Good quality windows with great communication and financing. We have used them twice already and will continue using them in the future. If you have any problems they are very responsive and will fix it right away

We are so pleased with our gorgeous new front door. With so many choices to pick from we made the right one for our entry. The salesperson was so attentive to our wishes and made sure we were happy. We had a great experience working with Illinois Energy. The sales consultant spent the morning with us discussing the most cost and energy efficient windows for each room of our home. There was no pressure to upgrade or spend on additional features. We were shown a portfolio of nearby homes and competitive prices to help us make an informed decision. The office was in frequent contact with us prior to installation to ensure it went smoothly. Installation was completed in one day, and the installers were professional and courteous. The windows have been a great improvement to the look of our home, along with providing much better insulation and outside noise reduction. We would certainly recommend Illinois Energy to anyone else looking to replace their windows!Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

Illinois Energy did a great job. Salesman was not ****** pushy. I was able to look at windows in their showroom without an appointment to make sure it was the type of window I needed for replacing my condo windows. They provided all the materials I needed to get permission from the association. Installation was professionally completed. Workers were polite and efficient. We had a hard rainstorm after installation and no leaks! No reservations in recommending this company for replacement windows and patio door.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

Illinois Energy was easy to work with, they came out for a quote for 9 windows. The replacement windows came in earlier than expected and were installed to satisfaction. I would recommend getting a quote from Illinois Energy.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

I was in need of having 2 large rotten windows replaced. Now how to choose a window replacement company? I've seen all the ** commercials for various providers. I was concerned about the installation as there was some rotten wood. I eventually selected Illinois Energy Windows, as the installer are not subcontractors. They were also able to configure a custom window that works better but still met the home owners assoc. requirements. Upon arrival the installer laid tarps all the way to where the windows would be installed. The installation went smooth and they actually cleaned up after. Illinois Energy did a great job from sales to installation! I live in an area with an *** (not fun to work with) *********** *** was willing to go above and beyond to get this done. *** worked with me a lot to get the *** on board. Then it was smooth sailing! Illinois Energy is a top-flight company! They were on top of it from the moment we called them to inquire about our large windows (68 x 46). We had three-to-four companies come through our home with the same spiel but Illinois Energy had a good price (somewhere in the middle) and had a warranty that was above-and-beyond better than all the competition. We were able to haggle a little to get to a price that worked for both parties. When the day came to have the windows installed, the contractors were quick and efficient. It looks as if the windows were always there. They cleaned up and overall did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.
