Devry changed their financial aid policy without notifying me. I have went 4 months without receiving any refund to my financial aid. I am currently disabled and rely on this extra income. My classes have already been paid for, and I still have not received my credit to my account. ********************** took their portion and its been over a week and still no emails regarding my credit. I contacted 2 advisors the last two days and no one will forward my call to the financial aid department to even ask questions! I am disgusted and disappointed ??.Business Response

This letter is in response to the May 8, 2024 complaint Ms. ********************* submitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). DeVry University (DeVry) understands that Ms. ***** is concerned that DeVry changed its financial aid policy without informing her.Additionally, ************** states that she had not received a refund for four months.
On October 10, 2022, ************** signed an enrollment agreement for the Associate of Business program starting in the November 2022 session that began on October 24, 2024. DeVry records show that Ms. ***** utilized Federal Student Aid to pay tuition and fees.
DeVrys 16-week semesters consist of two consecutive 8-week modules (sessions).
Students are awarded financial aid on a semester basis and DeVry voluntarily disburses financial aid equally between both sessions to assist students in managing their funds. Effective for the March 2024 session,which began on February 26, 2024, DeVry adjusted posting tuition and fees for the 16-week semester at the start of the first session of a given semester.This change was enacted to ensure transparency of all costs for the semester,enabling students to practice responsible borrowing. This change was communicated to all students on January 31, 2024 (Attachment 1). DeVry records show that ************** opened the email that same day.
************** received two credit balances for the Fall 2023 semester. The first was on November 1, 2023, in the amount of $2,304 and the second was on January 10, 2024, in the amount of $661.
On March 4, 2024, Ms. ***** called DeVry to discuss her account. During that call, ************** was advised to the change in when tuition is assessed to student accounts. The following day, Ms. ***** called DeVry again to discuss her account and the change was explained again to her. DeVry also explained to Ms. ***** that once her Federal Student Aid for the second half of the Spring 2024 semester disburses, an estimated credit of $2,500 will be sent to her. ************** indicated that she understood.
The May 2024 session began on April 29, 2024. On May 4, 2024, a Federal Pell ***** in the amount of $924 and Federal Direct Loans totaling $2,599 were disbursed to Ms. *****s account. On May ******, Ms. ***** called DeVry to ask when she will be receiving her credit.DeVry explained that credit balances are typically processed during Week 2 of the session and her credit balance is currently in process. On May 8, 2024, ************* called DeVry to state that she sees that her aid was disbursed four days ago and asked again when she will be receiving her credit balance. DeVry explained that credit balances needed to be provided to students within **************************************** process. Later that day, ************** received a credit balance in the amount of $2,555 for the Spring ***********************s ledger is attached for review (Attachment 2).
DeVry financial aid policy has not changed, and DeVry still disburses loans and grants equally between the two sessions comprising a semester. Instead, DeVry changed when tuition and fees are assessed to a student account for the entire semester to ensure transparency of costs, and to assist students with managing their borrowing.

I have contacted this university as they are showing up on my educational history and I was notified of this only when recently applying to an actual university (*****************). I have been calling for days and asking that my records be removed from my system as I would have never had an interest in attending this university. Every day that I have followed up, ** being told another 72 hours and still no resolve. Today they told me someone went to school under my previous name(I had a name change of first name only). I never attended this university under any name and was living in ********* and attending an actual school on campus at the time this would have happened. I have been offered no resolve except unprofessional behavior in what I consider a case of possible fraud. They are claiming I attended one of their schools for 3 weeks for a single class then withdrew in 2009. I have not been sent any proof of this enrollment despite asking and keep having the timeline pushed back on when I will receive resolve. I have never paid a dime to Devry and could find no information on this in any financial records I have around that time. I have reported this to the department of education as well.Business Response

I legally changed my name to my maiden name. I attended and graduated under my married name. I want to request my degree in my current legal name, but they refuse stating I need to send them my social security card. I don't have one. This letter is in response to the April 16, 2024 complaint *********************************** submitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). DeVry University (DeVry) understands that ********************** is concerned that DeVry will not reissue her diploma with her new name without Ms.********** Social Security Card, which ********************** states she is unable to provide.
On November 6, 2000, ********************** signed an enrollment agreement for the Bachelor of ******************** Systems program, under the name *****************************, starting in the November 2000 session that began on November 5, 2000. DeVry records show that ********************** utilized Federal Student Aid to pay tuition and fees. ********************** completed her program on June 19, 2005.
