    We met this company years ago at a fest. They continued to follow up every other year and were never pushy. We finally decided to replace our sliding glass door. Tristen the Sales Rep was professional and friendly. He did an outstanding job. Door was delivered on time, install was scheduled in a timely manner, and installers were on time and respectful of my home. They did a great job and I would buy from them again. I am very happy with the work performed!!

    Value added Service would highly recommend I highly recommend using this company. Their windows are crafted with the best materials to generate energy savings in utility bills. The look of the windows are excellent as well, the value is there.

    We purchased a modern Castleview custom entry door in March 2022. There are many unresolved installation problems with this and original storm door. The entry door has gaps around it; the door has popping loud noises the same time everyday which is threatening and annoying, sounding is if someone is trying to break in; bottom rubber is wearing out because it is rubbing against the threshold. The company removed my original functional storm door during installation and, without permission, refuses to reimburse to replace. The initial install of the entry door was well encased in aluminum, appeared to operate fine. A few days later there were noticeable opening and closing problems, a visible nail/screw left unpainted inside the side panel of the new entry door. The company sent another installer to adjust the door hinges. Still remained, problem with closing and opening and digital lock not performing well. Company to send installer, if, as directed, to purchase a storm door and they would install it at no charge. We, hesitantly with no recourse, purchased a new ****** "hidden closure" storm door to replace original. The Company sent another installer to install the storm door and fix the opening closing problems. On installer's second visits, he completely: Destroyed the looks of the Castleview custom entry door by removing the initial framing and aluminum casing; made a wood frame for the prehung "hidden closure" storm door, then poorly hung the storm door, leaving gaps and openings around the storm door. Summary, the company refuses to honor the lifetime 100% warranty to repair, replace, or service the Castleview Entry door, unless we deny their involvement with the install of the ****** "hidden closure" storm door. Company says, all our requests to fix, repair, replace the entry door and costs of replacing original storm door are unreasonable. Unfortunately, other means to have company perform within terms,including, complete customer satisfaction is warranted.

    We replaced all our windows using Illinois Energy. Turn around was quick and the quality of the windows is great. Weve already noticed a difference with no more drafts or leaks. There was a small issue at installation where 2 of our screens didnt fit quiet right. The company repaired and replaced them quickly. Overall we are satisfied and happy with our purchase.

    This is the 4th project Illinois Energy has completed for us. We are return customers because of their honest dealing, fair prices, and quality product. They have been more than happy to work with us as we complete a set of windows at a time. Their windows are well-insulated against the cold and noise. Our house backs up to a busy street, but youd never know it with our new windows.

    We had 4 windows replaced from being rotted out. They replace the windows and the material around them to ensure the best quality. The also completely tore out one window and replaced it with a different shape. All the work looks great and it was all done in one day, including clean up. I'd use their service again.
