    They claim money back guarantee but have not fulfilled their promise. This product does not work they are lying to the public..I paid and never received the product this last month after 4months of using this product. People need to be made aware ..they are just out to steal their money. I am livid!

    On 4/8/23 I ordered 6 bottles of Alpilean online based on the claims and testimonials on the site regarding the ability to lose weight with its natural ingredients. The bottles arrived 4/18/23. After taking a full bottle & almost half of the 2nd bottle, I realized the pills really were not working. Instead of losing weight, I gained almost 10 pounds, which is not good for a Type 2 diabetic. I reached out to Alpilean 6/10/23 by email to request a refund based on their warranty/guaranty. I was told it was past the 60-day window for the warranty and that I had to return all bottles within that 60-day window for a refund. I told them I had taken the first bottle, but that empty bottle was thrown away (why keep an empty bottle)? I requested a partial refund given I still had 4 full/opened bottles, and part of the 2nd bottle that I had stopped taking, which I could return for a refund. I was told the 60-day window started at the time the order was placed. I expressed my displeasure with Alpilean given I had not received the pills to start taking them until they arrived on 4/18/23 --- the warranty should have started at the time the pills were received, which would mean I had until 6/18/23 to request a refund. They refuse to provide any type of refund stating the warranty started at the point the order was placed --- this was not communicated to me at the time I placed the order.

    Order # SK7TAC69 under my fianc names **************** On 3-16-23 I ordered three bottles for $168.52. What attracted me was the money back guarantee also the fact that there was 2 free books that would be included. Well when my order arrives it was just 3 bottles and 2 slips of paper. Neither of those slips were my packing slip/receipt/order details! 1 was the instructions and the other was the download information. I emailed them and expressed my concern. I also emailed some questions and NONE OF MY QUESTIONS were answered. No where in this 1 page instruction sheet does it mention that if you choose to return your order that you need to return the empty bottles. I emailed to return and I dont get a return label, they want me to pay to return and maybe people have complained they returned their items and still didnt get a refund so how is any of this a money back guarantee? I emailed within my 60 days and somehow I was outside of that as they needed the order back before 60 days along with all the bottles. I want my money back! All of it! Otherwise Ill be filing a law suit.

    I ordered 6 bottles of Alpilean, 6 additional bottles, and the wellness kit (order numbers: XG9IRV89, XG9IRVCH, XG9IRVMH), 6/15/2023. They promised to ship the same day and if not it would be the next day. This never happened and I did NOT receive any emails about shipping status. So on 6/16/2023, I called clickbank. They said they would email the vendor on my behalf to ask for shipping status updates and that I would receive an update within several minutes. I waited hours and received nothing. So, I called back again and asked to cancel my order. They said they would email the vendor on my behalf. I said I want it cancelled now on the phone like any other ligitimate business would do. They said sorry we have to email the vendor. I asked for a phone number to contact the vendor myself and they said there is no phone number. What kind of legitimate business does not have a phone number and that you cannot talk to anyone at the actual business? The customer service agent was very rude and kept telling me I didn't understand when it was clear they did not understand. Then he was laughing the whole time. I want a refund and I want my money back immediately or I will file formal fraud charges. I have already contacted my credit card company and they cancelled my card and filed a dispute on my behalf and will be investigating the company for fraud.

    I purchased this product and contacted the company after a few weeks letting them know that the product did not work. I was advised to take the product for 90 days. After 90 days, I saw no results. I contacted the company again about a refund request. They told me that I had to request a refund within 60 days. I asked why I was advised about the 90 day use. I got a run around. This company is FRAUDULENT and should not be used by anyone.

    *********************************** On 2/14 my acct was charged: ***** item 6W58KA2 and ****** for 6W56K TOTAL CHARGED ****** On April 11, I contacted customer service to complain that the product did not work and also some adverse lab results due to the product. I was toldthe items had to arrive back at their business by **** to get the refund and due to it being April 11, they would not arrive in time.The guarantee was based on contacting customer service, not returning the product in allotted time. I did contact them and they changed the rules (although not in writing) to avoid paying my refund.I can fax you my statement with the charged to prove date of purchase.Thank You for your assistance in this matter

    On April 7th,2023 my company ACEMAS HEALTH SPA made and order in good faith to Alpilean company for 15 bottles of their product, they offered 100% satisfaction 60 day warranty. I tried the product for about 2 months but did not work at all, so I emailed them to ask for the money back, the gave me instructions to return the product or empty bottles which I did on June 5th,2023 according to **** receipt. Then after I got an email saying that the cannot return the money because they receive the product on June 8th, 2023 so the 60 days warranty ended on June 7th. I emailed them explaining that after I place the product in the mail, I cannot handled how long its going to take to be delivered; more after that the product was not shipped or delivered on April 7th when I did the order. So there's not 60 days warranty. They Answered they sorry but they cannot refund the money. I asked them then, so what about the product? they said they cannot return the product to me neither. THIS IS A CLEAR SCAM, I asked you to please help me on this.Im attaching copies of the orders

    This Company is a SCAM... I gave my hard-earned money hoping to get some results... I used the product and changed eating habits and exercised and nothing worked. The Video stated they would refund me if I did not like the product results.I emailed them to request a refund now they are saying it is past 60 days.I told them in the video it said 60 days, but it never said from day of purchase.I am 6 days past 60 from date of purchase but I didn't receive the product until 8 days later.Now they don't want to give me my money back or not even partially.If there is a Complaint against this Company, please add me to this list...     Order Confirmation and Customer Receipt Order # ******** Placed April 02, 2023 Alpilean - 3 ************************ Time Discount + 2 Free Bonuses. Physical Product Price: $147.00 Shipping: $9.95 Order Total: $166.37 / I took all pills according to .directions/ Alpilean wants the product back and will not refund my fees. June 2nd is the last day of the guarantee for reimbursement. I advised I took the pills hoping for results and they will not accept that and will not refund entire fees paid/offering 20% of the cost as a resolution/ I declined and have continued to advise that I tried the product and did not give up but they will not honor the guarantee for refund.     On their video for Alpilean, they say you can get a full refund just send back the product for a full refund so the product is not working for me. I want a refund so I went online and emailed them at.: ********************************* : and they want to charge your credit card more money and automatically enroll you in a $74 a month program, just to be able I assume to talk to somebody they say you can cancel at any time. I do not believe that I do not want to spend any more money just to talk to somebody and tell them their product is not working like they said, and get my money back, I have tried and tried to contact them and all you do is get some fake text that tells you the same thing every single time no matter what you say to it. I had to save my money to buy this product. I had faith in it its nothing but a scam and I need my money back. Thank you.
