    Hi, I called about a question regarding a subscription I have. **** answered the call and was unbelievably helpful. He explained the change in pricing, changes in publishing trends, and how the company is able to offer certain deals. **** was beyond helpful with answering my question and resolving my concern. He is an asset to the company, and the reason why I'm going to find another publication to subscribe to from you. Thanks for having a great service and for having people like ****. I couldn't be more pleased with my interaction.

    Discount mags is one of the most wonderful companies I have ever dealt with. They do return every call and the people who work there are just Wonderful. I really recommend recommended.

    It was a pleasure to have ******* as my customer service rep. *** was very knowledgeable, listened carefully to my issue and was quickly able to find a way to solve my problem. ******* is definitely an asset to the company. I will definitely recommend Discount Mags to others because of her stellar service

    I called DiscountMags to make sure my address was updated for my subscriptions after moving. **************** delivered more that I expected -- they contacted the publisher, made the address change, and the publisher will extend my subscription due to the 2 issues I'm missing because they're already going to my old address.

    I've never had such a pleasant experience with a customer service representative! I had emailed and voicemailed DiscountMags because there was a problem with my order (too long to go into!). I was extremely surprised and happy when I got a call from **** within a couple of hours of my voicemail. Not only was he so patient and actually listened to my concerns, he handled my issue within minutes, took my order over the phone AND gave me a greater discount because of the problems with my order. Thank you ****! I'm sure my grandson will love his gift!

    **** IS THE BEST!First I want to say that I was so pleasantly surprised by prompt and efficient customer service. **** was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I was able to alter my subscription quickly and easily and it's so nice to have a stress-free interaction on something like this.     **** assisted me in ordering my new subscription to *************** for my front office.***** was my former subscription company and without notice abruptly discontinued their subscription department. I had several magazines on order. I was upset to say the least. A Neighbor recommended Discountmags and I was so pleased with ****. He had to step by step assist me and did so with such patience, the type of patience I show my clients. After retiring from a school district for over 30 years and opening a little tax filing business I deal with people all the time. **** would most defitily be the type of person I would choose to work with.. Again thank you ****. I will refer Discountmags to others often.******* **********

    I was having a problem with renewing my subscription on the website and called customer service. The ***resentative was so helpful and patient as we both tried to resolve the issue, to no avail. Finally the *** told me that once the charge appears on my credit card I should call back and they will refund the difference between what I was charged and the discount I would have received if I had been able to renew online.I just saw the charge had gone through on my credit card, I called back and the ***resentative said he saw notes from my original call and that he would be happy to refund the difference. That was all I had to do and it was done.Discount magazines has the most amazing customer service! When you call you actually speak to a real human being and get service. It is particularly striking now when calling customer service usually means long wait times and having to deal with complicated phone trees and not getting straight answers. I am a very happy customer!
