      False Advertising. They ask for personal information to sign up for promo discount (including furniture) and after email and text is received, the promo codes do not work. After calling customer service, they told me the promo codes do not include furniture. Not what my email reads!What a scam!

      I recently bought a very expensive vacuum cleaner for my future DIL upcoming bridal shower. For some reason it wasnt marked as bought on the registry. When I called customer service the only two solutions that were presented to me were 1) have the bride call which defeats the purpose of her opening her shower gift or 2) Return the vacuum and buy it again. Really?!?I guess I set my standards too high for crate and barrel. I always thought of them as a nicer store but apparently I was wrong.

      Crate & Barrel's customer service is appaling. My delivery was incomplete, actually missing two doors for the piece I purchased. The item went on clearance within 10 days of purchase. ***** does not and will not honor the discount I received, the item will be returned and I will be informing everyone in my social circle what terrible quality ***** affords their customers.

      Before I bought my couch, I read reviews about C&B customer service but unfortunately I did not listen. I want to warn anyone who is thinking of buying a sofa from C&B: DONT DO IT! I went to the ******** store so I could work directly with a salesperson, decided on a light colored fabric, was a little nervous so I repeatedly asked (over the course of more than 2 hours) if the fabric would hold up. I was assured that I would have no issue with the fabric, and was told I could spill wine on it and there would be no problem. Nothing was spilled on the couch, very, very light use for the 1st six months, however stains appeared. I was having company over, and was so embarrassed that I turned the cushion over and realized that the entire cushion was discolored. My house is very clean, but this still happened (see photo). **************** said there was nothing they could do for me and told me to try having it cleaned by a professional. They took no responsibility for what I was told repeatedly in the store by their salesperson. C&B responded saying this was unusual, but offered nothing to help.

      I ordered a bowl online on Nov. 7, 2023 as a birthday present for my daughter. ******** was initially stated to be before her birthday, but then was switched to Nov. 28, well past her birthday. The bowl was not delivered on the 28th, so I contacted Crate & Barrel customer service on Dec. 5. They assured me that the bowl would be delivered on the 7th. It was finally delivered on Dec. 8, and the bowl was broken. I then checked online and the bowl is available at a store 10 miles from my ***************. I hope that they will deliver the bowl directly from that store in one piece. I can say that I have never been so disappointed with a business interaction and follow up.

      Bought a $150 coffee maker which looks beautiful but when it arrived I could tell it was super cheap materials. Within weeks it broke and would no longer pull water from the tank over the grounds. I contacted customer service and they refuse to replace it as it happened just over 30 days...DO NOT BUY from CB !!

      Purchased a 6k set and *************** does not match on the pieces AT ALL. Crate and ****** does not want to correct this a return the pieces. DISGUSTING customer service! Im appalled

      Purchased birch tree last year after Christmas, never opened it because it was after Christmas I opened it now and the tree is broken- manufacturer damaged I send the pictures to create and barrel company Response was that they can not do anything I understand the return policy but a store credit I dont understand

      CB2 uses FragilePak for a bunch of morons and liars!Over the last two weeks I have tried repeatedly to fill out their online form. IT DOES NOT WORK. YOU HIT SEND AND NOTHING HAPPENS.They just kept emailing from a "no-reply" email address saying they needed the information.FINALLY someone emailed me from my online complaint. He apologized for their broken app and promised a delivery today between ****. I gave them a name and a number to call. Here is what happened:Driver called me at 1:19 he was 10 min away. So I was here with in 10 min. That he would wait for me. Never saw a truck. When I spoke with them this morning they told me they would call me 30 minutes before arrival . Then I called and spoke to a lady she told me they were held up another job and they would be here by three. I got here at 1:30 and leaving at 4:30 then I talked to a man and he told me he would call me I am still waiting for a call back.********** TOLD ME SOMEONE TRIED TO DELIVER AT 1. THAT IS A LIE.THIS IS A ****D COMMUNITY. THE MEN AT THE **** SAID NO ONE FROM FRAGILE*** ATTEMPTED DELIVERY.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CB2 OR FRAGILE *** AGAIN.

      I placed my first order on October 24th and was given an eta around Oct.29-Oct.31st. No other emails sent to me. I waited patiently and then given a eta of Nov.5-6th and that didn't happen. I called customer service and ******* put me on the longest wait time and then said he will need my phone number and will call me back tomorrow with an update. He said they would expediate the shipping and send out the curtain. Well that night I was checking my Amex card and I was charged $26.88! I never approved that charge and I asked for a refund. Instead of refunding my card they sent me a gift card which basically means I have to purchase from them again. I am still waiting for my package and today a customer service rep said it should be arriving in 4 days. I have even asked for a refund of the $179 for the panel but they keep telling me I should receive the package soon. Reps are charging cards and I am not hearing the truth.
