      We are very please with our two handicap showers and handicap tub. There was never any mess during work and at the end of the day. Was done in a timely fashion. The worker was pleasant and always made sure that the work was being done correctly as ordered. Would recommend this company to anyone. ******* our installer and ***************************** our salesman were both excellent!Review By: *********************************

      Just 2 days later and my vision for the shower renovation is complete! @midwestbathcompany and *********************** did an outstanding job transforming my small corner shower that had tons of moisture damage to a bigger shower that I will have so much less upkeep of and for a reasonable price and financing options! Even though they completely took out the 2 walls and moved the ight switch, it was still only a 2 day job???????? I am so impressed at the care and attention that *** had for doing his best work and keeping me updated. He thought ahead and was very helpful. Thank you ??

      Our installer *** did a great job and our shower looks fantastic ! He took his time and worked overtime make an older bathroom look modern. I would definitely recommend Midwest Bath for your shower installation

      Our walk-in shower was completed today. ***, the installer, was terrific. He was personable, professional, very efficient and respectful of our home. I would recommend Midwest Bath for the quality of their products and installation.My only concern is that it took 4 months for the customer service department to schedule the installation.

      We were quoted $18,000 for a new shower, with discounts applied we were able to get it down to $14,000 which is very high priced but the sales consultant was very convincing that the quality, service, and warranty was worth it. We signed papers and were told that they would call us for further information. A week goes by and we hear nothing so I call the main office with the intention of cancelling. The man that answered was very nice and shocked to hear that we had not heard anything. He contacted a manager who he said "she had fire in her eyes" on my behalf and wanted to discuss the issue. He hurried off the phone because she was going to call me immediately. Almost 24 hours go by and I have not heard from anyone. I call again to notify them that we would not be proceeding and I get told to call customer service. That call went to voicemail and I left a message but I do not expect a call back. For an extremely expensive shower install, I expect service to be top notch but instead it has been horrible and very disappointing. I can't imagine what scheduling would be like or if I needed something with the warranty in the future, how difficult it would be to contact this company. If you like spending a lot of money and being ignored then this would be a great company to choose.
