      Installer was a day late on scheduled intimation date. Was promised job to replace bathtub and shower would take one day, a day and a half at the most. My family went for 6 days without a shower/bath in our house. When done the tile floor in the bathroom is ruined. I have whole floor tiles missing/broken. Job was last worked on by Midwest Bath at the end of November. It is now Jan 29th. My calls to warranty & Services are not being returned. Calls to operations manager are not being returned. Calls to team lead are not being returned. Still have holes in my bathroom floor that Midwest Bath caused.

      UPDATE:

      Business came in and fixed all the problems. They worked with me and gave me a fair adjustment. I am pleased with how this was handled.

      Worst product and installation. Do not contract with Midwest Bath. They do not honor print ad discounts. They do not honor their service and warranty commitments. For $16,000 dollars I got an unfinished shower, a defective shower head (which Midwest has acknowledged needs to be replaced) and miserable shower doors that need to be adjusted to stop the water leaking on my tile floor. I contacted the installer 4 weeks after the installation because I had not heard from him. The installer was supposed to return and fix the wall. It is now 2 more weeks and he has not returned. I contacted the home office and am getting a run around on these issues. They have again acknowledged that the shower head needs to be replaced. They suggested that I hire my own contractor to repair the wall. They did offer to pay for this repair. Like I can just whip up a handyman to do this small job in the near future, pay the handyman and then expect Midwest to reimburse me? Supposedly their Operations Manager, *****************************, is to call me. He is the one you see in their tv ads making all the promises about their great service and warranties. Do not believe any of it.

      My shower looks great! It is better than I expected. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. They consulted us on where to place the bars, shelves, and seat. The quality is excellent and should last for our lifetime.
