    My issue was caused by myself, I subscribed under my name, my nickname, etc. thus causing multiple issues. Disc Mags support were patient with me and corrected the issue. Great customer support!!!

    I called Discount Magazines to review all of my magazine expiration dates. ******* could not have been more help-ful with everyone of my questions. I had to thank her so much, as I have 7 subscriptions, with all different dates of expiration. I was very pleased with all of her help, I ask if I call again, can I ask to have her help me! Thank you again Discount Magazine for having such a GREAT, PLEASANT, and helpful customer service employee!!

    I realized that I hadnt received a magazine for several months. My subscription had also recently auto-renewed. I contacted DiscountMags by phone and the agent I spoke to (****) was very helpful. Everything looked good in DiscountMags system so he immediately reached out to the clearing house and the publisher. It turned out to be a problem at the publishers end. It took a while but he kept at it and ultimately made sure that my renewed subscription was active and that the expiration date was extended by 6 months to cover the issues I missed. He kept me updated by email and answered any questions I had. He even gave me an overview of the magazine subscription business logistics! DiscountMags is lucky to have such a responsive and helpful customer service agent as ****!

    I had a great experience when I spoke with **** today.He was professional. He was knowledgeable. He was very friendly.And he was great at listening and thats so important to me And I think most customers.He listened carefully and understood exactly what I was asking and was able to answer to all my questions - And I had a few of them.He made the entire experience of having to call & get accurate answers very easy and pleasurable.Thank you!

    I was a bit flummoxed that I could not get through to customer service online, but I must say that I got a call-back within two hours. The advisor who helped me was polite, efficient, and offered me many options to handle my subscription. Very good service!

    I received outstanding customer service from ****. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient while I navigated the site. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and was an enormous help to me. It's rare to receive this kind of service these days so I was very grateful I got him when I called in.

    I had an issue (no pun intended) with my subscription not starting when it should. **** so kindly went to bat for me with the publisher and extended my end date for the ones that were missed. What great customer and follow up!!

    **** was super helpful today with my subscriptions. I was confused about how the orders were listed under my account and he was very kind and patient and solved my issue and went above and beyond. Great customer service!
