We just had a massive window replaced in our living room and we could not have had a better experience. Our salesman was great - friendly and knowledgeable. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. The installation actually took a lot less time than we thought, which was great! We had a great experience with IEWS. Everyone we've talked to has been professional, friendly, and knowledge. We spent a lot of time with their sales rep. as he went over the product, install expectations, financing, and warranty. They communicated with us throughout the process, from the initial sales meeting to customer service after the install. The ********************** look fantastic, the install was very quick, and I know we have a great product that will last us years. Plus having a great warranty that is transferable is huge. We have more windows that will eventually need replacing, so we'll definitely be returning customers in the future.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

We have had all of our windows and doors replaced by Illinois Energy. They are true professionals. Their sales staff are very freindly, helpful, and do not try to pressure you in any way. Their instalation crew is very quick, efficient, and when they are finnished, there is no sign they were ever there. (Excpept the new windows of course.) Everything they install has a lifetime warrenty. Our dog scratch up our patio door screen, and they came and replaced it the same day, for no charge. From the initial estimate, to the scheduling, installation, and follow-up, our entire experience was top notch. *** came out for the initial meeting and estimate for five new windows we were hoping to replace and was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and in no way pushy. And when we had follow-up questions, he kindly returned to our house the following day. Shortly after deciding to proceed with Illinois Energy and Windows, they sent a follow-up technician to double-check measurements prior to manufacturing. Our windows were manufactured and ready for installation several weeks early and ******** made scheduling our installation super easy. *** and his crew (3 total) arrived right on time on install day and quickly got to work with laying down protective plastic and tape to keep dust to a minimum. We were told they should be able to complete the job in one day, but might need a second day depending on how the install went. *** and his crew worked efficiently, but in a very thorough manner and ended by around 3pm. The team was diligent in cleaning up all of the debris and dust and made sure we were happy with the installation and had all of our questions answered before leaving. Beyond being very happy with the final installed product, I am most impressed by the organized and professional communication we experienced from start to finish. Despite interacting with numerous points of contact, it was clear that all were on the same page and up to speed on the project history and status. I would, without hesitation, go back to Illinois Energy and Windows for additional window replacements. Great job all around!Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

I found Illinois Energy on a neighborhood group app. Every time someone would ask about new window or door installation I would see Illinois Energy mentioned positively. When it came time to replace two windows and an 8 ft. patio door, I checked their reviews on a number of sites and they were rated very highly. I went with my gut and I'm glad I did! I have an entire wall of two beautiful windows and a patio door. There was a little hitch with not having a lock on the door from the outside (my fault for not being on top of that), but they took care of it within a few days. When you have a larger expenditure and there are so many choices, reviews help make that decision easier. So, thank you, and you're welcome!Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.
