    Discount Mags is the only place I will order magazines. I had a problem with Star digital getting started. They worked with me and worked with me and I gave up. ***** asked if she could do an inquiry and I said yes. The very same day I started getting the e edition of Star. ***** and anyone else that helped me, I so appreciate it. Very very great customer service. Always friendly and ready to solve whatever is going on. Love Discount Mags

    I received an unknown charge on my credit card. I called the phone number listed on the charge explanation info line. When I called, the phone rang for some time and I eventually got a recording to call back later. When I heard the recording, I thought, "Here we go...a wild *********** to track down the charge." Later that day, I received a call from DiscountMags reminding me of the magazine and that it was set up to automatically renewed. The customer service representative then sent me an email offering to cancel the charge if I wanted. As it turned out, I'm keeping the magazine order and I am very impressed with the customer service shown to me.

    I am owed a refund and an explanation from Discount mags. I have now sent over 10 emails on this matter. Turn around time went from 5 business days to 10 days. Even that would have been okay if they would respond.

    Ive had the pleasure doing business with Discount Magazine for many years.And have needed extra service a few times for different reasons. Address change on a gift subscription already sent.And recently a subscription notice from the magazine itself changing to digital.A nice representative of discount magazine assisted me in contacting the magazine and explaining my need for paper version.Im so very pleased with the service I receive and will continue to send gifts subscription to many beside the magazines I enjoy.

    I am very happy and satisfied with DiscountMags outstanding service and customer care.They were able to get my *************** print subscription restarted after it had been discontinued one year early.

    I received 3 gift subscriptions for Christmas 2021 through DiscountMags. I had to contempt them with delivery issues for 2 of the magazines (this is my 13th email contact with them, however. I must say ******* in customer service did an excellent job of trying to resolve those issues. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed and attempting to get the PUBLISHER to correct its problems with delivery. 1 magazine's issue remains unresolved: the subscription for COUNTRY LIVING was for 10 issues; I received my first issue of CL on 1-11-22 and have not received any more since. ******* has worked diligently to resolve the delivery issue since I contacted him about the problem. The PUBLISHER said they "extended" my subscription to March 23 and I should be getting all of my issues beginning with August 2022 and ending with March 2023. THIS DOESN'T ADD UP HOWEVER: 1 issue rec'd. Jan. 2022 plus remaining issues yet to receive: 2 Aug 3 Sept 4 Oct 5 Nov 6 Dec 7 Jan 2023 8 Feb 2023 9 March 2023 = 9 issues, NOT THE 10 ISSUES I AM DUE! I don't feel DiscountMags is at fault at all---THE PUBLISHER FAILS TO TO "GET IT" OR IS WILLFULLY IGNORING THEIR MISTAKE!

    Ive had wonderful experiences with Discount Magazines. Had delivery problem (1st time ever) actually from the Magazine ordered and they worked tirelessly until it was resolved. Have ordered many magazines these past few years. Thanks

    I have been using DiscountMags for several years to buy and renew subscriptions, and I can honestly say I haven't found a better deal. I recently renewed a subscription and ended up with duplicate magazines instead of a renewal. I contacted DM and they worked with the publisher to get the issued resolved. It took a couple of weeks, but they kept me informed of the progress along the way. Good customer service and good deals. What more could you ask for! I do wish they offered a few more "outdoor" and hunting magazines! Hint! Hint!
