    Received a new blanket for Christmas and after only using a few times it no longer works at all. Attempted to contact customer service to no avail! So disappointed!!

    I purchased my electric throw, after about 3 months the heating would cut in and out. A few weeks ago it quit completely. I emailed the proof of purchase and product registration twice. After the follow up I sent, I received an email to call. What is the point in forcing a call when all the information is in the email? Send me a label, I'll even return the broken one. Seems to be bad product and bad customer service is the standard.

    The electric blanket I ordered a month or so ago came ok except the blanket had big ********** on it and a couple of black spots on it so it looked used to me. If I hadn't gotten rid of the box that it came in, I probably would have sent it back. It does work however, so far.

    I have purchased 2 Biddeford heated blankets in the last month and both have burnt out. Attempting to contact customer service but their products are terrible, in my experience.

    I bought a biddeford throw exactly one month ago to replace another biddeford blanket that only lasted less than a year and here i am, with two blankets that stopped working. The throw lasted exactly a month. I thought perhaps it was just a fluke but now i know that biddefords are junk. Not impressed with these products at all.

    This company is awful. I have been trying for days to contact them for a replacement controller, but no answer E-mail request, no answer to phone.

    I don't know what all the BAD reviews are about! I've been buying Biddeford electric blankets for years. Their warranty is stellar, second to none! You don't even need to send in the warranty card people. All you need is the Model # and Tracking number and they look up when the blanket was sold. If it's under 5 years, they replace it without question. As far as customer service goes, the reviewers here must not have the right phone number. It is here, https://biddefordblankets.com/contact/The ladies there, always answer the phone and take care of their customers. All of these bad reviews must be coming from a rival company trying to give them a bad name.IMO.
