      I was talked into getting to vials of Kybella because it was supposed to be a permanent solution for my double chin.Two and a half months later and I think my chin is the same or worse than it was before I spent $1,200 on this scam.If youre wondering if you should get kybella, dont waste your money.I now have to spend my time researching lawsuits and talking to the media about the scam that AbbVie is selling!Send me my money back!!!!!!!

      I signed up for Abbvie Assist program in March 2023. I was accepted by Abbvie to supply me with Armour Thyroid medicine for a 90-day script. The coverage was for assistance through 12/31/2023. It's time for the prescription to be refilled. I have been trying to get a refill for a month now. They have come up with numerous excuses. My doctors office and I have complied with all their issues. Still nothing. Now yesterday and today I have been put on hold. Each time for somewhere around 15 minutes to 30 minutes until the service is disconnected. My only choice now is to get a script for the medicine from my doctor. The cost was $180.00.

      My rheumatologist prescribed the drug Humira since February 2022, but I have not been able to have a continuous supply because there are always accounts that have payments due at the specialty pharmacy with VERY HIGH numbers. I have made approximately 20 calls to resolve this issue, each lasting more than an hour and every time they tell me that my problem has been solved and that there are no balances to pay and that I can continue ordering my medication. This, however, is incorrect, and they ultimately end the call because they cannot solve the problem.I used the ABBVIE web portal to submit my request on 2 occasions and their response was only to recommend calling one of the 3 telephone numbers where this problem has not been solved.They sent me an Abbvie Debit Master Card that NEVER has an available balance.Currently, I have a balance of $1,499.98 from October 24, 2022 and $3,260.55 from April 24, 2023, for a total debt of $4,760.43, a figure that affects me due to the multiple collection letters from the pharmacy.When I enrolled in the ABBVIE Program in February 2022, they guaranteed me that I would never pay more than $5 for my medicine, but this has not been fulfilled so far, in addition, the aid program DOES NOT inform what the available balance is, which ends , as is my case, with outstanding balances in charge of the patient that I assume that if ABBVIE does not solve, I will have to pay for this medicine from my resources to avoid legal action from the pharmacies.I think that my health has been more affected by the concern of such high debts and by the continuous changes in medication, since I was not able to request the Humira continuously as prescribed by the attending physician.I appreciate reviewing my case and providing a definitive solution without more long-term calls to ABBVIE.

      I am owed a total of $100 (from two $50 deposits) tied up in the Alle Loyalty Program, which is through this company. It was always told that if I cancelled my account, I would get the money back, so it was "risk free." I switched providers, so I needed to close this account and get my $100 back. I understand that I was loosing my "Alle rewards" that was a match - and that is fine - but I wanted the actual money I had deposited refunded as promised. I was told in May of 2023, they would cut a check that week. A check did not come. I called mid June and was told the same thing. A check never came. I switched to email to log conversations. I was then told the same thing on June 30th, July 6, July 7, July 19, and now July 24. It has been three months and still no check. I believe this to be fraud and just want my $100 back.       I am having a serious problem getting my approved medication from Abvie Assist. I take Armour Thyroid. I cannot live without it. I do not have a thyroid. I cannot afford it on my income. My doctor sent the application in with me. Three separate times and they kept sending it back. Finally, they excepted it although I had to make over 10 phone calls to their company to try to get things handled. As of June 10, 2023 it shows I am approved. I told them I only had three days of medication. They assured me it would be sent out expedited. I still do not have my medication. This is life-threatening. Today is June 18, 2023. Supposedly their pharmaceuticals/pharmacy have it and they just have to *********** via mail. Please help me I do not know what to do. I don't have a thyroid, so if I keep going without medication eventually, my heart stops. I don't know why they're being difficult. This is my third year to be a part of their program they were not like this before. I am discouraged. I need them to please quickly mail my Armour Thyroid that supposedly is sitting in pharmacy or their mail room I don't know.

