My car was taken into the repair shop, the repair shop of dodge located in ***** s ***** hwy communicated with endurance they stated they said to go ahead and dismantle the engine and send the invoice over that all repair cost would be covered and after 3 months no one would answer the phone from endurance leaving me Car less for over 5 months with not even a response or an explanation I feel neglected and have been caused immense distress as well as highly inconvenienced I ask that someone please takes responsibility for this matter and covers what was covered to pay if not I will be escalating this to an attorney tv channels and everyone because no one should go through this as a paying company the mechanic shop has proof of communication the general manager even attempted himself to get a response to help. On 4/15/22, the repair facility filed a claim under the contract. The repair facility reported that the vehicle was brought to their shop on 1/31/22. Please note, this call was the first time that this failure was reported to Endurance. Endurance did not receive any contact from the repair facility between 1/31/22 and 4/15/22. The repair facility reported that the engine was locked up and overheated but had no other diagnosis available. Endurance requested a diagnosis of the engine failure from the repair facility to continue the claims process. On 6/23, Endurance suspended the claim for inactivity after receiving no further diagnosis or contact from the repair facility.
Prior to the complaint, the consumer charged back several monthly payments on the contract, causing the contract to cancel on 5/6 due to non-payment. Per contract Section III. SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT:
B. PAYMENT OF COVERED REPAIRS:
Administrator will NOT pay for any Covered Repairs if You have failed to pay for this Contract, including Your failure to make monthly payments to Us or the lien holder or third-party finance company. In other words, if Your payments are not current, Administrator has no obligation to pay for any Covered Repairs until Your payments are current.

I signed up for a warranty program through Endurance on June 13, 2022, over the phone, via representatives **** and *******. Upon signing up, I was informed that if I wished to cancel for any reason, I could do so by July 31, 2022 and receive a full refund, no against asked. As of today (7/14/22) I have tried multiple times to get through on the phone to Endurance, only to be on hold for 2+ hours EVERY time nobody EVER answers the phone. My son, who has been helping me from another state, had the same experiencenothing but hold music continuously. What I want: My money back. I want the policy CANCELED and ALL of my payment refunded, as I was promised I could do. This amount is $190.22. I signed up with a warranty policy with this company. Upon signing up I asked them if everything electronic was covered. I was advised yes everything except the radio and backup camera. Now my power steering went out which is electronic and not your typical power steering. I have been fighting with this company to approve the claim so I can fix my tuck. They are putting me through hoops now waiting for an adjuster to come out and look at my truck. While I am having to find rides to work because they will not cover a rental car until the claim is approved. I asked to speak to a supervisor was told it would be a week for a call back. It's been over a week an no call back. Advised them, I was going to report them to the BBB was told Ok is there anything else I can help you with? Unprofessional and RUDE. I would like the claims department to do their job and fix my truck as the policy states it is covered and the representative told me when signing up. Currently waiting for an adjust to come look at my truck and am told it would be ***** hours. This is my only vehicle and this entire process has been nothing but a headache. I did not sign up to waste my money on this unprofessional business that does not want to hold up their end of the deal on what they cover in my policy. I would like to speak with someone from this company to communicate the bull c*** we have dealt with since filing a claim.Business Response

The contract purchased by the consumer is a stated component coverage. This means that all eligible parts and components are listed by name in the schedule of coverage found in the contract. Any part not listed is not eligible for coverage.
On 7/6/22, a repair facility filed a claim under the contract, reporting that the vehicle displayed diagnostic trouble codes C2217 and C2128. The repair facility stated that these codes indicate an electronic steering module failure. The electronic steering module is not an eligible component, and the claim could not be authorized.
Subsequently,the repair facility contacted the Claims department and reported a failure to the worm gear inside the rack. Endurance dispatched an independent third-party inspector to confirm the repair facility's findings.Upon review, the inspection report confirmed that the diagnostic trouble code for the electronic steering module was present. The repair facility demonstrated no mechanical failure to the steering rack. After reviewing the inspection report with the repair facility, it was confirmed that the failure was to the ineligible steering module.

I am rejecting this response because: upon signing up for the warranty plan I was advised by your agent that all electronic parts are covered except the radio and the back up camera. I advised the agent that the power steering pump was not your usual part that it was electronic and again asked if all parts were covered. They advised it was. Now am I am being told other wise. This is misleading your customer to sign up for your ********************. Therefore, false advertisement. This repair should be covered as this is what I was led to believe.

I purchased an extended warranty from Endurance about a year they suggested what policy I needed I trusted that March 2022 my card was having issues total ******* no worries I have a warranty they paid ****** I paid ******* ok not happy still kept it July called Endurance to go over my policy because coolant light was on they told me it was covered had it towed price over ****** .....Endurance No coverage what do you cover nothing im very upset with this companyBusiness Response

They have car fax information on the vehicle and state verify information on vehicle which is available and the will find every reason not to repair your vehicle.. They have all the information and still will not do what's needed.Business Response
