We began a project to replace our home's windows in a phased approach starting in 2016. Each of the four experiences was as pleasant as the first. IE offered a one-year same as cash to offset the significant expense all at once.From sales to installation to customer support, the ********************************************* (IE) team that worked with us was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. IE stands by its products and installation; any issues, IE will address them straightaway with a follow-up appointment. Best yet, the windows come with a transferable lifetime warranty. No other window company offers that good of a warranty.Now for the product itself; I can not say enough about the quality of Illinois Energy's windows. They are custom constructed by the Amish. The windows are tinted, filtering out the damaging effect of the sun to minimize fading. The windows are sturdy, easy to clean, and aesthetically complement my home's interior and exterior.

We used Illinois Energy Windows and Siding to replace our front door 4 years ago and just a couple of weeks ago to install a sliding glass door. Their team was fantastic to work with. ***** was very courteous and thorough when picking options, their team followed up before manufacturing to make sure all the information was correct, and their installers did a great job and cleaned everything up. Very professional, prompt, responsive, and quality windows. They did not try to oversell and they worked with us to order the types of windows we sought and within our budget. Installation went exactly as advertised. Based on my experience, I highly recommend.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

We first had Illinois Energy replace 4 windows on the second story of our home facing the street 16 years ago. We chose Illinois Energy at that time because of the quality of the windows, the value for the price, and the lifetime guarantee. Now 16 years later, we have not had even one single problem with any of those windows. So when we needed additional windows replaced, Illinois Energy was an easy choice for us. The new windows were just installed this week and we were again very pleased with the quality and value of these windows, and the professionalism of the installation team. We hired Illinois *********************************************** for new windows for our 20 year old home. They did an amazing job! Ive heard horror stories of getting new windows, and bad installers leading to leaking issues later on. Your sales staff was knowledgeable and experienced. Your installers were amazingthey are Picassos of window installation. The inside trim work they did, and their attention to details meant I had NO touch up work to do after installation.
