      We paid for a warranty for two years and had one small - very small claim. Then we signed up for another two years and four months later we needed a repair on our car to the tune of $1400. They denied the claim because the part wasnt listed on their parts list they will repair. We paid nearly $5000 in over 28 months and got nothing in return when we needed an expensive repair.

      This is a review of interaction with customer ********************** agent , ******, on 07/11/25. I had three concerns that needed addressing, each time consuming. ****** was polite, professional, courteous, and Friendly! I left our conversation fully satisfied with the results.       Well, this started with a high pressure cold call, but timing was good for that salesperson as I was actually looking. He stated it would basically be the same as my previous warranty with a quality company (***). Because it was sold as covering everything I bought it. The commercials talk about there being a 30 day money back guarantee. This is comical being that you cannot use the policy for ********************************* the actual policy. I finally take my Expedition in for a diagnostic test. I needed a new coil on the #3. Extremely common issue. To my disgust, they denied the claim and the diagnostic charge. They literally didnt cover anything. I tried calling a couple different times, but being on hold 35 and 45 minutes respectively I had to hang up. I then emailed, but of course no correspondence. This company has not honored one single aspect of the contract. I would consider suing, but that would be just frustrating as they would not pay in small claims court. Im immediately canceling this joke of a warranty.

      This will be one of the best decisions you can ever make when it comes to the life expectancy of your vehicle. Long story short, Endurance warranty is a piece of mind in this hard pressed world. And the workers they have will have you enjoying the stress free worry of high price paying repairs.

      It was very easy to talk with the endurance representative. My truck is a 2016 Chevrolet high country and I am the only owner every time the truck had an issue. It went back to the dealership. Hopefully I will be able to drive this truck another three years. I appreciate the attention to detail that endurance has.

      *** answered all my questions today re the contract. Wanted to upgrade coverage but vehicle was over the mileage limit for superior coverage. *** provided addtl details i was not aware of too with the current secure plus coverage i am currently on. Thanks ***
