      I have had nothing but great experiences. This is the only place I would recommend getting a wedding registry at. Always super kind with returns and exchanges and when my sofa dropped in price a month after I ordered they gave me a credit. Always happy with my interactions with the sales staff and customer service.

      My sofas delivery date has now been pushed out five times. It is now MONTHS late. They dont care about ever delivering the item. Dozens of calls to customer service have produced nothing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT HAS TO BE DELIVERED.

      While I will admit their furniture design is nice, getting the furniture in a timely manner is their largest issue. They charge upfront, give you a long delivery date then keep extending the delivery due to not having the product. Learn from my mistakes and buy from someone else if you dont want to wait 6+ months...CB2 Outdoor Sofa ordered and paid in full October 2022 I already had a chair and outdoor sofa from CB2 and since moving had a larger space so wanted a matching sofa to match. It is now March 2023 and CB2 has setup delivery 5 times then cancelled same day of delivery pushing the delivery date back 1-2 weeks every time. The day of scheduled delivery, I receive an email and text confirming the time window. Minutes later, I receive an email and text saying delivery has been canceled. Then, I get notifications my order is ready to schedule delivery. This has happened every day they are supposed to deliver and I have talked to multiple customer service representatives and managers. No one knows what is going on or when we will have the furniture that was paid for 6 months ago. Additionally, they waived the delivery charge, but continue to charge my card every time they adjust the delivery date. I keep having to call to get a refund. Crate & Barrel **************** November 2022 I ordered a king *** from Crate & Barrel. After several notifications saying the furniture was in stock and ready to pickup from the warehouse, every time I went to pick it up the furniture was not there. After 6 months, I ended up cancelling the order for a full refund. Crate & Barrel Dining Table I paid and picked up a dining table from their warehouse in ******, **. There was a 3 month delay in the order. Once I received the table and got it home, the top was damaged and the screws for the legs were the wrong size. I had to patch the top of the table with wood filler and go buy my own screws to avoid having to wait longer for a new table.

      Crate & Barrel has not reimbursed me despite several attempts to contact ************** I accidentally purchased 2 x $200 gift cards for a colleague's birthday party -- when I tried in the evening with my credit card and I didn't see it process, I tried again in the morning with my debit card. Both of them processed and were sent to my colleague the next day. I tried calling your ************** but even a manager couldn't figure out because they use an external gift card company. I ALSO filled in their form online specifically for gift cards, so they should have gotten it one way or another. Since I couldn't get a reimbursement in time for when he saw both emails Monday morning, I had to ask him only to use one and send the other back. Please CHECK both confirmations (#CND6BHXEYH and #CND6VDSKHV from the email I included as my contact here). Please refund $200 from #CND6VDSKHV ASAP. Thank you

      If I can give minus/negative star, I would. I really should have read these review comments first before purchasing or expecting anything from C&B. I have ordered the Terra Sideboard since the beginning of Nov. 2021. Based on the original expected Mid-Dec. delivery date. However, absolutely no communication until 12/15/2021 (mid-Dec.), so, I log on to my order status and took a good long while to get to their customer service bot then to a 'real' person in response. The cs rep told me it was in transit to the warehouse. Soon after, got an email to schedule delivery. The day of delivery, at the time frame of the scheduled delivery, a call came through saying they don't have the sideboard and no delivery would be made. The same sub-standard was repeated for the second scheduled delivery...phone call the day of delivery claiming warehouse didn't have the sideboard and no delivery could be made. The third time, new excuse but still only called the day of delivery, claiming the sideboard didn't pass warehouse inspection and a 'replacement piece' was ordered, and would make delivery in another 3 more days. Of course, that is not true, and they quickly sent me another email to reschedule and telling me cannot make that delivery again!!! Sideboard is still missing. What is wrong with them??? I am beyond frustration and disappointment. For a fairly expensive piece of item, they took my money quickly with no issue, but no intention in making good on the product sale and delivery...from the comments reported here, I am not unique in my situation. Agree completely to avoid C&B at all cost! Not worth the frustration.

