I had all my houses window frames replaced by Illinois Energy and it looks great. We were looking for a high end, durable, craftmanship front entry door and Illinois Energy Windows & Siding gaves us a solidily built Mahagany front entry door with custom side windows. The decorative elements in the window is beautiful and elegant including bringing in much needed light in the area. We have nothing but great reviews from friends, neighbors, and family!! The whole process from selecting new windows to the physical replacement was very easy. They were flexible to my schedule. The crew that came to replace the widows were professional, courteous and on time. They cleaned there mess. They were respectful to my pets. From the original aalesman to the installation, everyone was professional and helpful. I appreciated never feeling pressured to make decisions. They did a great job with everything. We got a window replaced and also a door moved and new windows installed.They do more than just replace windows They will do the cut outs, siding, some electrical, drywall, trim. Pretty much everything you need.There was a minor issue with the door they put in not beening adjusted properly and light was seeping in but they were quick to fix it. There customer service has been very responsive. To anything I have had trouble with.Definitely a huge recommendation from me.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.