      I was finally approved for Depakote assistance in April. Went to my doctors office to get meds and the wrong version of the meds was sent. Nurse confirmed med received was not what we applied for, called AbbVie, they said they didnt have the correct med in stock and would send it when available. 3 months later, Im due for a new supply. I contact them myself because I still havent received the correct meds from the first time. ***** stated that my application says I applied for the ** version (again, the nurse previously stated that ** isnt what we applied for and I do NOT take ** as it causes side effects for me). She checked with the pharmacy and said the correct version was unavailable and that theres a shortage. Theyre claiming theres a shortage, but somehow I can still call retail pharmacy anytime and get it for around $500. And the medication is not currently listed on the *** drug shortages list. So basically they approved me for a medication they do not have, giving me false hope for financial relief only to say Ha! Just kidding! a few months later. Im due for my second shipment and still cant get what I actually applied and was approved for.

      I filled out all of their forms and was eventually approved and told I would get my pills (Viberzi) I kept calling every week and never got the pills. I hired a 3rd party (*****************) to handle this for me and got a delivery. 6 months later, when the prescription came due, I got all of the info to *****************. They said it was all taken care of. Then Abbvie gave them the run around and I've run out of pills again. This really affects my life.Once when I had my doctor *** them, and call to confirm the ***, the doctor was told it would be 2 working days before they could confirm they had gotten the ***. I also have gotten the run around for so long that the prescription timed out. I could go on with describing their incompetence and perfidity, but I won't. I want my pills and think they should be banned from telling you on TV that they will help.

      I was issued an Abbvie Savings Debit Card for my Humira injection Pen. When placing my order with CVS Specialty Pharmacy I was told the card wasnt working. I contacted Abbvie. On May 30th someone from Abbvie called to inform the cap on the card was released and it should work. I called CVS specialty back to order and was told it still didnt work but they would place my order and bill me since I was out of shots and to try the card when billed. Today, I tried to pay the bill with the Abbvie Savings Program Debit Card. It still doesnt work! The worst part is I have been on hold for the OPUS (sp?) Department for almost 3 hrs. I was told I cant ask for a call back and the only thing I can do is hold. This is ridiculous! Who has hours to spend on hold?! I need to know why I was told on May 30th this card will work to pay for Humira with CVS Specialty Pharmacy when clearly it doesnt and I need someone to call me to get it working so I can pay this $175 bill.

      I started my approval process in February of 2023 and approved in April, after many miscommunications. I was told I was approved but when trying to order medication was told it was pending. Two applications had been generated one approved with all the supporting documents the other pending. So every time I tried to order medication I was told I needed documentation for pending application. I sent documentation over and over again before one representative took the time to figure out there was two applications. In April I thought the medication would be sent...no they found a problem with the prescription let the 30 day time run out (scripts must be within 30 day current). that was the beginning of every script being refused...my doctor has sent at least six. One time it was refused because my doctor's ****** initial is F they said it kind of looked like an E...refused. I have made numerous request to my very patience doctor for new prescriptions. My doctor has called the pharmacy directly at their request...first time extremely long hold...second time waited the hold to be put on another hold and then cut off! I called over a two hour wait to be told have the doctor called which after a too long wait left his number never to be called back. I am very appreciative for the help in getting my medication but would like to actually get it. I take Viberzi it is a *** changer for me, without Viberzi I miss work and struggle with day to day life. Looking for a resolution! Thank you!

      Absolutely the poorest customer service. I was approved for copayment assistance and yet the company refuses to allow me to use it. I have not been able to get my medications, every time I call I get someone that has me start the entire process over again. I have sat on hold for hours with the escalations departments and the woman was incredibly rude and disrespectful. No one seems to know who can help with what or answer any of my questions about why I cannot use the copayment assistance even though it was approved. Abbvie has messed with my medications and my health and they have yet to do one single thing to help me obtain my meds.
