked and fallen off.The unit has a three year warranty.I have tried to reach PowerSmart at ************** several times to get repair parts. Each time, I was put on hold for ***** minutes with no one picking-up the phone.I would like the repair parts sent to me or have the mower replaced or to be issued a complete refund so that I can purchase a different brand of mower that holds up.

    Purchased lawn mower from Power Smart *** and came with broken right wheel. Called customer service (several times) and sent email to company, but never got a hold of anyone. It's been 30 days past their return policy, but have not had anyone respond back to resolve my issue. Nor can I get a hold of anyone to determine how to return/refund my purchase
