      ***** did a very nice job on our wedding day. He was always there for anything we needed. He managed to get some precious interviews with some of the older folks at the wedding which has been a blast to watch. The music timed well with the teaser and we are glad we have these memories. Highly Recommend!

      Cancelled the day before my wedding for no reason. I am definitely throwing this company under the bus. Petite for films if anyone has them booked for videography do not use them and get a refund right away. They are going out of business. My wedding is tomorrow and they just canceled on me at 2 PM. They canceled by text message and nobody will answer my calls or return my emails or texts.??

      Horrible company, I am a videographer contractor, and I went to shoot a wedding for petit four films here in ****** on 7/30/22 it's been over 30 days and they haven't pay me, were the contract says they have to pay me before 30 days. They been also scamming brides, they don't answer my calls. Text, and emails ?? ?? ??

      So happy we booked ***** and the team. I am very happy to have this memory and the process from beginning to end was easy. Communication dropped off a little but things got back to where they were once we got closer to the day. **** was excellent as the videographer. We met him ahead of the day and he was pleasant to work with. Highly Recommend!

      We were left to find a new videographer within a month of our multi-day wedding due to Petit Four Films' awful lack of communication. We had two contracts (one per day) and their contract states you are able to cancel at any time for a full refund within 90 business days of cancelation. We received one refund, but are awaiting the second. It has now been past 90 business days and we have spoken to countless representatives from the company. Nobody can tell us the exact issue or give us an update. There are also several unanswered emails, calls, and voicemails. All we know is that this is a "credit card company issue." Every time they assign a representative to us, the phone number gets disconnected after a while. Petit Four Films also claims that you are able to choose whatever music you want for your wedding video. Upon speaking to several other videographers, this is actually a copyright issue so I'm not quite sure how they can get away with that. They also failed to check whether or not we would be able to have drone footage at our wedding, which was something they promised to us. They promise an unmanned livestream with your package, but fail to mention that you need to provide the Zoom information.You are also not allowed to leave any reviews (both positive or negative) before you receive your finished product per their contract. I find that to be a little shady. I also noticed that on The Knot, their negative reviews tend to dissappear over time. Stay away from this company. We are out thousands of dollars and it doesn't seem like we will ever get it back.

      Also would like to add that they claim not to service anywhere outside of ******* ********, which is a lie considering we had to provide our wedding venue location prior to signing our contract and they did not have an issue with providing services in *******, *******.

      No complaints. Everything turned out better than we could have expected. We booked them last minute and are so glad we did. ***** did an excellent job the day of the wedding. He was early, helpful, but worked mostly in the background. I appreciated the couple of rounds of changes. Love the films and would recommend **** and *****.

      We hired Petit Four Films for my daughter's wedding on June 18, 2022. They did show up to film; however, we received zero footage after three months, and they refuse to contact us. We paid in full as requested, and no one will call us back or email us. This is incredibly sad for our family because we trusted this company. *****

      We booked based on a referral from our coordinator. We did our research and looked at a couple of other studios as well. What **** us to ***** were the films. The only criticism I have is that the communication got a little slow but it also got right back on track. *****, our videographer, was a joy to work with. He was early and worked in the background. He got all of the footage we needed. The editing was quick. We received our films well ahead of the deadline and only had a couple of changes. We really liked the teaser and the way everything was timed. Based on our experience feel as though they are a great value for everything you receive and the films look very good. Highly Recommend!

      We were referred by Petit Four and had a terrific experience. We mostly worked with ****, our videographer, and *******. On our day **** was early and was with us throughout the day without it feeling like he was there. Yet he was everywhere. Our films are beautiful and I feel as though they are an excellent representation of our day. I did have a couple of changes but they made them at no cost. I am happy with everything!

      BEWARE!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!This company will take your money and in return you will receive POOR COMMUNICATION. Prior to booking everyone was so nice and accommodating but once we paid, it was down hill from there. We were initially told we could schedule our engagement shoot at anytime. Once we booked, we were only given the option of Monday - Thursday. When we tried to schedule our shoot NO ONE was able to help. ***********************, the guy who assisted us prior to paying, emailed us back saying he couldnt remember what we wanted. After that WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. WE HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYONE. Weve called customer service several times and left messages. WEVE HEARD NOTHING!!! They have completely ignored us. We used another number to call ***** and pretended to inquire about their services and IMMEDIATELY got a call back. Once they knew who we were ***** became really rude, loud, and aggressive. STEER FAR AWAY and dont trust those 4 and 5 Star reviews. Also, we have YET to receive our refund and its been past the 90 day ****. COMPLETE SCAM!!

      I am sorry to say it but they have the wrong company. We have been working with BBB on this but they do not seem to want to cooperate. We have asked numerous times for the BBB to update our profile due to it being the wrong company and we only serve *******. We have asked the BBB to update our profile to show the correct personnel. They still do not want to cooperate. It is getting to the point of ridiculous. This person seems to be out of *****. Also any idea of a scam taking place is simply not true. Just because one does not like their films does not mean it is a scam. Services have been rendered. Regardless I am sorry to hear you had this experience and would suggest you circle back to your regional office.