On April 16, 2024, ********************* called DeVry and stated that she changed her last name and wanted her transcript and diploma reissued under her maiden name. DeVry advised ********************* that she would need to complete a Change of Personal Information form and submit a Social Security Card along with another form of identification.********************** stated that she is unable to update her Social Security Card but can provide her drivers license, passport, birth certificate and divorce documents. DeVry explained that the Social Security Card was one of the required pieces of documentation to verify her identity. Later that day, ********************* contacted DeVry via chat and asked again about updating her name. ********************* was given the same information that the Social Security Card was required.
Upon receipt of this complaint, DeVry reviewed its exception process for students who do not have Social Security Cards. DeVry determined that an exception could be made for ********************* if she was able to provide her drivers license along with her divorce decree and the name information matched. On April 17, 2024, DeVry called ********************** to inform her that she would need to complete the Change of Personal Information form and submit her drivers license along with her divorce decree as verification of her identity. ********************** stated that she would complete the form later that day and submit the required documentation. On April 22, 2024, ********************** returned the completed form and documentation.That same day, Ms. ********** name change request was processed. DeVry will be reaching out to ********************** to assist with her request for a new transcript and diploma.
DeVry requires a Social Security Card as one form of documentation for a name change request but does have an exception process for students who do not have a Social Security Card.********************** was provided a Change of Personal Information form and advised of the supporting documentation that she needed to submit along with her request. Ms.********** name change has been completed and she can now request a transcript and diploma with her new name.

So I was supposed to receive my disbursement payment from school today it never hit my bank account. When I talked with an advisor on Friday she said I would receive it on the 27th of March which is today. So I contacted them again about the matter and they said I would receive it till May. Never got an email about them changing the dates but I got an email from ***************** Services saying Id receive one payment in March and one in May. Additionally, **************** states that DeVry is providing him different dates on when he should expect to receive his disbursement.
On January 2, 2024, **************** signed an enrollment agreement for the Associate of Information Technology and Networking program starting in the March 2024 session that began on February 26, 2024.DeVry records show that **************** utilized Federal Student Aid to pay tuition and fees.
DeVrys 16-week semesters consist of two consecutive 8-week sessions. Students are awarded financial aid on a semester basis, and DeVry voluntarily disburses financial aid to a students DeVry account equally between both sessions to assist students in managing their funds. In addition,for first-time borrowers, DeVry disburses Federal student loans 30 days after the start of their enrollment period.
On January 3, 2024, DeVry spoke with **************** to discuss his ******************* Plan. During the call,DeVry explained to **************** that because he was a first-time borrower, his Federal Student Aid may not disburse for 30 days after the start of the session. **************** indicated on the call that he understood.
DeVry posts tuition and fees for the 16-week semester at the start of the first session of the semester. This is to ensure that students are able to practice responsible borrowing, reduce
unnecessary loan debt and minimize excess credit balances.
The Spring 2024 semester consists of the March 2024 and May 2024 sessions. On February 6, 2024, tuition and fees charges for the March 2024 session were applied to Mr. ******* account in the amount of $3,598. On February 26, 2024,tuition and fees charges for the May 2024 session were applied to Mr. ******* account in the amount of $3,598. On March 2, 2024, **************** received a Federal *********************** of $1,112 for the March 2024 session. On March 11, 2024, DeVry spoke with ****************, and he asked when he should expect to receive his disbursement. DeVry explained that tuition is charged for the entire semester during the first half of the semester and typically students will not receive a credit balance until approximately Week 2 of the second session of the semester.
On March 25, 2024, **************** called DeVry to inquire about the two disbursement payments showing on **************. DeVry explained that these disbursements were not payments directly to him but were financial aid awards that would be disbursed to DeVry to be applied to his tuition and fees. **************** indicated that he understood. On March 27, 2024, **************** called DeVry and asked when his Federal Direct Loans would disburse to his bank account. ********************** explained that it takes 30 days from the start of the session for Federal loans to disburse. Later that day, **************** received Federal Direct Loan disbursements totaling $2,351. This left **************** with a balance of $2,454.20 for the Spring 2024 semester. Mr. ******* ledger is attached for review (Attachment 1). On March 28, 2024, **************** emailed DeVry asking why he had not received any of the disbursements. On April 2, 2024, DeVry replied to **************** stating that he will not receive any credit balances to his personal account until aid for the second half of their semester estimated for May 2024 have been disbursed to his DeVry student account.
