Purchased online Dec 14 2022, received Dec 22 2022 said 60 day money back no questions asked. Order #JKHBAC75. I started taking day after Christmas and tried to do 60 day time to work. not working for me and I sent back 5 out of 6 bottles that I paid $234.00 for 6 month supply.. ******* were sent back tracking number 9500 1137 7514 3056 9305 62 delivered March 1 2023. I waited and then had to contact them to find out about refund, I was told that I had to return within 60 days of "purchase date" and if I sent after, they would not return!!! None of this was on their website! I didn't even get until 8 days after I purchased, how can you try something when you have not even received the item?Business Response

I have used the Alpilean pills for 2 months, and no weight loss. The company promised a refund after 60 days if not satisfied. They will not refund me, as I did not send the pills back 60 days after the initial order. It would have been impossible to take the pills for 60 days as they suggested for the weight loss and also send back within 60 days.This is a SCAM, that cost me $278.34. I ordered this product on January 9th and was delivered on January 13th. Tried the product as directed and did not see any results. Emailed customer support on March 14th to request a refund. Was told that I am not within the 60 day money back guarantee deadline since the order was placed on January 9th. I did not receive the product until January 13th therefore was not able to officially use it until that date. I noticed two charges on my account from ClickBank for a product of Alpilean. I filed a dispute with my bank and they refunded the money with understanding if I won, it would not be taken back. The bank states that I lost and I needed to speak with ClickBank. I have spoken with ClickBank on two occasions and one with my bank on the phone stating that Since ********* won the dispute, they never took the money, therefore ClickBank will need to refund me the money. ClickBank has refused to refund me the money although they have sent a confirmation that the refund was done, but still has not refunded me my money of $277.99. Tracking ********************** shows that the item was returned to the sender and they are still refusing to refund me my money. ********* is stating that I should have contacted them first without contacting my bank to put a hold on my account and file a dispute.Initial Complaint

Hi, I ordered Alpilean on 1/12/23 with very high hopes. My credit card was charged $259.78 on 1/13/23 for 6 bottles. They arrived at my home on 1/24/23.I have taken them for a ********* have not felt well taking them. I have had headaches, dizziness & actually gained 12 pounds this past month! Mainly water retention. They are not giving any positive results whatsoever.I emailed them with my issue & knowing I had problems with the product, they offered me 25% of my actual payment & to continue trying them. They aren't honoring their 100% 60 day money back guarantee. They sent a message saying I had to return the product by March 14th, the day I got the email. That is not 60 days, I didn't receive it until Jan. 24th, so I should have that time to ship them back. They send me another email saying they can't help me unless I want the 25% back. This is not a professional company and feels like a total scam. I have no problem sending all bottles back, one having been used. They are just out for money & the product doesn't work for everyone. I just want my refund & to end this nightmare please. Beware everyone. They don't even have a phone number to talk to someone, they use Clickbank for payment processing. I am at my **** end. I tried the product for about 2.5 months without success. Their website states if you are over 35 ( which I am by at least twice that amount) that you should take Alpilean for at least 3 to 6 months. This is when you are deciding how many bottles to purchase. Based on that, I did not realize there was a 60-day return policy. However, after contacting the company with the info listed above and denied a partial refund, I was informed that the Alpilean had to be returned and received back within 60-day period of ordering. Therefore, one is really only able to try the product for 1 month. (Also, informed them of this in my emails with them). Still no refund.The company is encouraging you to buy more but not really willing to stand behind their product for longer than a month. I ordered Alpilean for weight loss and their advertisement said to try it for 60 days and if no results I could get my money back. I knew my 60 days would be up soon because I have 6 pills left in my ************* of 30 pills, but when I called I was told my 60 days was up on March 12th since I ordered on January 11th. I thought I would get 60 days to try it, instead of 60 days from the date of order since I did not receive my shipment until 5 or 6 days after I ordered . My order took place on November 30, 2022.. I received 2 Orders #L76BAC6K : Cost: $126.59, and L:76BACCR Cost $253.19 for a total of $379.78. 12 bottles were ordered and 12 bottles were returned. They were returned on February 10th to the address requested as on the **** Tracking number sheet attached. I knew nothing about a 60 day cut-off date for getting the product back to the company FOR A REFUND.. ALL I saw on their paperwork was a 100% guarantee. I've found several other BBB complaints about this company and sent copies of those complaints to the company proving to them that those who complained to the BBB for the SAME REASON AS IS MY COMPLAINT HAVE BEEN FULLY REFUNDED - YET THEY HAVE SO FAR REFUSED TO REFUND ME WITH THE EXCUSE IT'S AGAINST THEIR POLICY IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT IN THEIR POSSESSION WTHIN 60 DAYS OF THE CUSTOMERS ORDER DATE.. i SAW NOTHING AT THE **** WHEN ORDERING THE PRODUCT NOR IS THERE ANYTHING ON ANY PAPERWORK i WAS ABLE TO COPY OR THAT I RECEIVED FROM THEM UNTIL NOW THAT THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND.. According to them, the cut-off date for these orders was January 30th. but I had nothing that stated such and my return date was February 10th. Yes, it is satisfactory as long as they follow through. ********** has sent an e-mail stating that my $379.78 will be refunded to my account. If I hadn't sent my complaint to the BBB, I'm positive I never would have seen this refund. I had communicated with the business asking for a refund at least 4 times and was denied each time.
