    An electric blanket was purchased in December. It stopped working in February. The booklet stated that there was a 5 year limited warranty, with a customer service phone number. When I called this number, I was told by a representative and then a manager that they were not part of the ****************** even though their very first interaction was to tell me about a special sale on the Biddeford products. Furthermore, they stated that Biddeford had gone out of business, but their products are being sold by other companies. I asked them why the phone number in the product booklet was their phone number if they are not a part of Biddeford. Neither did they provide me with another phone number to solve warranty issues. I think that this is all a ploy to avoid responsibility for their product warranty.

    I have a throw that the controller has stopped working. I have sent them emails with no response. I have tried calling the number that is listed on the throw and even searched the number on the internet. The number that is provided, goes to a ******** line. The throw that I have now is a replacement from the original that was purchased. The original throw lasted only 6 months before it stopped heating. The replacement has lasted 11 months, but now is not working.

    Purchased a twin size electric blanket 6 weeks ago. It worked for 2 days and quit. I tried calling the business number in the owners manual. It is an erroneous number. I have emailed the company 5 times without any response. Any assistance BBB can give would be much appreciated.

    ***************** I called the customer support number regarding failure of one side of blanket. Got a lady I could barely understand. She wanted my phone number, email asked if I was over 18, wanted my name, address THEN she wanted CREDIT CARD EXPIREATION AND NUMBER !!! End of conversation immediately !!!! . Stay away from this operation. Does not deserve any star rating.

    I've tried reaching them phone and email no response phone disconnect. Purchased electric blanket with 5 year warranty that was Purchased 11/29/2023 that stopped heating within 3 months. ** ****** of course says can't return to them past the 60 days so now I'm stuck with the malfunctioning product.

    Complete inability to contact company with complaint regarding king electric blanket malfunction. I sent email direct tried numerous times customer service number constantly busy tone as in no one will answer. Sent emails to a **** listed under corporate, no answer. Even tried shipping department in hope of speaking to a human....phone mail box is full. King ******** Blanket under 5 year warrantee. Registered 11/12/2022. Purchased 11/2/2022. Model# OBP04. One side on blanket is not heating. No error codes on controls. Went out late 2023. Not working when tried numerous times since. Paid $92.66 at **************** in ******** *****. Recordings say no matter what time of the day office is closed. This Product Is Not Fit For Purpose. Product is still being sold. Non existent ***************** Warranty means nothing! I have full name and email address of the **** at Corporate level. This company needs to be investigated.

    No star review. I ordered a Biddeford Blanket and the controller stopped working after a few months of limited use. I have attempted to email and call the company every weekday for a month straight with no response. The automated office voicemail states that the office is closed even though the calls I made were conducted during their normal business hours. The automated email reply states to call the 800 number. Terrible product and customer service. I will never buy from ********************** again.

    Trying to get in touch with them for several weeks. Tried to call and then text but no response. I have a controller that keeps showing ** They said in manual to call them if that happens. This heated mattress pad is only a few months old and under warranty. Said company opens at 9 but no one answers. Tried to send email and said it wouldn't go through and to try again. I am very upset with this company and think I will have to notify the consumer help section of the state.

    The heat controllers for the blanket stopped working in less than a year. When I reach out to customer service, I get NO response. I regret spending money on this product because it worked only for a brief period of time!

    One of the digital controllers for my BIDDEFORD ******************** Heated Blanket stopped working last night. From what I'm reading here, I guess I won't be getting a replacement controller. One email to the company bounced back to me and, like others, trying to send a message on their website is not possible "at this time".
