      I called to find out where my tech was, the tech was supposed to be at my house between 8:00- 1:00 and it was now 1:30. I was hung up on 4 different times. When I finally spoke to a person with an answer the tech had a medical emergency. BUT NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME OR TO RESCHEDULE. I asked to speak with a supervisor it took 3 more phone calls to even get a person to even be told I could talk to a supervisor, I was promised the supervisor would call me back within the next half hour. Well *************************************************************************************************************************** his job. He said several times my problem was taken care of and I told him no it was not taken care of. He said he took my complaint and would take care of it internally. When I asked to talk to his boss he told me he was the highest person I could talk to. I asked for an email address and he said that was not allowed. He said my problem was taken care of someone would come out next week not next month. But someone should of come out the other day. Which I already took a whole day off and I should not have to take another day off. Also I never received an apology. My time is just as important as your time. Very disappointed in the customer service and how you treat people. I do hope and pray everything alright with the tech who had a medical emergency.

      I called ******* Home Solutions in May that my ac had gone out and that it was 84 degrees in my home and asked that a tech come out to rep*** my ac, they promised me someone would call to make an appointment, today is June 6 and I have not heard from anyone yet. I called them six times and have not heard from anyone yet. The service is the worst. I have had PHS for more than 15 years and I pay a Large amount of money for the service. I had to pay King *** and Heat ****** to fix the problem.I have records of the calls and a reciept for the rep***, I WANT MY MONEY reimbursed and compensation for my troubles ( two Months).

      Never had an issue with this company, very satisfied until the other day. **************** Rep tried to upsale the surge protection. I didnt really need it, but it was offered to me for $12.00 per year. I agreed. When I received my bill it was $43.00 higher. When I called to question the increase they said it was because they added on the surge protection and it automatically renews contract and they charge the difference. So instead of bill being $1.00 more it was $43 higher. They failed to let me know by adding something they charge u the difference and it restarts contract. The only person happy about this is the customer service rep that upsold and got commission! Disappointed since I only had $50 to spend on groceries to feed my kids for the week and now only have $7.00. They robbed me

      Quick response to our request to look at our dryer / washer combo. The contractor deemed they could not be repaired. Initiated paper work for a refund up to the approved limit. The refund was processed timely.

      Very happy with their service..called for furnace and the repair man was here in about 2 hours. We have this service for the last 15 years with no problems. One year we had them out here 3 times during the winter with no problems..**************

      I called in for a service that I pay monthly for and was rudely, refused that service due to a Sales Representative stating that they were updating the service on 5-20-23 @1-15pm. He was the most Rudest person. With. I form of care about the service I was asking him to provide or the job he was supposed to produce I believe ALL calls are recorded and really wish this call would be looked over and they would rethink his employment status.

      I issued my claim last year in July turned my paperwork in in August. A manager there called me on 12/01 telling me I would receive my reimbursement within **** business after attempting to send the checks to two different addresses and never receiving them. It is now MAY of the following year and I still have no checks no direct deposit no answers nothing! I always received an email stating my claim was past 30 days when all I did was resubmit my direct deposit information since the checks were not coming to my address. This company is fraud! Called last Monday to speak with the manager that called and left me that voicemail wasnt able to speak with him and havent received a call back at all telling me whats going on. Its all a bunch of lies and no one is doing their due diligence because if they did I wouldve never received that email saying my account is past dude if the only issue has been me not receiving the checks I was already approved for!

      I have been paying for this service for years, first on our furnace the i put a new one in, pivotal did not install, I wanted to cancel the service and was told I couldn't. So I switched to the ** replacement. I bought the highest amount for to get **** towards a new **. Then I go to claim and they said it's only a **** reimbursement. Still waiting to hear from the guy they sent out. 2 months now. Very disappointed. May file small claims for the monies I paid in to it.

      Good service, although sometimes it's a wait for a service appointment. Fast reimbursement on unrepairable appliances. Good claim experience over the last 5 years: replaced air conditioner, hot water heater, dryer, and 2 washers.
