      Very pleased with our new walk-in shower! Randy Welch was very personable and knowledgeable. Office staff kept in touch with us regarding status of our order. Adam did a wonderful and professional job installing. Would recommend Midwest Bath to anyone looking to do some remodeling!

      Our design design consultant Randy Welch was so easy to talk to. Randy is very professional and explained the project in easy to understand language. The price is very fair and reasonable. We would definitely recommend Midwest Bath Company to our friends.

      Lousy customer service. Takes days for a response and you have to hound them. They send you to voicemail that never gets back to you. Terrible installation of walls. Couldn’t fit back wall in one piece. Just a standard bathroom tub being replaced. Straight entry to bathroom. No turning or stairway to go up. But according to the tech it won’t fit and our options are cut it down to get it in then there will be a seem. Or get a different material that’s thinner to get it in one piece. So went with the cut option with a seem because I wanted the material the salesman talked up so much. Now theres not just a seem theres a bulge so its like a overhang. Looks like dog s. Obviously the wall has studs sticking out farther on the ends. Ok no problem if the material was in one piece your eye would not see it. They had the wall board completely torn off so if they would check levels they could have caught it and fixed it. Wife just wanted them to level it out with caulk. It looks even worse now. Also why the salesman that quoted the job couldn’t make the assessment that the material wouldn’t fit in one piece I have no idea. They just wanna make a quick $14K and walk away. At least it works really well and the quality of materials seems good. Lifetime warranty is nice unless they never respond and the workmanship is no good. I’m giving them a Zero recommendation.

      Matt did a good job explaining things and they have a great product, but when the installers showed up (jackson) and a trainee, it started bad, they were late, he spent 30 min trying to explain something and was rude with us, a few hours later the two of them got into it and Jackson said he had to leave and take this guy home at 2:00 in the afternoon And he would be back the next day to finish. I said what about your one day install and he Said I'll take him home and be back to finish myself. They finally made up and finished about 8 PM that night. And left the drywall a mess, did not clean any of the dust off of anything. They sent another guy to come and fix what they laughed. He was supposed to show up on Thursday and fix it Friday. He showed up Wednesday and said he'd be back in two weeks, so we are still waiting ??

      Joe and Vincent are a great installation team. Randy explained the product and choices to get us started. We are pleased to have a new shower.

      Tub/shower install turned out awesome. Installers showed up on time and were done in a timely manner. Installers were kind and very professional. They cleaned up the mess when they were done and had the utmost respect for our home. Carpet runners were used to keep the mess to a minimum. Thank you very much. One Happy Homeowner

      This company - a bathroom remodeling company - left shoddy drywall patchwork on our wall and ceiling, it looks awful. Plus, there is a hole in our floor from our old bathtub. Our bathroom has been in this condition since August 2022. The company claims that these repairs are outside of their scope of work and that I would need to arrange the repairs, and that they typically cover the repairs. "Typically" is not a guarantee. We paid a lot of money for our shower - over $12K. Midwest Bath Co. doesn't have the connections or resources to send a contractor in to compete the repairs? As a bathroom remodeling company? I expect the company to arrange for these repairs to be made, but instead they tried to dump that responsibility on us - their customers. I have received no follow up for months. They are all about 5 star reviews, but they do not walk the walk.

      The installers were on time, not messy and they got my walk in bath installed in one day. everything they promised? they delivered. If I had any kind of negative? It would be that the smell of glue and silicon was pretty strong and it lasted till the next day. but that is just nit picking.
