We know you've recently noticed a change in your People subscription. Many subscribers are noticing their subscriptions are being switched to Digital. We understand how much you enjoy reading the print version of your *************** so we apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured, the publisher is working diligently to resume production of the print edition and has given affected subscribers access to the digital edition at no extra cost so you do not miss out on your favorite content. Please note that the temporary digital subscription will not count towards the term of your print subscription. Once print production is resumed, you will receive the full remainder of your print subscription. The publisher has stated a temporary global paper shortage as the cause. They are struggling with increased paper prices and low supply. Per the publisher, We anticipate these subscribers resuming their print subscriptions within the next few months as supply chain issues improve. People is an iconic brand that continues to thrive in print and benefit from the investments weve made this year. This is just a temporary freeze and they plan to have Print back up and running as soon as possible. Your subscription will just be frozen till they can get Print mailed again. Once it resumes it will pick up where it left off. For example, if you had 20 issues left in your term when your account was paused then when it starts back up it will still have those 20 issues. Your expiration date should be the only thing to change. It would just change to a later date.

Any concerns about cancellations and refunds were answered and taken care of almost immediately. Melody was extremely helpful. I have ordered from Discount Magazines for a few years, but had lost track of exactly how many I had!

I moved and updated my delivery address in January 2022 and have not received a single magazine issue since then. I understand there is usually 4-5 weeks of delay after updating your delivery address, but it is now almost July 2022. That's 22 weeks. 22 missed issues that I paid for. I've filed customer support tickets asking for a refund or free issues past my initial subscription to compensate for this but no one has gotten back to me.

Excellent customer service. Great price and very reliable. They gave me prompt attention and resolution when I had an issue following a change of address for a subscription for my son. Very attentive and continued to keep be notified of progress with inquiry. Highly recommend them.