Mr.******* Federal Student Aid was sent directly to DeVry, which was disbursed to Mr. ******* DeVry account for the first half of the Spring 2024 semester. DeVry posted tuition and fees for the entire Spring 2024 semester during the March 2024 session. Once Mr. ******* Federal Student Aid disburses for the May 2024 session, typically during Week 2 of the session, those disbursements will be applied to **************** outstanding balance and any additional funds will be provided directly to **************** via his selected method of delivery.

DeVry University (DeVry) understands that **************** is concerned that his credit report reflects incorrect data. Additionally, **************** states that he never attended DeVry.
On August 4, 2015, **************** signed an enrollment agreement for the Bachelor of Technical Management program starting in the September 2015 session that began on August 31, 2015. DeVry records show that **************** utilized Federal Student Aid to pay tuition and fees.
**************** completed his program on April 22, 2018. Mr. ******* unofficial transcript is attached for review (Attachment 1). When **************** completed his program, his DeVry account was at a zero balance. Mr. ******* ledger is attached for review (Attachment 2).
On August 3, 2015, **************** electronically signed a Master Promissory Note (MPN)for a Federal ******* Loan (Attachment 3). An MPN is a legal document in which the borrower promises to repay loans and any accrued interest in fees and contains the Borrowers Rights and Responsibilities and Terms and Conditions for repayment. MPNs are signed electronically through a students Federal Student Aid online account and certain personal identifying information such as email, password, date of birth, drivers license number and social security number are required to complete and sign the **** *************** received disbursements throughout his program at DeVry, totaling $5,166.
DeVry utilizes University ****************** (UAS) to service their Federal ******* Loans. **************** received a 9-month grace ****** after completing his program and his first payment on his Federal ******* Loan was due on February 1, 2019. **************** requested and received a forbearance benefit from February 2, 2019 through February 2,2020 and again from April 2, 2020 through October 1, 2020. Payments on Mr.******* account were due between the forbearance benefits for March 2020 and April 2020. UAS sent **************** monthly statements via email to ******************* beginning on February 4, 2019 through April 4, 2019 and then again after the forbearance benefit beginning on February 4, 2020 through April 4, 2023 (Attachment 4). *************** has not made any payments on this loan. The late payments for March 2020 and April 2020 were reported as both 30 and 60 days late on Mr. ******* credit report. These accounts continued to age and report until May 17, 2023. On that date, Mr. ******* account was reassigned to the ********** of ********* as a defaulted loan.
**************** attended DeVry and completed a Bachelor of Technical Management program on April 22, 2018. *************** received a Federal ******* Loan while attending DeVry but has not made any payments on the loan after graduating. Mr. ******* Federal ******* Loan has been reassigned to the ********** of ********* as a defaulted loan. On January 24, 2024, Mr. ******* loan entered an administrative forbearance, per his request, which is set to expire on March 23, 2024.

This letter is in response to the February 16, 2024 complaint ************************* submitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). DeVry University (DeVry) understands that ************** is concerned that she has not received her refund for the January 2024 session.
On October 18, 2023, ************** signed an enrollment agreement for the Business Essentials Undergraduate Certificate program starting in the November 2023 session that began on October 23, 2023. DeVry records show that ************** utilized Federal Student Aid to pay tuition and fees.
DeVrys 16-week semesters consist of two consecutive 8-week sessions. Students are awarded financial aid on a semester basis and DeVry voluntarily disburses financial aid equally between both sessions to assist students in managing their funds. On October 28, 2023, a Federal Pell ***** in the amount of $1,849 and Federal Direct Loans in the amounts of $866 and $983 disbursed to **************** account for the November 2023 session, which is the first half of her Fall 2023 semester[1].This left ************** with an outstanding balance of $290. On January 6, 2024, a Federal Pell ***** in the amount of $1,849 and Federal Direct Loans in the amounts of $866 and $982 disbursed to **************** account for the January 2024 session, which is the second half of her Fall 2023 semester, leaving ************** with an outstanding balance of $431.
Designed to support responsible borrowing, DeVrys initial award limit is a recommended award amount based on a students enrollment status. A student can request an increase to their Federal Student Aid up to their Cost of Attendance (COA) if they choose to.
