RUN AWAY!!!!!!! I got a ******* to do an initial consultation and brief procedure for spider veins (which didn't work, btw and hurt like hell). After that, I waited 4 months for them to do a pre-authorization with my insurance for a more extensive procedure. Finally I got the ok, got off work and drove 90 minutes to the appt, only to be told that although I had a pre-authorization, my insurance was out of network and I needed to pay over $3000. I said no thanks and left. 3 months later, I got a bill for a no-show fee. I called billing and explained that I HAD shown up, but was turned away. They promised they would take it off the bill. 3 months later, another bill for the same thing, and same experience calling billing. ONE YEAR after my initial appt, I get a call from a collection agency about a bill for an ultrasound that was done during the initial ******* consultation. I called billing again to say I had used a ******* for the consultation and procedure, and they said the ******* covered the consultation and procedure--not the ultrasound needed to do the consulation and procedure. I asked why I had never received a bill for this over the past year, why it was sent to collections, and why I was never told that the ultrasound done during the visit was not covered by anything and I would be stuck with a bill for it. They just shrugged it off and asked for my credit card number. This company seriously *****.

Scammers. They didnt send me a single bill but sent my account to collections. When I immediately paid collections, they started sending me bills for the same amount so I would double pay. Ive called many many times to no avail, each time Im either hung up on or assured the issue is resolved.

Stay Away! Even 1 star is too generous a rating. Dr. ********* at the ***********, VA office did the venaseal procedure for me in late April, and it went terribly wrong. As a result, I now have a DVT (blood clot), as well as nerve and muscle damage. The entire office is rude, and cold, but most upsetting is how dismissive Dr. ********* was about my blood clot. He did not put me on a blood thinner, despite my medical history of having had a previous clot. I had to follow up with my primary care for treatment and care. When I first called to schedule an appointment to notify the doctor of my severe pain, I was read a script by the customer service rep. ** wasn't until I called back and told them I was having post procedure problems that they reacted. Now, I am also receiving emails about a lapse in insurance coverage. When I called the billing department to get answers, they kept dropping my call. Every encounter with USA Vein Clinics has been a total disappointment, frustration, and nightmare. My veins and overall health are far worse off after my "treatment" at USA Vein Clinics.

They will sometimes send you payment notices and when you think you're all caught up because they verbally tell you theres no pending insurance payments, you don't receive anymore notices- emails, texts, mail letters- until 7 months after your last service in October, and after 4 months since your last payment in January that said you were all caught up telling you FINAL NOTICE past due balances 90 and 120 days past due with totals that exceed your added up balances under balance column. HORRIBLE billing department and this company cannot keep their files in order. MULTIPLE issues with this company during and after their change from Vein Clinics of America to USA Vein Clinics. First time was over two years ago when they kept rescheduling my appointments on me. Overall the worst experience with this company in every aspect outside of the actual office visits with the doctor and the one front desk woman who were actually decent. I refuse to continue treatment here just for these billing issues. Cannot risk being sent to collections because they fail to give you accurate information or notices. I am reviewing my charges for overpayments and will follow up if I find any. This business is sketchy and suspect of it.

They have harassed me by telephone through the entire process. Calling up to 27 times a day. They misrepresented their pricing. Completely unprofessional.

Incredibly poor communications regarding cost of treatments and hidden costs not discussed previous to the procedure. Stay away from these thieves.

Misrepresented costs of procedure and billed secondary insurance company very, very late in the process. This resulted in no outstanding charges being logged online. I was three months into the "treatment" when I started seeing unpaid fees not covered by ******** or my secondary insurance company. All along I was assured that ******** would cover everything. At each treatment visit I asked and made certain the staff had cleared coverage with ********. What I didn't know is that they would delay the billing so I'd be in too deep in to get out without thousands of dollars in uncovered charges. This company was sued several times in the past for these same unsavory billing practices--but they appear to have learned nothing. As a side not "their billing rate" for one vein ablation procedure was $18,000 of which ******** covered about $1200. I can only say RUN in the other direction if you consider doing business with them. Consult with your GP--or any reputable doctor before falling prey to this racket.

This company is very ***************** not use a card as payment when you receive treatments at the clinic cause they will automatic keep your card on file without your authorization. Also they do not mail out statements, but they would take your money out of your account without you authorizing them to do so. They told me that you have to request a statement and that would take 30 business days before you would receive it. Well its been a whole month and 3 days and I still havent received it. Long story short I didnt know vein clinic of America was brought out, never received a letter never had problems when they ran the company. You knew what to expect before you had any procedure done now you are in the dark with this company.

They need to be shut down! It starts with the business card they give you for the doctors, its the scheduling department. The insurance department are scam artists along with the whole company. Go to a reliable doctor. I was treated horribly, made over 20 calls and they still never fixed my problem. The company does not work with the doctors, their insurance department got a direct call from my insurance company and they were rude and the same lady muffled the call so you could not understand her. I was left untreated and then they billed my card without my knowledge except for the day they took my money out. If you want to be scammed and deal with people who have no idea what theyre doing call them up! I hope the whole world finds out about this horrific company. I only picked 1 star because you have too, 0.0 is my rating!
