    I ordered a weight loss tablets and they offered me a good deal if I bought a years supply --so I did and received the product and signed up on a subscription accidentally and after I received the first shipment --I tried to call and return every thing, but could not get through so after a few days of emails and trying different numbers --I got a hold of click bank and they told me the money could not be returned because I was three days beyond the date --when I could return them --the 60 days from the day the product was ordered. I ask them about the the two subscription shipments and they told me --they said I could get my money for them back, because it was still within the date. I returned all of it except the one bottle I took of the Alpilean weight loss and the free trial vitamins, the customer service number for ********************** is never answered and the click bank just hangs up on you after telling one thing one time and another thing the next time and will not stand behind what they say

    On March 14, 2023 I placed an order for 3 bottles of Alpilean for $ ******. Order # VRX4KANV On May 10, 2023 I reached out to the customer service and requested a refund as the product did absolutely nothing. when i received a reply they wanted to offer only a 25% refund for $36.75 so i could continue "why not let your body see what its capable of"? I refused and stated i wanted a full refund and needed the mailing information as I no longer had my packing slip. I was then told to send them the tracking information when i shipped it back so they could get the refund out right away, which i did immediately. Now they are refusing to give me a refund or put me in touch with a supervisor saying the product was not received by them in time. This company is scamming people out of their hard earned money and is misleading people claiming they have a ************************************************************************************************************************************************************ started trying the product yet. Disgusting business practice but obviously they know the product does not work at all.!!!

    I made a purchase on line for 3 bottle of Alpilean after reading the 100% guarantee refund within 60 days if not satisfied. The inital purchase was March 21 2023. I received the product on March 29 2023 After taking the product for roughly 6 weeks, I did not see any results and requested a full refund on May 19th I sent all the documents they requested along with the used and unused product back to the company and it was received on May 22nd by Alpilean I have now been told that there is NO refund because 60 days was up on May 21 which no where does it state that 60 days is from the time of order. I do not understand how one can use the date of order and not the date the product was received as the actual date. This is total deception

    Purchased a large quantity of this product with the understanding that if they didnt work I would receive 100% satisfaction guarantee. The product didnt work and was returned to seller well within the sellers return promise dates.. The seller refuses to refund my purchase. I request a refund for the prices paid along with having the company remove its false product advertising from public.

    I bought 3 bottles of Alpilean on 4/30/2022 for ****** I did not like the product and sent it back via *** with tracking info to the address they provided. I also provided them with my tracking number. I had to reach out again after a week when i knew they had all the product in hand for over 5 days and still had not received the promised money back guarantee within 60 days from purchase. They are now giving me the run around, I have to contact every day and then I receive an email that states the ticket is closed.

    I have tried to call and email and I can't find anyone willing to help me get a refund. I am within the allowed return time. I keep getting kicked out of the email and no one will take my call. I am have returned the product and it was returned. I'm.just now at the 60 ***** Can anyone help me?

    I bought the alpilean weight loss support pills. I spent $250ish on the weight loss pills. I have taken them as directed on the bottle. The advertisement says I should be losing 1 to 2 pounds a week with doing nothing else but taking the pills as directed. I have done everything as directed and still havent lost a single pound after 3 months of taking them. Thats 90 pills, 1 a day with 8 ounces of water. This is a scam and Id like a refund.

    On February 27 I placed an order for 6 bottles of Alpilean for $250.38 order # 6R7JACPB after 60 days of taking the product I had gained 3 lbs. I sent an email to the company who sent back and advised that I needed to take the product fr 90 days not ******************* the ad and that I needed to eat less servings. This should be a class action suit as they have pushed all positive reviews on the product which appear to be made up and when requesting a refund they refer me to clickbank.

    I ordered six bottles and I took the product for 6 weeks approximately and I started to get an allergy reaction where my eyes, lips and tongue were swelling to the point it was giving me upper respiratory issues whereas having a hard time breathing I went to *********** to see my doctor and was told I'm having an allergy reaction. Discontinue the use of the Aliplean immediately and I got Benadryl and antihistamine shots I had to go back in 2 days or get hospitalized. I went back for more shots I contact the company and they only credit me for five bottles after of course returning them immediately and because I finished one bottle and through the empty bottle away, not knowing I was going to have an allergy reaction. They were not concerned about my health conditions instead they only refund me for five I would like a complete refund of the additional $39. Right is right wrong is wrong their product was giving me an allergy reaction and they won't do right by giving me a full refund.

    Alpilean states that they will provide a 100% refund within a 60 day window. The end of my window was May 5, 2023. I requested a refund May 2, 2023. They basically said we're busy and we'll get back to you. No word from them, so I contacted them again. They said they sent me an offer to refund 25% of the purchase price. There is no evidence that this offer was sent. Additionally, the guarantee is for 100% of the purchase price. They dragged their heels and now say that I am past 60 day window and they will not refund. This is 100% a scam.
