I wish I could use a 0 star rating!!!!My children work two shifts and save their money constantly they bought a 2018 shadow 40' toy hauler and two weeks after purchase a tire blew out and there was sever damage to the side of the toy hauler. They took the unit to Camping World and they said a piece of cake and it would take 30 days to repair and paint, first they said they could match exactly and it will blend then next they stated it would not match. The insurance company only paid for the damaged area, of course, so that meant that the side would not blend and look like a patched up POC fast forward I paid for the whole unit to be painted so it all matched they said no worries add another month 7 MONTHS LATER HE IS WHAT WE RECEIVED Running lights still not working from the damage they were paid to repair Awning lights not working Flaws throughout the unit where paint was running and still chips and where the taped off the coach it looked like ************************* worked on it!Someone s*** in the toilet There was used condom wrapper by my daughters bed The door was damaged from someone prying it open Their response was wow that's not cool someone must have jumped the fence and slept in there THAT WAS IT!!!!!!My children had to take the coach because they paid for a weekend at *************** Once the trip was over they dropped it back off for repairs They went there today mind you 8 weeks later!!! Camping World actually took a black sharpie and marked up the holes and the blemishes that were still on the unit They told me that the company that did all of the work had been there for several weeks making it right meanwhile it looked worse! The running lights still don't work and pieces still missing from the unit and door still damaged I have asked the manager to call me SEVERAL times with no return phone call! I told his staff to tell him to be a man and get on the phone we are now being escorted off the property by police because he considered that a threat!

I purchased a travel trailer (2022 Wildwood ****** 273QBXL) on July 30, 2022 from Camping World, **********, **. Upon purchasing the trailer I was advised that it would take 3 weeks to fix a recall on the trailer, that was no problem we accepted, with the stipulation they provide us with the part number for the warranty issue as it is an issue with the slide-out getting stuck to which salesmen ****** and us all agreed they would do that. 5 days later (August 4, 2022) I received a phone call stating the same trailer I purchased, different VIN was available and ready to be picked up because of the previous sale falling through. I accepted to purchase this new trailer. However, I advised ****** at Camping World of ********** that I would not be able to pick up the trailer until August 20, 2022, to which he stated that was no problem and we set up the delivery appointment for 9am on August 20,2022. Upon our arrive to Camping World, ********** on August 20,2022 we did a inspection walk around of the trailer and found multiple issues, such as gasket around the outdoor kitchen was ripped, shade over the dinette was broken and would not stay down, slide was making noise, as well as chips in the paint. We brought all of these concerns to ****** in the sales departments attention and she stated that we would be able to have it fixed, at another time as they did not have the parts in stock. I then explained how this Camping World location is over 2 hours each way for me to drive, and the trailer is 30ft long which would cost over $100 each way in fuel to drive it to and from **********. I then asked ****** if we could bring it to another Camping World location, as Camping World Bridgeport, ** is about half the distance. ****** then told us that we may have to bring it there for Camping World Bridgeport to diagnose the issues, I explained to her that this was absolutely unacceptable as Camping World of ********** had 3 weeks to prep this trailer and make sure nothing like th

We had a brand new 80k camper. I didn't buy it from camping world. We went on vacation to another state and picked a country out of town RV park. Before I knew it I had rodents chewing lines in my underbelly. I immediately called around and camping world was the first available place for repairs. They charged my insurance company 18k in labor and 2k in parts and "fixed" all the issues. We drove 12 hours to pick it up, all night, and it was worse than when we left it. The whole thing was totaled. I ended up with 3 claims because of this place. They were negligent and did not protect my possessions. I lost thousands of dollars plus our 5th wheel. I filed a complaint with their corporate office and they said they were not responsible for the rodent damage. I said well you knew they were in there obviously when we brought it and you were supposed to mitigate the damages. But instead you did the repairs, if they even did them, and didn't fix the problem causing the damage. That's like a tree falling through my roof and I replace the flooring because it got wet but leave the tree in the roof. They were supposed to be a responsible bailee and mitigate the damage , and then remediate the damage but they did not. The whole process was a headache and I had given birth to my little baby boy in the middle of it so I honestly wasn't worried about the camper. I figured picking a corporate well known establishment I wouldnt have to call every week for an update. Next time I will take it to the local hole in the wall.

