      Please find attached a letter (EgoMower events.pdf) with detailed information, including invoice numbers, amounts and events.I basically tried everything in my power to resolve this conflict before submitting this complaint.Thank you so much for your help.

      I bought an EGO string trimmer (ST1511T) on April 3rd of 2024. According to my research, the *********** is owned by Chevron. I registered my trimmer under EGO's warranty. This string trimmer has a two speed transmission. In July 2024, my string trimmer malfunctioned and would only operate in low speed. I called EGO and brought my trimmer to an Ace Hardware for repair. They gave me a case number of: ********. After two weeks in the shop, I contacted ************ and they said that the part number needed for my string trimmer is no longer made so they put in for a replacement for my string trimmer. I received an email from EGO supervisor *** who told me they would send me out a replacement string trimmer when available. I called again on August 30th and EGO said they had no idea when a replacement would be sent out and told me they escalated my case and that a representative would contact me within 48 hours. Today is September 5th and I have still not heard from a representative and there is no resolution to my case. I have gone over a month without a string trimmer, with no answers as to what is being one to resolve the situation. I want a replacement string trimmer now as I paid for one and it is not acceptable to wait for EGO. Who knows when or if they will ever provide one. People need to know what they are getting into when they purchase an EGO product. They apparently do not stand behind their product. I have spent numerous hors on the phone on multiple phone calls trying to get this issue resolved. Please notice that the uploaded document "EGO 2" shows supervisor *** stating a new trimmer will be sent out.

      I purchased a mower with battery and charger from EGO. The battery was defective and a new one was provided. The new battery will not work two years later and they refuse to replace it. When I received the new battery in 2022, I had the understanding that the new battery was covered with the 3 year warranty. I was just now told when I asked for replacement of another defective battery that they placed the new battery in 2022 under the warranty for the original defective battery from 2021. I called on Monday, September 2 and received a call back today. When asked why - I was directed to the website- I purchased in a store - and had to scroll all the way down to warranty. The practice of placing a new product under an old warranty was not explained to me when I received my replacement at all. Further, it is very unclear in the website that this is their practice. Braedon told me if they didnt do this then theyd have to replace a battery every two years. They would indicate knowledge that the battery will never outlast the warranty. I could not find the address for *** on their website and had to ask. I was placed on hold while **** went to get a supervisor instead of the address. The supervisors were all in a meeting and unable to take my call just a few minutes prior until I asked for the address.

      On 6/15/24, I bought model ST1511T trimmer from Lowes. I used it twice before the head broke. Because I registered it, I contacted customer service for warranty on 7/21/24. They were helpful with initiating a warranty claim to send a new head for the trimmer. After that initial phone contact, I have had to call them to try and get an update on the status of the replacement. I contacted them on 7/29/24, 8/5/24, 8/14/24, and 8/19/24. During these phone conversations, nobody would give me a date as to when the part would be shipped until the last call on 8/19. On that date, I was told the replacement part would not be available until mid October. I also asked during these conversations if I could speak to a Supervisor to try and get this problem rectified faster. Bottom line is, I bought this trimmer to take care of my yard during the summer and have had to purchase a different trimmer in order to do that because the *** is currently unusable. Due to the lack of interest on their part to try and resolve this efficiently, I would either like a refund to be given immediately. The season for lawn care will be over before any replacement part will be shipped which makes my purchase of this product useless.

      I have contacted Ego Power Plus Support Starting on July 19 to get a battery replaced under warranty. I have called them *********************************************************** out of stock. I would like to get a replacement battery.

      EGO WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. EGO refuses to replace my defective battery I purchased at ******, even though my many complaints were made within the 3 year warranty period. Three times I requested a manager. Each time, I was told one was not available, but would call me that day. Two weeks later, one finally called. She agreed that according to ***********, my initial complaints were made in a timely ********** has been not weeks, but months since my complaints. I am still waiting for a new battery.Apparently, a customer cannot trust EGO to honor their written warranties.**** ******* **********************

      Subject of Complaint: EGO LB6504 POWER+ 650 CFM Blower with 5.0Ah battery and standard charger Serial #: *************** Purchase Date: 9/22/2023 June: *** Blower Submitted under terms of 5 year warranty repair/replacement following EGO procedure.July: *** confirmed they received the defective product by 1st week in July, and stated they would send replacement when they had one in stock.Current: Replacement still has not been received yet I received an email that the case is closed.COMMUNICATION is not acceptable.Impossible to locate any one in the ************* who can resolve issue. Called number on EGO site multiple times: After being on hold for more than 30 minutes each time they create a new case number so they don't track history. All emails come from generic email address.It has been over 2 months, and still have not had replacement.All operators appear to be located outside of *************. Operators refuse to give direct contact information for anyone in the company who can resolve issue.Timeframe for replacement is unacceptable given that they are still supplying ACE hardware stores and other re-sellers with new products all the time.*** seems to have similar issues with this and other products.

      I purchased a EGO power tool combo kit that included a battery. The box listed at HD clearly stated that it came with 5 year warranty as it was the primary reason I chose this brand over another brand with a lesser warranty. The battery became defective within the 5 year timespan to which *** said the battery was only under warranty for 3 years. This appears to be some type of change in policy meant to cut cost on the company as the company has changed their box recently to specify a separate and 5 year product/3 year battery warranty. The original box showed only a 5 year warranty for the entire contents. I've asked them for a replacement battery to which they offer no assistance. Please assist to me to get a replacement battery.

      Purchased snowblower with 2 7.5Ah batteries in July of 2021. Batteries are warranted for 3 years. Contacted EGO customer service 7/24/2024 regarding faulting battery. Ordered product at Ace Hardware 7/20/2021 but did not receive product through store until 7/24/2021. EGO claims warranty date started 7/20/2021. How can warranty begin before receipt/payment of a product. *** has been made aware that the battery was having issues earlier but I didn't tie it to faulting until the date of my call.

      I have a warranty repair and need to know where to take the lawnmower Have called these people several times .. each time taking up a lot of my time and getting the runaround...Last two times I called, I, both times, was asked information already asked... no record apparently is kept!.... Worst : the first time I was told I needed to go home and be next to the machine so they could ask me some questions.. did so... but when i got over there and called again , I was then told that I needed to email them a receipt.. which the other guys never asked for.. and looking at their web site It looks like the Lowes purchase is there....PLEASE HAVE EGO RESPOND BY EMAIL