      I purchased a couch in 2016. I noticed a few of the cushions of small areas where the seam is ripping. They provided absolutely no warranty resolution for this issue, instead they blamed me for "moving residents" and/or "vacuuming". Their solution was to either purchase an entirely new couch (of course through them) or purchase new cushions IF they still made the same couch. This is absolutely appalling considering how much you spend on products through this company. Their warranty policy is 30 days after purchase of product which is comical! I do not recommend purchasing anything through this company and will not be purchasing anything else through them. The customer service is ridiculous and extremely disappointing. Anything damaged or "wear and tear" will be your fault and they will not provide any way to fix the product unless you SPEND MORE MONEY WITH THEM

      Very disappointed. Having ordered a sample piece for my $4000 entertainment center, I ordered it. No communication re: delivery date. Ended up waiting 6 months. Delivery was incomplete the first time as C&B didn't get media center to delivery company. Waited another 9 days for that. Turns out the stain was nowhere near the color of the sample and VERY inconsistently done. Looks like farmhouse piece of furniture with no consistency in stain. Special order so cannot return. So I am stuck. Do not rely on samples - they are inaccurate. Unless you find it on the floor and can see it, you are taking a big risk!! I do not recommend these people!! The delivery service was excellent but the furniture sucks!

      We have had issue after issue with Crate and Barrel. They would be better off not having customer service, we have been run in circles, the "designers" made our life FAR more challenging than did any good for our experience. We ordered items based on the listed delivery dates, 6 weeks ended up turning into 6 months. We wasted so much time trying to figure out when we would get our order and then returning due to poor quality- and thats IF the items were actually delivered. We had several days when we were meant to receive ordered items and said items were not loaded on to the delivery truck- only for the delivery company to call, not crate. PATHETIC SERVICE, if you are looking for expensive items, that you have to hand hold every employee to ensure you receive them some time in the next year, C&B is the company for you. Avoid at all costs, not worth the long lasting headache. If you don't, GOOD LUCK - you will need it.

      50+ WEEKS!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM C&B!I placed an order for the Oceanside Sectional (Black) in Jan 2022 with a Mar 2022 est. delivery date ($4,400 total)-Received an email in March pushing delivery to July 2022 -Received an email in May pushing the July delivery to Sep 2022 (I was told I could not cancel)-Received an email in July pushing the Sep delivery to November -Received an email in Sep stating my delivery was on track for November (After Dec. 1st, I called several times and was told it had not made it to the warehouse yet)-I called mid December, and was told the sectional made it to the warehouse, but the earliest available delivery was January 5, 2023 (today).-I received a call from the delivery driver this morning to tell me that half of sectional did not make it to the warehouse, and is scheduled for delivery on Jan 19th (2 WEEKS!!!!).It has now been over 50 weeks since I ordered this sectional with an original est. delivery of 6-8 weeks. I have had to purchase a replacement sofa in the mean time, which means I am out of even more money. I called after the third delay and they refunded the shipping, but that is NOT enough to cover my inconvenience, and how much of a pain this has been. I would have cancelled very early on if I knew the delay was going to be this long. It's deceptive to bait your customers into ordering, knowing full well the order is not going to be on time, while not allowing them to cancel their order.I inquired about compensation SEVERAL times, and was told they will discuss after a successful delivery. Mind you a successful delivery requires your payment in full, so at this point they have the **** AND MY MONEY! FRUSTRATED IS NOT THE ***** There needs to be appropriate compensation for the extended lead time (8-9 times longer than originally quoted), and the inconvenience of having to purchase ANOTHER sofa while waiting on my order. This is ridiculous.

      In May 2022, I ordered furniture from Crate&Barrel and ended up with many delivery delays. I started noticing things like the couch I ordered would go in and out of stock and not be set aside for my order. I had to call C&B multiple times to get them to set aside pieces for me every time they came in stock, even though that shouldn't be my job. Finally, the furniture was delivered December 2022. When it arrived, the bedroom set was perfect, but the set of living room couches was incorrect. The delivery guys even told us they thought that one of the couches was wrong and had the wrong tag slapped on it. Instead of a 76 in. sofa, two 88 in. sofas were delivered to us. Since we only had room for one 88 in. couch, the other 88 in. one had to go back to the warehouse. I called C&B, sat on hold for hours, was transferred multiple times, and finally, they said they'd deliver the correct couch in January 2023. I said fine, but when January came, the same 88 in. couch was delivered a SECOND time, not the 76 in. sofa. I'd requested that the warehouse measure the sofa before delivering it to us to make sure that it was the 76 in. one--hauling out a tape measure takes only a few seconds (it's what my husband and I did). But they couldn't be bothered to do that. After more phone calls, we've been told that they're going to have to build the real 76 in. couch for us and deliver it in March 2023 (I'll believe it when I see it). I'm very disappointed in C&B, their lack of communication and poor warehouse and manufacturing management. Everyone should be aware that C&B doesn't have control over the warehouses they work with, so ordering anything not sold in the store means there's a high risk for errors. It's also shady that C&B doesn't let you leave reviews on their website/products either.
