      I hired Petit Four Films to film our wedding day which was August 20, 2022. The week before our wedding, we still did not have a videographer assigned to us, causing a lot of unneeded stress. We got paired with a videographers just days before our wedding.On the day of, our videographer was great! He captured a ton of great footage and was super easy to work with. After the wedding, we received a rough draft of our wedding video and raw footage from the day. we were encouraged to submit one round of edits. At this point, the company had filed bankruptcy and became completely unresponsive. The link to our wedding video starting sending an error message and I haven't received the physical copy of our video like we paid for. I am worried the video content is gone and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone from the company. The independent contracted videographer has been super helpful, but he has yet to be paid by Petit Four Films.

      On 10.5.22, my partner and I received an email that Petit Four Films was going bankrupt. They would be cancelling all weddings they had scheduled and assured us this was NOT because they were a "scam company," but because of the financial hardships they endured during COVID-19. We responded to the email as requested to seek a refund of our money as the email stated "we will slowly be issuing refunds," did not sit well with us since we had already paid in full and now needed to find another videographer quickly. After email ********************************** as requested, we immediately received a response stating they were unable to offer a refund and we would need to dispute with our bank to try and get the money back. Next step, I disputed with our bank. They were wonderful and the money was back in our account the next day. One month later, we receive a call that Petit Four Films claims they never sent the initial email and that they would be providing the filming services for our wedding. Well, lucky for us we have this in writing that their claims are a lie, but they are now coming back seeking the money they told us to dispute.

      I purchased a full package in March 2022 for our wedding in December 2022. I receive an email stating this business has closed and is in bankruptcy and not sure when or if I would be getting a refund. I paid with a credit card and I opened a dispute. All was well until today 11.22.22 when the card company told me that this company shows and states that services were rendered. However, on email sent to me it states they cannot fulfill my event. And now they wont refund me. So the temporary credit in my account is now gone.

      Our wedding was 11/06/2021. We were promised various photo albums and videos. We worked with Petit Four for MONTHS to try and get what we were promised. We received some of what we were promised digitally. We received NONE of the physical deliverables. We have been trying to contact them for months now, but no one will respond. The last correspondence is from May 2022. Now, the company has shut off all email addresses and phone numbers and all of our digital links to materials are gone. We have NOTHING and NO ONE will contact us back!

      We booked Petit Four Films in May of 2022 to film our wedding on October 15th, 2022. We were alerted Via The Knot (not the vendor at all, at any point in time) that Petit Four Films had filed bankruptcy, and would not be able to fill our wedding. I have reached out to the automated refund email they have set up, but have yet to receive any feedback or response. All emails and phone numbers we had previously contacted them through are no longer in service. They have been completely unresponsive and elusive. It has been about a month and a half since initially reaching out for information on how, and when I will obtain my full refund for failure to render any sort of services. I have yet to receive any sort of response.

      We got married on 4/24/2021. We paid in full. The company did not provide us a finished product. We had ordered a 45 minute completed DVD of our wedding. The edits we got were a 7 minute highlight clip. We were attempting to work with the company on multiple occasions. The videographer was unprofessional, brought an additional videographer, was recorded either talking about the other vendors or bride in a none professional light. We actually got the raw footage to comb through to see if there were scenes we had specifically asked to be filmed - we paid extra money for those and they were not filmed. We had requested a refund going back to Jan 2022. We kept getting calls back stating they were working with us and they were working with getting the refund back. We got an email about the Bankrupcy, phone number is disconnected, there is no responses to the refund emails.

      My spouse and I , ******************* and ***************************, purchased a package on April 6 2022 for $1699 from this company. We paid in full to have our wedding filmed on July 29 2022 and to receive the video footage thereafter. The videographer did film our wedding on that date, but we never received the footage. They have since filed for bankruptcy and stated that they will issue refunds in an emailed response to our inquiry about the footage today. They also stated that they dont know when they can issue the refund. Upon researching the matter I have learned that they have not kept their word on refunding others who have reached out to them. Since we will not be receiving the footage from our wedding, we would like a full refund on the card that we purchased the package on.

      **** contacted the Merchant Name:PETITFOURFILMS to be the videographer for my wedding on July 1, 2022. I had talked to a guy named ***** ************************************** Heworked forPetitFour. I had signed the contract for a videographer (April 22, 2022), for $1,349.00, and afterdoing my research aboutPetitfour and looking at ourwedding budget, I decided to cancel my contract. So as thecontract stated "..... you can cancel the contract within 24 hours", I called *********************** and told him I wanted to cancel. I also sent an email, which I can provide.I called and talked to several people in the company, and they promised me they would refund my money. I have been writing and calling the company for over 5 months and have not been able to get my refund for services I have never received.Please advise how I canfind the bankruptcy case number and the court in which the bankruptcy was filed.Thank You.

      I hired Petit Four Films over a year ago to act as the videographers for my wedding on 08/28/22. They had a promotion for healthcare workers and I liked their work on their ******* and Instagram pages. They were also featured on The Knot and Wedding Wire. They had a deal to get $1,000 off if you paid in full in advance, which I did do. Everything went well, even on my wedding day. They had contracted videographers to videograph my wedding. However, after the wedding, they stopped responding completely. All the email addresses previously used to communicate with were no longer active. The phone numbers were also no longer active. I talked to my videographers that did submit the raw footage to the editor, but realized that they both also had not been paid for my wedding and multiple other weddings. The company disappeared on The Knot. I did research and found that the company had gone bankrupt and that they have been scamming numerous couples, videographers, and editors, even though they were no longer a legitimate company. They even were cancelling on couples the day before the wedding, but not refunding them. I never received any footage. I never got a response from them regarding when everything would be completed. No email I sent was going through and no call answered. I was able to obtain the raw footage and get my video edited by someone else, but until now I have not heard from them and am unable to contact them. This seems very typical from many of the other couples, videographers, and editors that I was able to connect with on social media.

      I booked Petit Four Films on 8/5/22 for my 10/21/22 wedding. Paid in full $1,399. After experiencing a lack of response to emails I sent regarding additional services, I canceled my contract on 9/1/22. My contract stated I would receive a full refund at any time if the contract was canceled. After several attempts to get my refund with no response. I am left with nothing. I need my refund.
