    I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY THEN WENT ON TO REVIEW ALL THE **** COMPLAINTS.IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE CLICKBANK SUPPORT COMPANY LINKED TO THIS COMPANY. THEY SAID THEY CREATED AN IMMEDIATED REFUND AS I CALLED ON THE SAME *** TO CANCEL THIS PENDING ORDER. NOTHING OF THE SORT HAPPENED. THEY CHARGED MY CARD ****** ON THE *** I CANCELLED AND THEN HAD THE ***** TO SEND ME THE "FREEBIE BOTTLES" FOR TRYING THEIR PRODUCT.THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I HAVE BEGUN FRAUD - DISPUTE CHARGES WITH MY CREDIT CARD. THIS IS A COMPLETE INCONVENIENCE AND EVERYONE - INCLUDING THE BBB SHOULD KNOW ABOUT IT.*********************** TOO BOOT - THEY LIST NO PHONE NUMBER FOR YOU TO CONTACT THEM.

    I have the same complaint the previous person did about getting a refund. The ticket they emailed said received product and refund approved but they didn't issue a refund of the total amount $254 This product is a scam and they scam people on refunds. They provided a ticket saying product received refund approved but only refunded $58. The product is misleading and deceptive.

    I tried emailing the company to initiate a refund which I did within the time limit but they are claiming because they took their time responding that it was past the refund date.I would appreciate any help and you should warn other consumers to stay away from this company. They don't honor their refund policy.

    *************************refund and they would not be returning the product. Nowhere does the website indicate the 60 days starts the day you place the order or that it has to be received by their warehouse within the 60 days in order to receive a refund. I did not receive the order until 1/17/23, so how can the 60 days to try the product start on the date you placed your order? When I pointed this information out to them on 3/9/23, and subsequently on 3/15/23 and asked for them to escalate my email to someone within the company that had the authority to issue my refund I was told that my refund should appear on my back statement within **** business days of them processing it. They received my return to their warehouse on 3/14/23. When I checked on the status of my refund on 3/28/23 I was informed they would not be issuing me a refund because it was not received by 3/10/23. Upon informing them that was contrary to what I was told, they sent an email essentially saying sorry we can't help you.

    I ordered 3 bottles of Alpilean in Dec, 2022. I took 1 and 1/2 bottles with no results, if anything I gained weight. I returned the half bottle and the one remaining full bottle in Feb. The tracking slip from **** said that Alpilean received my return in less than a week. I have yet to see any credit to my Discover card for the $171. I paid for the 3 bottles.

    January 2On 6, 2023 I purchase their product called Alpilean and paid $256.07 for six bottles and they threw two more free. There was a 60 day money back guarantee but when I contact them to request my money back on their product that does not work as claimed, which was to loose weight, they told me I had to return the product to them the same day that I called which was March 26, 2023, to get my full refund. That was impossible since it was a Sunday and no way to return that quickly. Also, I can not find anything that indicates that is part of their terms to get refunds. Then they tried to get me to take 25% of the money I paid ($52.00 offered) and would not return the product, and I declined. The Order No. was F7XIVVRF and I received the product about mid-February.

    I placed an order with Alpilean on Jan. 4, 2023 for 3 bottles of their product. I chose 3 bottles instead of 1 because they had 100% satisfaction and money back guarantee if not satisfied. I paid $147.00 using a credit card. The order was shipped on 1/6/2023 and delivered on 1/11. Their website states to contact them They provided the details. I mailed the 2 unused and unopened bottle to them. Tracking Number. **********************. After 2 weeks I had not received a refund or contact I initiated contact. They then told me I would not receive a refund because I had not returned them within a 60 day period. Their website had return policy in 2 different places, one states to email you are not satisfied with the product and the enitre purchase price will be refunded with no questions asked, in another place is states you must return and return must be received no later than 60 days from order. For the past week I have emailed back and forth. I stated that if they weren't going to refund the amount of purchase, they need to return the 2 unopened bottles I returned as well as the empty bottle. After all I have paid for them. I have sent 2 email concerning this and they will only state I will not get a refund !. I called an 800 number yesterday and the person could not understand what I wanted.
