      We purchased a package for our wedding with petit four films. The videographer came out and shot the entire wedding on 5/29/2022. Petit four films guaranteed they would have our videos to us within 90 days of our wedding date or our money back for the film portion. When I contacted them in august at the 90 day **** to ask where my films are and if I can be refunded the video portion, they told me there was an error and to call back next week. I tried calling back and the phone number goes to a spam youve received a ******* gift card automated line Ive emailed multiple times asking for my films. *** tried calling other numbers on the website and nobody answers or gets back to me. We spent $1,599 and I have the full contract and receipt. Our package included 8 hours of videography, a drone, a short film for social media, access to the entire footage of the entire wedding via dvd, a 7 minute long film and a free usb flash drive with all footage. Petit four films has not provided any of the footage or films, dvds or flash drive to us. We paid the $1599 on Friday December 31st 2021.

      We booked this business as our wedding Videographer. We signed a contract and paid in full in March of 2022 for our wedding September 10, 2022. The last communication we received was in July to fill out a couple of forms. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to contact someone from the business to confirm that they will be at the wedding and I cannot get a hold of anyone. I have tried 4 different phone numbers, I have emailed, and I have even tried messaging through ******** and Instagram, which they are active on. At this point, we are 2 days from the wedding and I am forced to hire a new videographer because Petit Four will not respond to me at all. I just want my money back so it can go toward the person that is actually going to do the work.I have attached the contract and proof of our paid invoice.

      We paid $2000 for a videographer for our wedding. The videographer did show up and shoot the videos but we have not been able to contact anyone from the company since to receive the videos. All messages, emails and calls go unanswered. It's been over 3 months since the wedding and nobody has gotten in touch with us on a status update. I think we got ripped off.

      We were told by ******** that we would receive a refund from this company for lost footage, poor videography and poor production. ********* also said that the full refund ($1300) had been processed back to the original card, ending ****, on two different occasions. No refund had been processed according to Chase, my credit card company. We were told that we would receive a $50 refund last month, due to the company no longer offering hard copies of videos; that refund was never received. The contract and invoice were signed/paid on 11/8/21. We would like this company to be held accountable for services not rendered according to their standards and the contract signed, and receive the refund that we were told we would receive.       I hired this company to film my wedding. Hired the company in February 2022 for a July 9, 2022 wedding. The day of the wedding the videographer showed up 1.5 hours later than the scheduled time of the event and only stayed 30 minutes longer than scheduled for, leaving 1 hour of unfilled and paid for materials. The company has a moto that stating that you love it or it's free. Through the company, we also filled out a questionnaire asking what our must have moments to be filmed were. Well with the videographer showing up 1.5 hours late he missed those must have moments. He also showed up looking very unprofessional and did not notify us that he was going to be late until he was already an hour late. I have tried contacting the company for the past month to receive a refund and have not received any information back. We did receive our video and it is not up to the standards listed on the website at all. It is very poor quality and just 45 mins of film thrown together, not what they advertise their films to look like. I am requesting help to get a refund from the company.

      I hired Petit Four to provide a service (videography) for my wedding on June 3, 2022. My contract had stipulations of receiving a "teaser" within weeks and my final video within 90 days. All has passed, I've stopped receiving correspondence from them. I have requested a refund, was told it was requested through finance and that I would have it ... have seen nothing.

      IThese people are scammers, we hired them for our wedding on July 22 , 2022 everything was great,good communication at the beginning, we paid them the videographer showed up on time and we had a beautiful wedding. After a month we called them to get a status on our video and to see when it would be ready but noone answers. We left several voicemails and emails for 3 weeks but no response, I called every possible number that I could find relating to this company and the only person that answer was the videographer that was at our wedding. He advise that he cant get in touch with petite four either and they owe him more than $3000 dollars for work that he has done for them. He said that he still has the footage he shot at our wedding but since petite four hasnt paid him that he cant release the footage to us. He offered to edit the footage himself and gave me the information of his company so I can see some of his video edits to see if we wanted for him to edit our video for a price. of course this sounded like another scam so I decided to call my bank and report this as fraud.

      Transaction date: 02/14/2022 Original contact was with **************************** $1699 for photography and videography of our future wedding date on 02/05/2023 Cancelled with them for my 100% guaranteed refund 03/20/2022 was told he would let them know never received a cancel confirmation proceeded to email ***************************** 03/21/2022.Heard back from ******** to confirm cancellation and that it would take ******************************************************************************************************************************* charge.June 26, June 27, and July 7 I inquired via email as it had been past 90 days.Started calling their number July 9, 2022 and I have been calling once a week since then trying to get any information and all I get is "It's still processing, I will escalate it again"They have not attempted to resolve it more than that.

      On may 24, 2022 I paid 1699$ for a videography package. I was told I can get a full refund. I have texted, emailed and called with no replys to request a refund.

      I have tried reaching out to this company on multiple occasions. I need a refund for $1699 which was paid on may 24 2022 this year for a wedding video. They havent emailed me back or called me back. I have a contract with them that says I can get a full refund.
