      We purchased a camper through camping world. Camping world arranged for it to be delivered from another state due to inventory at that store. When we got it, the quality of the camper was not to par but we had already committed to it due to having to pay the travel costs of the transfer. After a couple weeks, we decided the camper was not for us and wanted to trade it back in knowing we would take a bit of a hit with value. Camping world said they would take it back in as a trade for a 50%, $16000 loss. We only used the camper once and felt this was unacceptable. After many attempts on our side to speak with corporate, we were told by two people that there is nothing that can be done. We know we should have done more on our part to investigate the value and camping world but never expected a 50% depreciation. I think people should be warned of this so they are not taken advantage of also.

      I bought a new camper from them and was promised an *** of 3 slide toppers for our slides (we have 4 slides but settled on 3 free in the deal as one is under the awning). They only ordered 2 and put them on. Told us they would order the third one. After a month I had not heard from them so I called to see if it was in yet. The service person ***** (who was very nice and professional) said the internal manager ***** put a stop on it. I firmly believe I was treated this way because I am a woman and they feel like they can get away with not giving me what was promised!!I texted our salesman, *************************, and he was so very unprofessional. He responded with this text message to me after I told him they stopped the work order and to inquire why I wasnt getting what I was promised. Copy of text in picture!Sorry you feel that way. Yall traded in a unit that was rotten and falling apart so bad we had to whole sale it, I got you a discount on your unit, and the slide toppers you did get were free. So confused on how we are wrong.Now, Im not sure how what we traded has anything to do with the fact that they promised us 3 toppers and we only got 2. They knew the shape of our trade before hand and I can assure anyone we basically paid full price for our new unit anyway so dont see how this comes into play.The point is. They did me an *** for toppers and did not deliver on their promise.If you buy from them, you better have all that was promised before leaving the lot with it.Update. Cooperate contacted me saying the *** showed 2 toppers. So they went back and altered the initial ***. I found my copy of the *** and have hired an attorney for falsely altering documents and discrimination against a female. They will wished once over they would have just given me what they promised.

      We bought an ** from Camping World on 6/30/22. We got pressured to sign on this day, so they could pad the June results for the ** ********** location. We had a small list of items that needed fixed from our unprofessional walk through. The ** sat on their lot for 8 days while we waited for transport to come and take it to our property. Plenty of time to fix the small list. Well, nothing got fixed from the list. The walk through was with a young man who made it feel like he was in a rush. He is the GMs son, so he knew nothing was going to come out of whatever effort he put in. Once the transport got our ** to our property is when we noticed nothing was fixed, and then the list got much bigger. We communicated back to ***************** about our issues with no communications back from them. The customer service at ** is horrific at best. We figured out we were sold a **** of goods on our **. We were very specific on what we wanted in our **. Solar prep, w/d hookups, all season, etc. Nothing too extravagant overall. Just well-built and will last. Our salesman told us the ** we bought was all season. It was a three season according to ****************** We were told the solar system on the unit would run the fridge. It doesnt even come close even after we upgraded to 3 panels.We contacted ** corp, and were assigned an advocate to assist with get things fixed and our wants satisfied. She has been helpful in getting some results. Since the time of her interaction, she has tried to get results out of *****************. She hasnt gotten many results either. They were supposed to schedule mobile techs and pick up the **, but none of that has happened.At this point I would look at this as breach of contract. Nothing has been fulfilled from the contract we signed. Do I get a lawyer at this point? Certainly, considering it.Dont buy from Camping World Golden. Not worth the hassle. ** Corp: Cancel the contract, take your ** back, and we can go our separate ways.

      **************** is terrible.We where sold a Ready to go camper that was in fact not ready to go. Not even a week after getting one of the tanks was leaking into the under belly, after we where told was replaced and fixed. No one wanted to return my phone call, until after I spoke with corporate. After all this i then realize they added 5k extra to our price we did not agree on. (This is not the tax, ******, licensed, gap insurance, or warranty) The customer service is by far the worst experience I have ever delta with. We will never recommend anyone to buy from here.One week after taking it back up there for it to be fixed it once again is leaking Into the belly of the camper. The black tank was spouse to be replaced before we even bought the camper. This will be the second time we are having to take it back up there to be fixed. Now the belly is busted and I hope the floor of our camper is not ruin from all the moister of it sitting in there. Also the 5k extra that was added on was the 3 year warranty, that we in fact wanted, but was informed that it was no cost to us. Be sure to double check your paper work & not just got off of what they say. Cause In our experience 90% of what we where told was a lie.Dropped our trailer off once again to have the tanks fixed on Wednesday (7/6). Was spouse to have it back today (7/8) It is now the grey tank that I asked them to check last time we where up there, which they claimed was good. I was informed this crack had been there since before we bought. They are spouse to check everything & run test. I was told there testing would of never found that crack. We where then told we can pick up & use the trailer but they dont recommend running water cause it is still leaking. After taking it back up there Grey tank was replaced & was able to pick the camper up on 7/29 only for it to still be leaking a week later.

      Horrible..bought a 2022 mallard on saturday, drove it directly to camp site (less than an hour away). The electric hitch would not work, turns out one of the wires was severed. Hooked up to water, checked all the faucets.....water poors everywhere inside RV. None of the plumbing was even connected. Even the out door shower leaked, not even hand tight. It gets better.... less than 24 hours later tha AC stops working. ***** in August, 90 degrees inside camper, had to go get a hotel room. Called manager at 10 am this morning, he promised someone would call me back immediately. Its been 9 hours, nothing. I start looking around at everything, tons of minor issues, brackets not even connected to skirting, screws missing, screws not even tightened, shower pan is litterally disconnecting from wall in 3 different places. This companies QC departments ***** d*** They sell a s*** product and dont give two f**** about their customers. Dont even step inside store.

      Camping world sold ** a camper and broke the front **** when delivered it almost a year ago in ******. The service department has promised to fix it and the other problems that arose due to not having the **** work for almost a year. They even had us bring it in in which we had to find another place to live for weeks at a time and didn't fix the problem, didn't give us any reasons why it just sat there. Contacted cooperate office and still no response. Need resolution.

      Would give 0 stars if I could they bait and switch with sales and service is a joke. They say nothing is wrong with the ** for service then you try to trade it in and EVERYTHING is wrong with it. This place is full of shady people. I dont know how they sleep at night

      I wouldn't recomend this place for anyone. I sold my camper to them a month ago and I have not received any money from them yet. I keep getting the runaround with them. I filed a complaint with the corporate office over a week ago and still not resolved. I feel I may have to file a lawsuit to get my money. I have the contract from them but that is it. They have horrible customer service. I can't even get anything out of the one I worked with.

      If I could give zero stars I would. They do the switch and bait. All lies. Buyer beware! Do not BUY from here. Waste of time.
