    I've previously ordered a couple of prints and have always been thrilled with the results. My most recent purchase wasn't exactly what I had envisioned. No worries! Shimonie handled my request for a refund very quickly and with courtesy. I'll be ordering again soon.

    *********** company that stands behind their product. Great customer service. The first canvas/frame had an issue. Took photos of issue and sent them for review. Another canvas was sent out immediately to replace the first. Canvas is hung and looks beautiful!****

    I ordered a canvas print. When I received it, I didn't like the print.I emailed customer service. I explained that the print was not what I anticipated.I requested to return it.Shimonie handled everything. I received excellent customer service.

    Love them...prints are well made and very sturdy...bought 4 so far and am very pleased...also I had an issue in wanting to change an order and my email request to ****** was handled immediately...will be buying more prints for sure, as I am decorating my new apartment!

    I ordered a small canvas print with a lovely image, but unfortunately one corner of the lower frame was a little bit longer than the other. Contacted customer service and ****** responded within hours with a solution. Definitely recommend them; terrific customer service!

    When the art print l ordered arrived, it didn't look like I expected. I emailed icanvas and got a response within 10 minutes. Josh was very helpful and gave me a refund. I'm very happy with icanvas services. I will absolutely buy from them in the future
