  These people allowed me to book my wedding photography and videography paid in full due to the good price and then they went out of business and we did not refund anybody near money now we were out $4000 I have nobody for a Wedding horrible horrible business going to try and have my credit card company help me would like a form to file with the bankruptcy court

  The WORST COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM!! OR SMALL CAKE FILMS I contracted Petit Four Films to capture the video at my sister's wedding. They took our full payment for services months before the wedding. A week before the wedding the contracted videographer called and asked if the wedding was cancelled. We were so confused because we never cancelled or communicated to anyone that the wedding was cancelled. We never received a phone call or email from PFF stating that communication at all. We tried to contact them by email and phone and no luck. We tried to contact them on the website and ******** and the sites vanished. I called the number on all of the contact numbers that I had and there was no luck, all disconnected. So for the wedding we had no videographer and still have not heard anything from PFF. I finally called my bank to file a dispute to see if we can get the money back. They are currently investigating with a provisional credit pending the completion of the process. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND SMALL CAKE FILMS. SCAMMERS

  Petit Four Films did not respond to any of my email communications (and there were many), or through contact in the client portal. I called multiple phone numbers many times and was unable to connect with anyone. I paid the full amount up front in order to get a discount, and 4 days before my wedding, I received a text message from a customer service rep informing me that they were not going to be at my wedding. I was told I'd be getting my full refund in 2-3 business days, and it hasn't happened over a month later. They have since filed for bankruptcy, so I likely won't see any of my money. Incredibly disappointed with the complete lack of professionalism.

  these people suck! called me as a photographer desperate for coverage of a September 2021 wedding with a pre-agreed rate of $100/hr. no editing rate for an 8 hr. wedding in *******.I shot it...did a great job...the couple ******* and ******** loved my work and invited me to after party with them.Of course being a pro I did not join in...instead I took my very tired feet home from the long day....I shot it well because I felt the responsibility to the couple as they were nice people with a nice family....of course I get a notice from Petit Four that they were not going to pay me the remaining $448...other half plus mileage and toll THEY SCAMMED ME and are a very very shoddy Vendor not to be trusted at all with anything ....

  Do not use this company. They were the most unresponsive, unprofessional vendor I have ever worked with. I am still arguing with them over a credit they said they would issue for a wedding in January 2022. They agreed to provide DVDs and a USB with all wedding footage and then said over 6 months after the wedding they were no longe doing this. They still have not responded to my emails or calls. Save yourself the hassle! even if another company is more money, it will save you a MAJOR headache in the end, that I can assure you!

  I left a review earlier but now I need to emphasize on the fact that you should NEVER hire this company. The Wedding is September 17, 2022 In PA, and yet no response or email, just an automated email saying give us 24hrs and someone will get to you SPOILER: NO ONE DOES!1.Lack of communication ************ is a broker; they do not have their own videographers. They outsource videographer in your area at the very last minute. 2.They will accept every wedding date no matter what the deadline is since they wing it and hope they can find one. Do not be fooled by the prices, you are lucky even in videographer shows up. 3.Every person they hire quits or no longer works there. The person I was originally communicating with now longer works there because he emails keeps bouncing back. Thats not the first email that bounced back their multiples. 4.They never answer their phones, literally never. They changed there number so many times that I gave up. My friend and I even did a fake phone consultation for a new customer which they finally called, and we confronted them about the issue, and they had no idea going on. They said they were going to call back but that never happened of course. 5.If your still not convinced, they are under investigation with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). If you want a stress-free wedding, hire a local videographer and not a broker/company. They dont care about you; they only want their money. Thank God we were able to find someone else yesterday. STAY AWAY! Hopefully this helps everyone!

  Company is a scam. I have paid invoice in full and no one has contacted me about how I want the video to be captured. No one showed up to the wedding for filming. The live chat is no help at all. Only provided me a phone# that never answers. Cannot even provide me company address when requested. Their general email had informed me that they are seeking chapter 11 bankruptcy and there is no timeline on my refund request. Also received an auto reply from the consultation person stating he no longer works for the company.

  WHY CANT I GIVE 0 STARS?!? This company is a SCAM and ghosted us after booking + paying in full MONTHS before our wedding. We had to book a new videographer 2 DAYS before our wedding because of these *******. Do NOT book with petit four. They are an absolute disgrace to society and anyone planning any event should stay FAR AWAY FROM PETIT FOUR. I have filed a complaint with BBB and a dispute with our CC company but that doesnt even seem like enough. These b****** should be shut down and put in jail. I tried getting ahold of them through email, text message, calls and voicemails (which, by the way they have like 100 different phone numbers), ******** messages, and Instagram messages. When I couldnt get ahold of them, my wedding coordinator tried to and they BLOCKED HER ON SOCIAL MEDIA. Petit four is nothing but a bunch of feral animal like asshats who will just scam you for your money. The last thing I have to say is you, petit four, have messed with the wrong person and you will catch h*** from me and my team!!!!!!

  THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE IT!!! They took my money and the person they hired to do the video won't give them the raw footage because he hasn't been paid by them. I've tried contacting the company numerous times (thru email and phone) and I've only gotten one response from their email listed on their home page. It was obviously not written by someone who had a good understanding of the English language and the phone number I was given to speak to someone had eleven digits. I also called the number on my contract and there's a message stating that the number is no longer being used and I should contact a different number because there's a live person to help me out, which isn't true because all I get is an answering machine which doesn't even state the name of the company. All it says is that no one is available to answer the call and to leave a message. I've left messages twice and have gotten no return phone calls. I finally called my credit card company to see if I can get my money back.

  I'm very happy with our films. We booked after a referral from a coworker. It's hard for me to find any complaints as our films look terrific and the experience with ***** was excellent. Communication was good. Had a few changes and they made them at our request. There were some issues with the drone due to low clouds but they added a free film. They did offer to go and redo the drone portion. We would recommend them.