Surely a business with so many bad reviews should be closed down. They are a bunch of Unethical idiots from the stores all the way up to the corporate level. They have held our 5th wheel hostage for over a year now with a repair that was supposed to be very minor. A refrigerator that wasn't cooling and a small piece of trim on the window. Over a year later it has still not been fixed with more damage than what there was when we took it in. It was a brand new 2021. They have since broken a window, broken the fridge door, broken a stabilizer, a slide and the list goes on. Never returning our calls and having to drive 2 hours each time to get an update. Obviously all this time we are still paying storage fees and the monthly payments as all those with campers know are not cheap. It has now come to the point where we now have a very damaged new camper that is never going to get fixed by them. They will not give our money back and keep the camper so we now have to pick it up with nothing fixed and they've had it so long it's out of warranty. There's so much more I could say about how disgusted I am by the way they have treated us with our complaints. The whole place should be closed down. They should not be able to treat people this way and steal their money because this is really what they are doing. Anyone who is reading these reviews, I hope you take them seriously and stay far, far away from this company. They are here to help you avoid these places and we are writing them to help others not go through what we are going through.

Purchased used rv on 03-10-2022 was at dealers 70 percent until may May 18th 2022. Had many non working issues, and i had to replace the awning. After we picked it up went to Lake Erie, and upon setting up we seen on the side the awning was put on showed large waves on passenger side. Came home contacted service and was told nothing can be done. After that we took it to camping world Indiana and got a $19,000.00 estimate. And after going through corporate still nothing will be done, and we paid 34,600.00 for it. And we looked at it 5 times before we bought it and when we got it back and drove 150 miles is when it showed up. It was not showing on unit when we bought it and us and the salesman was looking on the outside all 5 times. We feel that that knew and did not disclose to us , we also feel it happened when they put new awning on it and damaged the first one and put another one on it. We feel scammed
Service is terrible and management is very rude and will not help solve the issue, wants us to bring back and give up nothing for it on another unit. It only has 4251 miles on it

Brought a new camper from them and it leaked from a storm. Tried to take it back and to tell them I didnt want it anymore because it wasnt made properly. They said it was under warranty but I didnt want it anymore. They told me to sell it but I wouldnt get half of what the camper cost brand new if I sold it on my own.

I purchased a 2022 ********* ************ in March . I have numerous problems with my RV . They dont want to help fix anything. The fridge is leaking , toilet leaking ,sink leaking . They installed TVs I bought from them , one with a DVD player in it, that doesnt work right .they charged $100.00 per TV to install. The service manager in ********** is a joke . He told my leaking fridge is a piece of junk , and there is nothing he can do about it. Wish we all had a lawyer to help us .

We bought our camper (class c 2022 Thor *******) we picked it up on august 8th 2022. While going through it we noticed the freezer door wont latch. ***** (technician) told us thats not camper world its made by some cheap company in china but well order new parts). By 8/10 we advised them of a list of issues on our BRAND NEW motorhome. We notified them (**** specifically) about our door not latching correctly. We were told nope go on our vacation the door will be fine. Well day 3 of our 10 day vacation our door handle is no longer attached. We have a 1 year old daughter and 2 dogs with no door. It drops down to 55 at night, thats obviously a problem with the baby. We called corporate, Kingston and even Thor and all they do is push us off onto each other. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Go anywhere else. We are now stranded at a ************* miles from Kingston with their EXTENDED warranty with no door. We cant drive it down due to liability and they wont come to fix it. We have to pay out of pocket to have a mobile RV repairman come and fix it who most are 6 weeks out. Dont listen to *** when he tried to sell you the extended warranty Ill never leave you stranded well we are stranded with no help since Friday 8/12. I offered to bring the motorhome to them on 8/12 and they said no need. Well now were desperate and now that they already made the sale they dont care. It will add $100 monthly (via good ***) and they will sell you up a river. We bought a brand new lemon and are now unable to come home and are pursuing other avenues to get home and get our money back. Feel free to email me and I can give you pictures of our issues. CSANSONE817*g*ail.com. Corporate was less than helpful so was Thor and camper world of Kingston.