On January 8, 2024, ************** spoke with DeVry requesting to be withdrawn from her current and future courses. ************** was advised that she would be responsible for 10% of her tuition charges for the January 2024 session. During that call, ************** stated that she was not able to purchase a computer to complete her work. DeVry explained the option for an Aid Increase Request (***) in order to purchase a computer. DeVry sent ************** the *** during that call. ************** submitted the *** for the 2023-2024 academic year on January 10, 2024 (Attachment 1). On January 10, 2024, **************** withdrawal request was processed. On January 11, 2024, a tuition refund totaling $3,599 was processed. On January 11, 2024, ************** requested to be reinstated in her courses. DeVry explained that the **** would need to approve the reinstatement and that DeVry would submit the request. *************** reinstatement request was processed on January 16, 2024 and tuition was reapplied on January 17, 2024.
On January 18, 2024, additional Federal Direct Loans disbursed to **************** account in the amounts of $502 and $503 as a result of **************** completed *** form. On January 22, 2024, a credit balance in the amount of $864 was sent to ************** electronically that was a result of the additional disbursements. On February 15, 2024, two $400 Federal SEOG *****s disbursed to **************** account that created an $800 credit balance on her account. On February 20, 2024, an $800 credit balance was sent to ************* electronically. **************** ledger is attached for review (Attachment 2).
Effective for the March 2024 session, which began on February 26, 2023, DeVry began posting tuition and fees for the 16-week semester at the start of the first session of the semester. This change was enacted to ensure that students are able to practice responsible borrowing, reduce unnecessary loan debt and minimize excess credit balances.This change was communicated to all students on January 31, 2024 (Attachment 3).
On February 9, 2024, ************** spoke with DeVry and was registered for the March 2024 and May 2024 sessions. During that call, the new semester-based posting was explained to **************, and she was advised that she would receive an estimated credit balance of $2,469 in the May 2024 session. On February 10, 2024,************** spoke with DeVry regarding the change. DeVry also explained to ************* that if she needed her credit balance earlier, DeVry has a process that allows a student to request a potential credit balance when Federal Student Aid is applied to their upcoming session charges, called an advanced credit. DeVry explained that she could submit a request for an advanced credit, but that she would also need to include supporting documentation indicating what she was using the credit for. On February 15, 2024, ************** called DeVry and expressed her concern with the new policy change. DeVry explained again that ************** had the opportunity to complete a request for an advanced credit but that she would need to include supporting documentation in her request. As of the date of this letter, ************** has not submitted an advanced credit request or supporting documentation.
************** received electronic credit balances in the amounts of $864 and $800 on January 22, 2024 and February 20, 2024 respectively. DeVry changed how tuition and fees posted to a student account for the entire semester to ensure transparency of costs, and assist students with managing their borrowing. This change impacted **************** Spring 2024 semester. If ************** is eligible for a credit balance for the Spring 2024 semester, she will receive it during the May 2024 session or if she is approved for an advanced credit request.

I am a student of DeVry University (student ID: D41259601) I'm schedule to take online courses in March. I looked at my tuition charges and they charged me for housing, meals, and transportation. I don't think DeVry provides housing, meal plans, or transportation for students. This looks like fraud to me and I'm probably not the only person they did this to. This letter is in response to the January 28, **** complaint ********************************* submitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). DeVry University (DeVry) understands that Ms. ********* concern is that she is being charged for housing, meals, and transportation while DeVry does not provide housing, meals or transportation.
On January 19, ****, ******************** signed an enrollment agreement for the Associate of Health Information Technology program starting in the March **** session that will begin on February 26, ****. DeVry records show that ******************** intends to utilize Federal Student Aid to pay tuition and fees.
On January 27, ****, ******************* emailed DeVry inquiring about charges for housing, meals and transportation. On January 29, ****, DeVry emailed ******************** back and explained that DeVry does not offer housing, meal plans or transportation plans to students and, as such, does not charge housing, meals or transportation to student accounts. DeVry explained that ******************** was referencing living expenses and transportation within her Cost of Attendance (COA) which is disclosed to every student and visible via their student portal. COA is an institutions total estimated expenses for an award year that determines the amount of student financial assistance a student could receive for the year.Institutional costs, such as tuition and fees, and non-institutional costs,such as housing, meals and transportation, are included in a students COA. Ms.********* ****** (Attachment 1) and most recent billing statement (Attachment 2) are attached showing that there have been no charges for housing, meals or transportation.
