    Worst company I have ever dealt with. **************** sucks!!!!!!!!They sent me the wrong thing and then held the right order hostage and did not over night it after waiting 1 mo for what I had payed for they such big time will never ever be using again!!!!!

    I would like to first say, i can be a nightmare of a customer. If something is wrong with an item upon arrival, i fully expect to have it replaced or refunded quickly. I have place several orders with Smoke day. They have worked with me in replacing a torch, after some explanation and them verifying it was a legitimate issue they fully refunded and offered an appologie for the inconvenience. COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN TOP NOTCH. We were impressed enough to buy a Carta 2 from them for upcoming rosin reviews and they even gave us a small bonus discount(even though when you compare FINAL prices on web sites they are still the cheapest). I have recieved above and beyond service and communication, thank you!

    Ordered a stndenglass gravity bong, first of all you cant beat their prices. I got a little worried because my order wasnt updating after a few days so there was no tracking number created but I reached out to customer service and they answered me the same day & were super helpful!

    This place is absolutely the best. Prices are insane and the customer service was over the top. Fast shipping and quality products. I ordered Studenglass gravity bong and a 14 inch phoenix bong. Love them both. About to place another order for the studenglass modul.

    I have had great service from Smoke Day. First, I forgot to include the code for 10% off before I placed the order. I emailed them and asked them to apply the discount, and they did it right away, no questions asked. I ordered two things - a hookah travel case and an ashtray. I got the case more quickly than I expected, but didn't receive the ashtray. I sent them an email and they responded right away that they packed the ashtray inside the travel case for more secure shipping. Had I opened the case, I would have seen it.I couldn't have asked for better service or more considerate handling of my order. I'll definitely shop with them again!

    I ordered a G-pen Roam from SmokeDay at a ridiculous discount and couldn't be happier with it. It was shipped within a day and had no issues with tracking or anything and had it in my mail within the week. They have a nice selection of glass and e-rigs at very decent prices and after I thanked them for my purchase I received a nice response in my emails and that extra bit of personal touch was also nice. No question I recommend SmokeDay for whatever online smoke shop need you have and I will definitely shop here again.
