      I signed a contract on May 4, 2022 with Petit Four Films to perform the videography and photography for my upcoming wedding. The full contract price of $2994 was paid on that date as well. The contract specified Petit Four Films had 90 days to provide for a full refund, which could be requested at any time up until the wedding date. On May 20, 2022, after being unsatisfied with the company's communication, my fiance and I requested a refund. On May 25, 2022, the company responded that a refund would be reflected in our account in 90 days. We then requested our refund be expedited. We received numerous emails over the course of the past three months stating our refund request was referred to their financial department. No real information was ever provided and we have not received a refund. It is past the 90 days allowed for by the contract. We attached the contract and email thread below. We are seeking a full refund of $2994.

      I booked Petit Four Films, LLC to do my wedding videography for my wedding on June 11, 2022. Petit Four Films outsourced the actual videographer to *******************, a photographer from *********, **. **** came to our wedding and filmed all parts of the wedding from around 1pm-8pm. He was amazing to work with. **** then came to me stating that he has not been rightfully paid by Petit Four Films and stated that many other videographers that were outsourced by Petit Four Films, also have not been paid. **** as well as myself and my husband have repeatedly tried to get in contact with Petit Four Films about getting **** paid, as well as having our wedding video created. When we do get ahold of someone at Petit Four Films they just say that "they are working on it" and that they are "doing the best they can". They are just talking in circles with us. They claimed that we would have our video a few weeks after the wedding and it is now been over 11 weeks. We have heard of Petit Four Films doing this to other wedding couples and do not want it to happen anymore. And we would really like to have our wedding video.

      Buyer beware. We signed contract in Feb 2020 for a wedding date of Oct 2020. Wedding was cancelled due to Covid that year. Vendor stated we could book for free any time in 2022 depending on availability. We never rebooked and when we asked for a refund in Feb 2022, the vendor agreed to this and said they will process the refund. I have spoken with *************************** of Client Relations and Escalation and have had 40 emails or so between, *****, *****, ********, *********, and anyone else at that company but it is now Aug 2022 and I doubt a refund will be processed and returned anytime soon. No services rendered, vendor agreed to a refund but they have yet to process it 6months later. Run and avoid them. "*****" is probably "*********," and no one work there it appears.

      Petit Four Films hired me and my assistant to film a wedding on July 2, 2022 in ********, **. The company is located in ********, but outsources for their videography and photography. Upon hiring us and having us sign our contractual agreements, they made it clear in the contract that we would be paid an hourly rate with half up front and the second half paid within 30 days of submission of our footage to their dropbox. Since completing the project, the client has told me that she is extremely happy with our work, but Petit Four Films has not paid me or my assistant. They took our footage and did not fulfill their end of the contract. When trying to contact the company, their phone numbers (which were temporary ****** subscriber numbers) have been cancelled. The emails for the production contacts that hired me have been returned with automatic replies saying that they are no longer with the company and cannot respond. Their payment department responded with an email that said that other videographers (not me or my partner) had caused problems for their accounts and that they would not be able to pay, but then they did not issue any responses to any further requests. I have left at least 10 voicemail messages with customer service and sent at least 10 emails, all with no reply. I am now bringing them to small claims court.

      We hired Petit Four Films for our August 2021 wedding videography. After many months of back and forth revisions to our wedding video and 1 minute teaser video, we finally received a digital version of each on April 26th 2022. The contract we signed states we were also to receive a DVD and USB of the wedding videos. Their email to us on April 26th states when we were ready for our DVD and USB to send an email to their media department. They ask to allow 30 to 45 days for a delivery. As of August 24th 2022, it has been 120 days since they sent that email. I have followed up with 3-4 emails asking when we can expect a delivery and have not received any timeframe when we can expect the media. There was 1 reply stating they no longer supply DVDs and we would get a $50 credit but that was vague. Will they refund us $50? We have no use for a Petit Four gift card or other credit. No one on their end answers any of the phone numbers they have listed. All we want are the DVD/USB that was promised to us in our contract. Please help us, thank you. Contract is attached that states we are to receive 3 DVDs and a USB. Original email from Petit Four and 3 follow up emails asking for the DVDs/USB.

      I am rejecting this response because: Petit Four Films has not tried to forward this complaint to the necessary people to resolve.  They just brush it off as no idea who this is.  That is not an acceptable response.  They are the company we hired to do our wedding video and they need to take more accountability for there actions.

