      Any delay from Pivotal was my fault. I jumped too soon and took a business card from a city water works employee for a local plumber not supported by Pivotal. Waiting for his quote was too long and was way too high for outside water pipe replacement. Once ************************* was contacted by Pivotal, I was waiting for someone from ******** to come out to see the problem & a price quote. I finally called, the sec. she said ***** coming out the next day and ******** doing the job on Saturday. I panicked...never got a quote. She called back.."All outside work will be paid by Pivotal" The other plumber quoted $10,000+, I only paid $500.00 for inside basement work. That certainly made my day. By the way the water line is about 115' long. No ditch digging, used horizontal drilling. ******** was here and gone in under 3 hrs.

      Pivotal installed a new furnace and air conditioner two years ago and for the second year in a row in attempting to start the furnace in the fall it doesnt work. Acct. ****** The technician ****** did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and determined it was installed incorrectly, and has ordered parts but here we sit with No Heat and temperatures this week reaching maybe 60 degrees and lows in the 30s. What I need pivotal to do besides fixing the problem but also get a two year extension on our warranty from Carrier . Im extremely disappointed that pivotal didnt figure out this problem last year when I didnt have heat and they replaced the needed parts. I expect pivotal to put this problem at the top of their list and have someone in management take ownership in making sure this is resolved quickly and completely , we are expecting a call from pivotal on Monday 9/26 with an update to set up an appointment and we would like technician ****** to be assigned to this project **************** took pictures as I have of the pvc piping that he said was incorrectly installed and created the problem. We expect to have heat again before the end of the week.

      American Home Solutions was called to replace a leaking gas hot water heater (water leak).Rep. came with hot water heater and installed it next day. Also removed old heater from premises and cleaned up. Very satisfied.

      Long term 10+ year customer who left after numerous, numerous calls/emails to receive reimbursement. Received valid authorization to get an outside contractor End story no reimbursement for services authorized Should not have taken more than 3 months to finally get an answer, and to then "NOT" receive reimbursement. Very much dissatisfied.

      Nicor Solutions were very good, until they gave their customers to Pivotal Solutions. It's sooo hard to get a response, especially by phone. Always "we are only handling emergencies today. Please call back tomorrow" and hear same thing. Last year I finally spoke to a human who "scheduled" service for us. We waited early and long all day, and when I complained that no one showed up, a rep texted me another company who was supposed to come because they could not handle all the calls they had! I called ****** HVAC and found out that Pivotal had indeed given them my info, but ****** had not scheduled service...they had their customers that day. Very polite and understanding, and scheduled an appointment for us, kept in touch, and were here on time.This year, same calling problem, left a message that I was cancelling my policy, and a rep texted me, and wanted to schedule what they owe me lol Pivotal Solutions is unprofessional, unreliable. Hopefully ***** will cut ties with them.
