      While I appreciate the service offered, it has been a nightmare recently. I was already approved through Nov 2023. Last month (April) I spent hours with Abbvie Assist simply to give them new insurance info. After countless calls, jumping through all the hoops, dealing with misinformation and errors on their part, I uploaded the new insurance info and thought the matter was settled. Today, I called to verify that they received a new prescription only to again go down the rabbit hole from April. I've asked for a call from a supervisor to tell me why they are again asking for artifacts that I have already provided.

      Abbvie denied Humira medication on the basis of using a 3rd party alternate funding. No 3rd party was used, and their assistance program refuses to help. Abbvie is using this as an excuse to deny patients since they lost their patent. They must want people to suffer through Crohn's disease.

      I have been trying to get enrolled in the Abbvie Patient Assist program for 2 months. This company seems to put one hurdle after another as you try to get the application approved. I filled out my portion of the questionnaire and took it to my doctor ***** Waited while the office faxed paperwork to fax number on form. They responded that practically everything on the form needed to be sent again. This has happened twice. All the information is perfectly legible. But the can't seem to read it. Now 2 months into the process they send me an email wanting my information again. For the THIRD time. What is the problem?

      I have been approved for this program and yet they have rejected my doctors prescription 4 times for various random reasons. My doctors office has faxed a completed (exactly how they requested) prescription and now the Abbvie patient assistance counselor says it must be lost in the system. However, last Monday, (April 24th) I was told they had definitely received it.I am being told just be patient but this has been going on since February and I need the medication (Restasis eye drops). No one there seems to be able to resolve this for me and they just keep putting me off.

      I got a letter in February saying that I was approved and all paperwork/scripts were in order. Said I would receive my meds (Viberzi) in 5-7 days Never got my meds, but I had an extra bottle Almost out now, and have only been taking 1 per day rather than 2 Almost out now Called on April 5th and spoke with *******. She said she enter my scripts, and would get them in 5-7 business days. Called backed today, and they said they had no record of a script being entered on April 5th. Told me he tried to enter a refill, but couldnt get it entered. Said he would send a text to a supervisor. I asked for the supervisor Destiny, who had helped me before He said she wasnt available but after pleading with him, he said he Destiny would call me back today (April 18th). Did not receive a call back. Seems like I get the same run around every time I request a refill. My Doc has faxed multiple scripts many times to them over the years, but say they didnt get them, or something is wrong with the script, which there is nothing wrong with the scripts. Plus I got the letter in February saying I was accepted this year, and all records webinar order, and would receive meds in 5-7 business days, which did not happen. Then as I said they told me a script was entered on April 5th, but now no record of this script. I cannot leave home at all without this med I sincerely appreciate the service AbbVie Assist offers, but it is very difficult to get refills, plus I am given info which is not true, and if I could speak with Destiny or another supervisor, I think I could get the problem resolved hopefully I need HELP! Respectfully, ***********************

      Abbvie Patient Assistance is refusing to send my Creon until I send more and more information when they have my tax return, copies of ******** and ******** Part D and AARP supplement cards, social security payments to me and my disabled husband, doctor's prescription and all his information, copies of all my pharmacy receipts, household income yearly and monthly and today I have to walk 10 blocks to the post office to mail two printouts of my husband's and my prescriptions from ********* to them because they rejected our pharmacy receipts. Our yearly income is less than half of what is required to qualify. I think Abbvie is a fraud. Every year I try to apply they have excuses as to why I'm not qualified and after 5 or 6 times with repeated mailings of more requested information that was not asked for on their application I sometimes am approved but sometimes I have to contact the ******** Attorney General in order to get my lifesaving medication Creon. I can't afford the cost of Creon even with ******** Part D. I will have to be put in the hospital if I don't get my Creon ASAP. I am 84, a cancer patient with an 82 year old disabled husband with no car so everywhere we go is by bus or by walking which is difficult for us especiallly since my husband needs a ****** and we are homebound in icy weather. Why does Abbvide advertise on the radio that they help disadvantaged people when they don't do a **** thing unless it's to make themselves look good. There are many complaints from many people I've talked to about this. I want my medicine NOW. We are qualified, we are very low income and I'm sick and tired of Abbvie's games. I will contact the Attorney General and **************************** and the ************************ regarding false advertising and fraud unless I get my medication!

      Returning patient trying to get medication refills but Abbvie routinely denies requests for months on end. Reasons for denials are random and or repetitive for supplied information.

      This complaint is with the Abbvie Patient Assistance Program. I have been attempting to get a prescription filled by the program for 3 months now. The customer service people keep asking for additional prescriptions from my doctor and each time my doctor fills out and sends in the prescription paperwork, they always come back and find something else missing and ask for another prescription! This has been going on for 3 months now and I am beyond frustrated. My doctors office has no issues when they send in prescriptions to local CVS so I dont understand why Abbvie keeps requesting additional information. I just want to get my medication from this program and not have so many hassles.

      This company calls me repeatedly every single day, and when I answer the phone they hang up on me. I attempted to call today to ask why they are calling me and the representative hung up on me after saying she knows the reason why theyre hanging up on me. I called back three additional times I was hung up on. I asked for a supervisor I was placed on hold for 20 minutes then I was placed back into the normal IVR then I asked for a supervisor again waited a total of 40 minutes for that supervisor to tell me she is not sure why they are calling me. They are large company . I told them I was going to file a complaint with the attorney generals office and the Better Business Bureau and obviously they could care less. They cannot continue to call me over and over and hang up on me. I am not a customer of theirs. I do not know who this company is. *** asked them to stop calling me and clearly thats not happening. At this point it is harassment on top of poor service clearly theyre a company that hangs up on people.

      I have been approved for the Restasis eye drop for 2023 yet AbbVIE Assist refuses to send the prescription to the pharmacy to get filled. All I ask is that they do their job. There are many complaints and I know there are many who didnt complain. If you have a program and you get a written letter that you were approved for the medication then you need to fill it or dont offer any patient assistance programs period. This has been going on 3 weeks now and it went on and on last year, 2022.