      Petit Four films was the videographer for our wedding (5/22/2021)The initial cut of our video was a complete joke, and so we reached out to have edits made. I don't have the original cut saved to my files, and it's been removed from the dropbox where it was shared, but it was totally unacceptable, our edit requests were for the most part things like "please cut the 45 seconds of silence at a pause in our ceremony while the rings were brought up by someone out of shot" and "please use the offboard audio from the officiant during the ceremony" Basic, simple things that really shouldn't even have needed to be requests in the first place.One round of edits was made that addressed only a couple of our concerns, so we filled out the revision form a second time and made sure to include exact timestamps and even went so far as to find the necessary raw files in the folders of footage so that there would be no mistaking what we were asking for, which I think is doing more than our fair share of this- we theoretically were paying Petit to find these clips and cut them together. We went through this process a total of 3 times, each time being promised that the changes would be made, each time, they were not. The final attempt that was made was delivered to us in April of 2022, at which point we started to attempt to hold Petit to their satisfaction guarantee, posted on their website, which states "You're going to love your films if not... they're free" this guarantee is still up on the website, at: https://www.petitfourfilms.com As of June 6th, we had reached an agreement with Petit that they would refund 75% of our bill, and would "refer us to the billing department". I have not heard from the billing department, and I believe at this point they do not intend to honor their guarantee and am seeking aid in pursuing resolution with them for the refund.

      We hired this company as our videographer for our wedding in September, 2021. On the day of, the cameraman appeared and it was clear he was not a professional wedding videographer. It took several months beyond the timeframe contracted (90 days) for us to get our videos back. When they did send them, they were of extremely low quality, were edited poorly, used songs in inappropriate ways (for example over our religious ceremony) and the sound is horrible. They also mic'd my Husband, which was part of the package, but the soundbites are not in any of the videos and they put pre recorded songs over the music from our live band, which is bizarre. We contracted for two mic's and only had one. The livestream, also in the contract, was done poorly and our guests who could not attend told us later that they could barely hear it. Additionally, the raw footage they eventually sent (only via dropbox) is piecemeal, and is sent with some videos being seconds long and others being several minutes. It's completely out of order and impossible to follow. The videographer is also heard cursing in the background often, completely ruining the film.We've gone back and forth with them for months. They did one edit to the videos but the videos still have all of the same issues and some new issues. The longer video is also short. For months, we have been asking to get on the phone with someone to discuss but they keep saying they are "sending it to their team" to get in touch with us and no one does. Despite us consistently following up with them, we have received terrible customer service and unprofessional conduct. They have not provided the level of service they claim to sell. We still do not have our final DVD/video.I also believe they flood their sites on theknot, etc. with reviews to drown out the complaints from people. They seem to be falsely advertising a timeline and product that they cannot deliver. We would like a refund and our videos/raw footage in a usable format.

      This response is nonsensical. There is no ************ branch. This company advertises all over the ** on TheKnot.com, etc. and is based in *******. They are in ******* and subcontract others to show up at these events and take video. At no point did we ever work with a "separate branch". There is no way to communicate with a "separate branch". It was one company based out of *******. They use these types of excuses all over the place on TheKnot, WeddingWire and then say that they have no record or the people who hired them were in another area. It's nonsensical. The phone number on their site is a *******/******** area code. When I went to report them on the BBB site, there was only a *******-based option(s).

      If the refund is not an issue per their response, then I would ask that they refund what we paid them and send us the raw footage for our wedding in a usable format - i.e. on a USB, so that we can have it edited by a professional company. 

      The booking was under the name ******************* and our wedding was September 5, 2021. I reattached our contract here. It is signed by *******************, who as I understand it is their owner and is based in *******. It makes no mention of a "separate branch".

      My wife and I booked Petit Four Films (booked under the my wife's maiden name, *************************) for our wedding which was held on 5/21/2022. The contract guaranteed a full refund up until the day of the wedding. After horrible coordination by Petit Four Films and not putting us in contact with a videographer until the week of our wedding, they connected us with a very unprofessional videographer, and we decided to cancel for a full refund. Petit Four Films told us the refund could take up to 90 days, but it has now surpassed 90 days and we have not received our refund. We have called and emailed multiple people multiple times over the last week and continue to get passed around and told that our refund is being reviewed. After reading many other complaints with very similar stories, I am convinced Petit Four Films is trying to scam us and will not refund our money.

      My wife and I were married june 17 at *********************** in **. We booked petit for our engagement shoot and received those pictures. However for wedding day photos we delivered with only about 200 photo missing a majority of the promised events to be captured. A wedding only happens once and we are highly upset. We've been trying to contact customer service for answers and either receive no answer or someone apologizes and refers us to another number who again does not answer. We paid for extra time for photography and receive less than minimum. With a service at a cost of $4000+ we should receive a refund. The small amount of photos we do have are either out of focus or have our backs. We don't even have a photo coming down the aisle or cutting the cake. It looks as if they held back on photos or haven't received photos from the photographer. There were two. I've been seeing so many reviews stating photographers not getting paid and this may be the reason we have not received all of our photos. However as a customer, we have paid you thousands of dollars and deserve the services we've paid for or a complete refund.

      This is the correct business and I sent proof that I am a customer. I see your company has a long history of replying you have no record of your customer because you are not paying your photographers therefore us as clients are not getting our wedding content. The proof is in the contract. As shown on the contract, the bride name *********************, now ***************** and groom ****** Love are the clients. We want a refund. I have attached billing proof and also the responds of one of the photographers they hired for our wedding day. Luckily he gave us his personal business card before the wedding was over.
