5 starsI have used this company before. They provide prompt and reliable service. The repairman even gave me information about the types of doors which probably have been installed in the past. My house is more than 100 years old- a traditional chicago bungalow. It had never occurred to me that it may have been used for horses at one time.Great company. 5 starsI really appreciate their high-level customer ********************** and rapid response even on weekends. I have been relying on Precision Garage Door for over 10 years to service and maintain our two garage doors, and they are consistently excellent in everything they do. The one time that we had a problem with a logic board on one of our garage door openers, they came out multiple times until the problem was fully resolved and our garage door was working again. Most recently, they did a full refurbishment of the springs, cables, rollers, and bearings on both our doors, and all the work was completed in about two hours. One of the two mounting arms that supported my old garage door motor broke late in the day. I called Precision in *********** and they came out the next day. I purchased the top of the line Liftmaster, belt driven motor.Great product, courteous professional service and excellent value. In addition, their field tech manager, **** was first rate. Highly recommend!

Penarose ( July 2022). We are very satisfied with the repair service done on our garage by Precision. The repair tech was very knowledgeable, professional and upfront. Did not try to sell services or parts not needed. The garage door cable, rollers was fixed very well and no more noise from opening and closing the door. I definitely will recommend Precision and will use services for future reference.Precision Garage Door
