      Like others, I was disillusioned with Midwest Bath. They were offering a fixed price for an extended period of time (somewhere between 1 and 2 years) as well as a gift card just for getting an estimate. While the person doing the estimate was very personable, the estimate was very high and they didn't do some of the work I needed done. I asked about time period of the estimate. He said that that estimate was only for the immediate future, the estimate the offered in the commercials would be much higher. Finally, like previous people, the gift card never arrived. I only emailed them a reminder once and didn't remind them during their several follow up calls. More recently, they called me to see if I still wanted to remodel my bath. I told them that, since they never followed through with the gift card, I didn't think they were trustworthy. I also feel that their advertising is deceptive. In retrospect, I'm not at all surprised that they were so expensive (Over 10 grand just to replace a bathtub and surround.) I see them on TV all the time, often multiple adds during a single show. That money has to come from somewhere.

      Everything went as I thought it would. The quality of materials was great! Jim the installer was very caring, friendly and professional. Everyone has been raving on how good it looks. I would recommend midwest bath company to everyone! I am amazed in how Jim was so precise and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Brent was easy to work with.

      Midwest Bath was 5 Stars across the board! Getting information was easy. Scheduling an in-home consultation was convenient and on our schedule. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to understand our ideas for updating our bathtub/shower, and stay within our budget while providing options that met our needs. Scheduling the actual work was fast and easy. Our construction team of two was the very best. They respected our home and the demo and installation was amazing! Midwest Bath provided many choices for our update and all within our budget. Customer satisfaction is key to their success. Fantastic communication, service, installation and cleanup. We are thrilled with the results and could not be happier!

      We saw the Midwest Bath commercials on tv last summer. We were looking to update our walk-in shower, so we contacted them. At that time, they were advertising a $50 Amazon gift card with written estimate. They came out, provided us with a written estimate and then followed up with 3 phone calls. During the calls we asked about the Amazon card and they replied each time that they would look into it. We never received the Amazon card and went with another company to have our shower updated. Note: I only left a 1 star review as site would not accept no star review!

      The materials came in earlier than we expected. The installers were professional, polite, did a great job and recommended a painter for us. I'm delighted with the shower and the service.

      We are so glad we chose Midwest Bath to do our tub to shower conversion. We love our new walk in shower. Every step of the way we had nice, helpful, and professional staff in helping us plan and complete this project. We will definitely spread the word that this is the company to go with if you are wanting to update your bathroom!

      I was so impressed with the quality, but even more impressed with the installer. He was so very professional and answered everything question that I asked of him. I and my wife are very particular and I thought that maybe I asked too many questions, but he explained everything to my satisfaction and left everything in excellent condition after the job. I believe his name is Dillon. I have had two knee replacements and I have a hard time getting into our original bath tub, but not anymore as the walk in shower has made it so easy to get in and the hand rails make it very easy for me to move around. I am so excited to take a shower now with no worries. The walk in shower looks awesome!!!

      Great job installing walk in shower. Punctual arrival, stayed on task till finished. Day and a half install. Unfortunately a hole in the wall was made when removing tub. Installer pointed it out. At the time I didnt think much of it since it would be cover up by the install. After they left my wife showed the much larger hole on the other side. Wished it had been repaired before they left. Also, soap dish located just under grab bar. Too close for liquid soap dispenser. Soap dish useless. I do recommend this contractor. Job well done, just wish these couple of items werent overlooked.

      Our new ************ looks awesome. The installer did a great job at removing our old tub and replacing it with a new soaker tub. They started ontime and did a good cleanup job when they were finished. I highly recommend Midwest Bath if your looking to replace your old tub.
