    We purchased a NEW golf cart under my husband ***********************' name. The golf cart was delivered and immediately started to shimmy and pull to the right. When we drove the cart down the road, it stopped working. After inspection, we realized that the battery cable was loose and burned one of the batteries. Since it was a weekend and they were not open, we had to purchase a new battery and cables, to get it off the road and home. We sent pics and did a repair ticket. When we made phone calls to the parts/warranty ***** we were yelled at and talked down to. The orig purchase was done 5/26/2022. It has been 12 weeks and every time we call we are told that the part is ordered. Today again, I was yelled at and hung up on. I was advised that other people wait and are content waiting. I have missed the entire season with the cart that I paid 10K for and have had to spend money to rent golf carts because my husband is disabled. They are telling me that they only reimbursement that I will rcv per the warranty is for parts only. I will have to pay for labor, delivery to and from the repair shop and as I stated rental carts.

    I am rejecting this response because:  these are not accurate facts. We rcvd the unit damaged and attempted to drive the golf cart. The cart shook and cut out. They had not properly bc connected or tightened the battery cables and the tie *************** was bent. They only shipped the items after this BBB complaint was made . 12 weeks after original purchase. We want the Labor and parts covered due to our inconvenience

    Purchased a utility vehicle Buck 250 on June 27, 2022 order G748050. Unit was delivered to my home on July 18, 2022.Total cost $7600.01. I purchased options either unit. 1- full assembly. 2- windshield The unit arrived with no roof and no windshield. The roof is standard equipment. I paid extra for the windshield. As of this date I have not received either item. Ive filed a missing equipment form and sent in. *** also spoken to parts **** manager **** on fwo occasions and parts representative **** on three occasions. Each time I was advised my missing items are on a pallet a set to be loaded on the truck for freight delivery. Both assured me they would either call or email my tracking number on the shipment.     Made a purchase over the phone for a motorized dolly on 7/30/2022. Received the item on 8/16/2022. Sales order - G748678 I called to make a phone order as I was looking for a motorized dolly that would work on gravel. The sales employee name is ******. They explained that it would work fine for surfaces. This is also advertised on their websites. When the item arrived it did not work on gravel.I called 8/17 and spoke to customer service. They advised I could not return the item as the item is non refundable. I asked to be transferred to a technician. **** was the tech manager and told me it would not work over gravel. I mentioned its listed on the site and the sales representative. He denied this was on their website. After taking a look, **** changed his tune then mentioned it works on most cases and no guarantees can made. I was mislead into this purchase, the item does not work as advertised.     Upon receiving their unit the customer contacted us and requested to return their unit as it was moving to slowly across their gravel surface. As the item was not defective we are unable to accept a return on the item per the terms listed on the customer;s receipt.Please note the customer did purchase our smallest and least powerful trailer dolly and as such this unit will not be able to move quickly on uneven surfaces.

    I am rejecting this response because:the information they are proving is incorrect. I called to see if they had a higher speed setting but ultimately ended up speaking to their technician because the machine DOES NOT work at all over gravel. The machine size is supposed to hold twice the amount of what Im trying to move across gravel. The technician- **** was also surprised to see that the company advertising gravel and dirt as he says the devices have only been tested on hard surfaces like concrete. 

    This device does not work on gravel or dirt.

    Per our previous response we are unable to accept a return on the item due to it moving too slowly. These units are not sold or advertised with a high speed setting and our smaller units will move the slowest on any uneven ground. Per the customer's complaint their mover was working on gravel just not fast enough as the item does work on gravel as advertised. We request to have this complaint closed, thanks.

    I am being clear in that the machine will NOT move on gravel. I initially called to see if there was a higher setting so that the machine would actually move through the gravel. It does not move. It does not work as advertised. As mentioned previously, the sales agent transferred me to **** in the technical department. We spent thirty minutes on the phone. The calls are recorded. Pull your call. **** told me these machines do not work on gravel or dirt.

    **** has not responded as he stated he would.I don't beleive there are any parts available for this scooter as it has been discontinued from the manufacturer https://www.qianxinmotor.com.

     

    Saferwholsale.com is not being honest about parts or support on the Vitacchi scooter. They are sales ONLY and no parts or support is available for Chinese products.