******************** expressed concern about being charged for housing, meals and transportation. DeVry explained to ******************** that COA is required to be disclosed to all students but confirmed that she was not being charged for these expenses.

Misrepresentation and Deceptive Enrollment Practices. I sincerely hope that you can assist me in addressing a distressing situation involving DeVry University. This issue pertains to misrepresentation and deceptive enrollment practices that have had significant repercussions on my educational and financial wellbeing.I enrolled in the Master's program in Accounting at Devry based on the advice of their university advisor, who unequivocally assured me that I did not need a Bachelor's degree in accounting and could commence the Master's program without any course restrictions. Encouraged by this assurance, I embarked on this academic journey. However, upon completing my first semester and endeavoring to register for the next course, I was repeatedly confronted with registration errors. My attempts to resolve these issues led me to contact the university's phone line, where I learned that I was ineligible to register for the courses due to an absence of prerequisites. It was further disclosed that I could only register for a single area, "General Accounting.In order to graduate from this program, I am required to fulfill four distinct requirements across various areas. Given that I can only fulfil one area it is now evident that I will never be able to attain a Master's degree in Accounting from this university. This has not only jeopardized my educational aspirations but has also placed me in an overwhelming financial burden, as I had taken out a loan to fund my education.*** contacted approximately 7 different advisors ( spent hours on the phone) including the one who initially enrolled me as well as the one who was later assigned to me. Everyone assured a prompt follow and never called up regarding this matter. This is unacceptable. I was mislead by admissions and ended up taking courses that had nothing at all to do with field of study I was interested in. I requested transcripts including a copy of my ged that DeVry used financial aid to obtain and they refuse to release that copy. DeVry University (DeVry) understands that **************** is concerned with taking courses he felt did not apply to his field of study. Additionally,**************** states that DeVry will not provide him with a copy of his *** that he submitted during the admissions process, which he also alleges that his Federal Student Aid was used to pay for.
On August 25, 2022, **************** signed an enrollment agreement for the Bachelor of Science in Technical Management program with a specialty in Criminal Justice starting in the September 2022 session that began on August 29, 2022. DeVry records show that **************** utilized Federal Student Aid to pay tuition and fees.
On August 30, 2022, DeVry submitted a request for ****************** *** and paid the required fee of $10 via check. ***************** Federal Student Aid was not used to pay this fee. DeVry received ***************** *** on October 3, 2022.
Pages ***** of DeVrys 2022-2023 academic catalog, which was in effect at the time of ****************** enrollment,outline the requirements for the Bachelor of Science in Technical Management program (Attachment 1). The program required a total of 122 credit hours for graduation,which included required courses from various subjects. Of the 122 credit hours required, 27 were required from ****************** Criminal Justice specialty.
**************** was enrolled at DeVry continuously through the September 2023 session, which concluded on October 21, 2023. On October 18, 2023, **************** called DeVry to request a copy of his ***, stating that he thought it would be included in the transcripts that he previously requested. DeVry informed **************** that the *** could not be released due to DeVry policy. **************** was advised to contact the New *************** of ********* in order to request a copy of his ***. **************** called DeVry two additional times that same day and spoke to two different DeVry representatives and was told the same information. **************** asked to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to one. **************** was told the same information. During that same call with a supervisor, **************** asked to be dropped from all future sessions at DeVry. DeVry processed ****************** drop request on October 19, 2023. In reviewing these calls, there seemed to be a misunderstanding from the DeVry advisors on ****************** request. DeVry is unable to provide students with the original documents that were submitted during the admissions process. However, DeVry can provide unofficial copies if requested.
On October 19, 2023, *************** spoke with another DeVry representative and was provided the email address for the DeVry registrar department to request a copy of his ***. That same day, **************** emailed DeVry registrar department requesting a copy of his *** and the DeVry registrar department sent **************** a copy of his *** via email that day per his request. The email indicated that the document was not considered an official copy since DeVry was not the issuing institution and that the student would need to request his *** directly through the ************** ********* Department if he needed an official copy.
