The Illinois Energy team did a great job installing block windows in our basement. They were reasonably priced, efficient and finished the job quickly! I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in window installations.

2 starsIllinois Energy replaced two windows in our home and we are happy with them. A few years later, we decided to use them again to replace our back patio sliding door. The window is beautiful and we are happy with it. The problem I have is that the men installing the door damaged something inside of our wall. The outlet to our outside light stopped working the day after the window was installed. I NEVER had problems with it before. I called to voice my concerns and kept getting the run around. They told me it must have been damaged before and the installation exasperated it. They took no onus for the damage, refused to send someone back out, and now my back porch light does not work. I asked for them to send an electrician out, but they would not. I am extremely disappointed in the way they handled this. I need more window work done in my home and will never use this company again.Review fromAlexis A

From the first phone call, to the final installation, everyone and I mean everyone was kind, professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my time and my home. I loved the various selections and options. They were extra careful to make sure that they measured everything correctly and that they had exactly what we wanted. The installation went smoothly, quickly and they kept cleaning up throughout the installation process so that there was minimal dust and debris. They cleaned everything up spotlessly! The door looks fabulous and we are very happy with the entire process and our beautiful new front door!Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

We had a new door installed with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding and couldn't be more pleased! From the office staff to the installer, everyone was so professional and courteous. The door installation took one day total and my house was left as clean as when the installer arrived. I would definitely go back to them for my future needs!Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

I am very pleased with the windows that have been installed by Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc. From the sales rep patiently answering all 101 questions I had about what windows would be installed, and why they were so good. Illinois Energy offered options for pricing, making it possible for me make this home improvement. The entire team was very professional, from point of sale, to the representative that took the measurements of the windows to be replaced, to the installers that arrived promptly on time. The installers worked quickly to install 7 windows the end of December. There were follow up calls from the office asking if I was pleased with the windows, the installation, and if I had any concerns. **************** is part of the complete package that I do appreciate. Better yet, I can keep my curtains open now and not feel the cold draft that the old windows allowed.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

My experience from start to finish was exceptional. I had old wooden windows that were starting to rot and wanted new white vinyl windows. ***** was very helpful and friendly in the showroom. Then ***** came out to my house the next day to explain the whole process, take some preliminary measurements, brought an actual window, showed me videos and gave me a complete quote. I committed to the project at that meeting and got pre-approved for the financing. He was very prompt and professional. Then ******** came out to do the final measurements. The installers were also prompt and laid down tarps everywhere. They came out despite the freezing cold weather and installed 7 beautiful windows in a timely manner. I spoke on the phone to the general manager and to **** and ******. All called when they said they would and were very helpful and professional. I have used Illinois Energy Windows and Siding at my current residence and at my previous residence. I am very happy with this company. The windows are high quality and have helped keep my heating bills down during the winter months. They kept me informed of the installation process. Their installation crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. Illinois Energy Windows & Siding stands behind their product and has great customer service.