     

    The Clash 200 had a fire during a short trip to the store on 8-22-22. It is UNSAFE to ride. I tried to add pictures but, your system won't allow me to.

     

    I want a REFUND of the original purchase price.

    As previously stated we are able to get any parts the customer any need. Unfortunately as the customer has stated above they have damaged their item and as such we will not be able to accept a return for their purchase. Please note as the item had a fire caused by the customer due to misuse after they had initially requested parts for their order we are unable to accept liability for this issue as the customer used their unit without the requested parts needed to operate the unit properly.     This is unacceptable and a LIE. The plastic cover on the muffler had a fire due to the incorrect material it is made from as it is a ******* made scooter.I have since removed this cover so I can use the scooter I paid for.  Saferwholsale has not even requested that I send any pictures of this event. I challenge Saferwolsale again for their ability to get any parts for this scooter. The scooter has been discontinued from the manufacturer in ***** and NO parts are available. They are again Lying.

    We purchased a golf cart called the Coco Coupe from saferwholesale.com/Greater Sports **** It arrived not in the condition described and the brakes for the vehicle do not work. My sister was lucky it did not hurt her in a car accident while she was driving around. We sent photos upon arrival stating it did not meet the criteria we were described and requested a refund. The company did nothing and said they didn't have to. We have had the item for 3 months and request a refund the first week, then tried to make it work and within 3 uses of the vehicle the brake line broke, the connection was striped and my sister was unable to stop. Upon requesting a refund again from the carrier stating this item is not as described and we were sold a defective product they said they would send us a new brake line. We do not want that we want a refund!!! They will not help us at all or make it right. They said it was on us to fix the item and we cannot find anyone to repair it. They have stolen our money, sold us a broken item that could have caused injury and are not willing to help in any way.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The account from GSI is inaccurate. The item was damage and broke right away after use. We did contact them for a refund originally at time of delivery with no response other than they could not help us. After the brakes failed and we contacted them letting them know that we cannot find anyone who will repair the item. They sent us a brake line but we cannot get it repaired or have working brakes after 3 uses. When we spoke to **** as GSI he mentioned that he has heard this a lot. We were told we will need to pay a 20% restocking fee at $1900 and pay for the shipping to return an item that was broken which is a $2200 cost. We will return the item for a refund but feel that keeping $1900 on top of the shipping cost is extremely high when it was not that we "simply do not want the item" but that the quality and condition were not as advertised. We will accept the refund but feel putting the blame on us to pay for transportation both ways and keeping $1900 is a very heavy price. We also were told that they will not give us a refund until they look over the item in the shop. We feel that the money should be held in escrow as the concern is that we will ship it back and they will find more ways to keep our money. When we were contacted by GSI after filing the complaint it was clear they were angry. We just want to have things made right at a fair price.

    I made a purchase of a golf cart from a company online named saferwholesale and delivery I realized this item appears different to the one I viewed online in terms of size and products. I refuse delivery which occurred during a time when the business was closed. Upon calling the company during operation hrs the staff was absolutely rude and informed of a $2500+ refund penalty. I then tried to have the item returned to avoided such a loss they then told me the shipping fee is now double from what I paid originally. I am still paying for an item monthly that I don't have so I need to report this company and make others aware of their poor customer service and underlying means of stealing from potential customers

    At the time of purchase the customer viewed our website which includes pictures and exact dimensions of the Golf Cart the customer purchased. After completing their purchase the customer's golf cart was shipped to their residence via car carrier. At the time of delivery the customer refused their purchase as it was too small for their intended use, please note the golf cart matched the exact size measurements listed on our website the customer viewed to complete their purchase.


    The item was then returned to our warehouse and no issues were found with the golf cart during return inspection. We then offered the customer a refund for their purchase less the return fees listed on their receipt the customer agreed to at the time of purchase. The customer has since agreed to these terms and we are currently processing the customer's refund for the return of their unit.


    We request to have this complaint closed as the customer has agreed to accept a refund per the terms and conditions of their sale as listed on their receipt.

    Good morning I am asking for my complaint to be reopened because I never received my refund as promised by saferwholesale. I did reached out to them to query and the unprofessional employee that is in charge of processing my refund continues to hang up the phone whenever I ask for an approximate date refund would be process. I  believe they are retaliating because I made this bbb complaint.