****************** program required 122 credit hours, of which 27 were in the Criminal Justice specialty. ***************** Federal Student Aid was not used to pay for the official copy of his ***, the fee was paid by DeVry. *************** was correctly advised that DeVry could not release an official copy of his *** but was not immediately given the option to request an unofficial copy. DeVry apologizes for any inconvenience that this may have caused ****************. DeVry emailed **************** an unofficial copy of his *** on October 19, 2023.

Devry's website features online classes as part of its advertising strategy. However, they do not. Despite their repeated promises, the absence of live classes was evident. In addition, it is worth noting that during the Summer 2023 term, a teacher was required to conduct a class for us. However, it is important to highlight that instead of providing us with proper instruction, the teacher simply provided us with the answers to our assignments. The math teacher, along with other individuals, provided us with a file containing the answers to our homework assignments. Despite the school's recommendation to utilize ******* videos for assistance, I ultimately did not gain any knowledge from my experience at Devry. The desired outcome is to request Devry to waive all term payments. The cancellation of the final semester resulted in a significant waste of my time. In retrospect, it would have been wiser to anticipate the outcome and accept the financial setback. However, I have decided against providing any additional funds. This letter is in response to the October 8, 2023 complaint *************************************** submitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). DeVry University (DeVry) understands that ************************ is concerned with DeVrys online courses. Specifically, she states that DeVrys website advertises live ******s, professors instruct students to view ******* for assistance, and a Summer 2023 term professor was required to host live ******s but did not. Additionally,************************ states that her math professor provided a file with answers to the assignments.
On April 22, 2022, ************************ signed an enrollment agreement for the Bachelor of Science in Management program starting in the May 2022 session that began on May 2, 2022. DeVry records show that ************************ utilized cash through her employers reimbursement program to pay tuition and fees. All of Ms. *********** courses were completed via the online modality.
DeVrys website provides information related to onsite and online courses. Online coursework is completed asynchronously throughout DeVrys eight-week sessions. At the discretion of each faculty member, an optional synchronous live ****** may be held each week that is recorded and made available for viewing by students that were unable to attend. DeVry was unable to locate information on its website that advertises all online courses will host a live ******. ************************ completed ten courses with DeVry and eight of those courses included a form of a live ******. The two courses that did not include a live ****** occurred during Ms. *********** May 2023 session[1],which was her last enrollment at DeVry and her only Summer 2023 enrollment.
Based on the supporting documentation ************************ submitted with her complaint, DeVry believes she meant the Spring 2023 term, specifically BIS245 and not the Summer 2023 term.DeVry confirms that the BIS245 professor held weekly live ******s. Due to circumstances beyond the professors control, the professor did not hold a live ****** during Week 2 and Week 6. The professor replaced the live ******s with video recordings related to each weeks material. As mentioned above, live ******s are at the discretion of the faculty who are not obligated to host live ******s. When faculty host live ******s, the ******s are typically held each week. While Ms. *********** BIS245 professor planned on hosting weekly live ******s, events outside of his control prevented live ******s in two of the weeks. The professor provided video recordings during the two weeks that he did not provide live ******s.
Faculty have the freedom to decide how the course is taught, including the format of optional live ******s,when to hold office hours, and whether to include additional resources to supplement the course material. Faculty may elect to cite *******, or other web-based content, as supplemental information. DeVry found Ms. *********** BIS245 professor provided four website links as supplemental material. These links were posted in the courses threaded discussions to facilitate discussion and were not used as the main source of course material. While faculty may elect to use websites such as ******* for supplemental information, it is not a requirement and not all professors elect to do so.
DeVry found no record of Ms.*********** ******* professor sending a file with the assignment answers. ******* uses a learning system known as Assessment and Learning in Knowledge Spaces (ALEKS) that leverages an Initial Knowledge Check at the start of the course to determine topics where a student may need additional practice. ************************ may be referring to study guides that are provided that allow students to refresh their knowledge before taking their Initial Knowledge Check. The questions ***** presents throughout a students learning path are algorithmic and adaptive. There is no way to provide students with a file of answers since the questions that each student receives differ.
DeVrys courses may be held in an asynchronous or synchronous format, and DeVry does not advertise that all online courses are held with a live ******. Ms. *********** first eight courses (out of ten) included a synchronous ******. DeVry was unable to locate record the students were provided a file containing answers to the assignments.If ************************ has additional information about this concern, she can submit it to the email address below and DeVry will investigate the additional information.
