      My wife and I love this store. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. Our whole family shops here and we have always had *** amazing experience. Highly recommend!!!!

      I ordered a leather bench from Crate and Barrel in February 2022. It had a 3 month time frame for delivery. In May, I got a notice saying it would be delivered in June and then monthly repeated delay notices. I called in October and asked for a refund after receiving a notice that it was again delayed until November. Crate and Barrel should not be selling items that do not have. I will not purchase anything from this company again.

      DO NOT BUY HERE I bought a planter online on July 4th of 2022 with an expected delivery date of early August. They have already changed the estimated delivery 3 times and when I called crate and barrel they say the product has arrived but it's in the warehouse. I contacted the store many times by phone and in person at ****************** they say it's not there and both the store and **************** online say they will contact me to schedule a time for pickup but they never do. This whole time they have held onto my money and product, since its available, they just won't set up a time for pickup. So avoid headache and do not buy any product at crate and barrel if they don't have at the store they will just keep your money but will not give you the product and will always delay. They say they will contact you and set up a time for you to get your product but they could care less so they never actually do anything. Also I tried to put this reviews on their website but they wouldn't post it and sent an email for me change the review.

      My experience with Crate & Barrel has been phenomenal compared to similar companies. I ordered multiple pieces of furniture (dining room table, chairs, buffet, cabinet) in April. They all arrived either on time or early. The expected delivery dates were all accurate even for backordered items and not just a standard 3 months..like another company I can think of. As items became available in stock, I was able to contact customer service and they scheduled separate deliveries at no additional charge. I was able to contact customer service over chat, only had to call once with a no wait time, and spoke to the same person over email. I was notified about deliveries in advance and everything arrived as expected. My experience seriously exceeded my expectations.

      Received a bookshelf which had a crack on one side and apparently had been returned, received a touch of paint, and then sent out again. I called customer service and was on hold forever- finally went with the option to text and after one initial response saying I had to be transferred, received no further communication whatsoever. Completely unacceptable and apparently a way to simply ignore product issues. I will be sure to get the word out to everyone regarding my experience.

      Extremely poor process for handling out of stock orders that have been placed. And unreliable information displayed on website. Seems like an ethical issue to list something for sale you do not have and just continue to push out a delivery date for months and months and keep a consumers money as if they have actually purchased something with no actual stock. And all that time they accrue interest on all of those orders that sit in the account never to be fulfilled. Seems like a class action lawsuit to me.

      I believe that Crate & Barrel deals in deceptive business practices. I wrote a negative review https://www.yelp.com/biz/crate-and-barrel-*********-2 about Crate & Barrel. Their response was We sincerely apologize for recent experience at our ********* store and for any delays with your dining table and the inconvenience this has caused you.       I placed an order for a sofa in December 2021, with an estimated delivery date of 'early May' 2022. Since that time the order was delayed at least 6 times (most recently to 'mid September'), several of these delays happened with out direct notice. I had the opportunity yesterday to purchase a pre-owned sofa that was to good to pass up, so I requested a cancelation. The seller for the pre-owned then fell through so I contacted C&B ASAP to stop the order cancelation. I did so at 10AM EST this morning and was told that the cancelation was successfully stopped. Around noon I received a cancelation confirmation so I called and they told me they simply just did not know what happened and I would have to re-place the order, which would mean waiting a minimum of another 6 months or so to actually receive the sofa. I was given no other recourse or apology. Absolute trash company.

      worse store ever in light of the expensive amount they charge....i ordered several furniture pieces and paid for an in stock dining table in January 2022. the remaining portion of my order was paid in full by April 2022 / delivery was set for August but they sold my table that was in stock/ everything was then put on back order - when i went to cancel my entire order, all of a sudden they found the table and another to give me an option - now on day of delivery today that has been set for a month - they inform me my dining chairs didn't make the truck?! what the heck! no one can answer anything - they are rude, full of lies, do not care and just want your money - then try to charge you for additional delivery fees - this is a crock of c*** and they should be put out of business... 1 star is even too much - a reputable company would work with you on cost reduction (free delivery) and not continue to lie to you

      Worst **************** EVER! I was schedule for a delivery and they never showed up. I received and email and text two days ago and waited and waited all day! I call customer service and they said "sorry" no delivery today. A courtesy call would have been nice but no one ever contacted me to to say that the delivery was not coming on the date/time they gave me. Customer service has no explanation. Now I have to start the ****************. Terrible service, this will be the last time I shop at Crate and Barrel.
