1 starWorst service from the beginning. Rude behavior over the phone by Sales rep when asked for a refund for the room that flooring is not done. Finally called back and refunded when a formal complaint is raised. Warranty claim declined by ******** (******) and she made up stories like I cannot use Rolling Chairs on LVP. If I use rolling chairs on LVP and as per her warranty is voided. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WARN ALL OTHERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I don't want to give even 1 rating but the system is not allowing me to give -5 rating or 0 rating.

2 starsWe had flooring installed a year and a half ago and we already have had to call empire once about our flooring and the issues we encountered. First empire glued transition strips in our bedroom door ways straight to our carpet. Second we have flooring coming apart in spots and have addressed the issue once before with no solution. Not to mention the installers installed the wrong quarter round from the get go. We asked for white and received matching color of floor. When they arrived to install and we told them the issue they simply said this is what we have. The flooring does not last either. Easy to scratch.Empire Today, LLC

1 starTerrible experience with empire today flooring. They came to install and the color was totally off. I canceled within the 3 day window and they cashed my deposit check anyways. I have now been waiting for 4 business days and still havent received my money back. Over ***** being held with no new floors. **************** has been terrible and I am getting the run around when it comes to my refund. So disappointed and would never recommend empire today.Empire Today, LLC

3 starsSales person was amazing. Had an issue with installation though. End result was fine, but was/ am extremely upset when I looked outside to see my brand new carpet rolled out in the dirty street where just the day before there was putrid trash liquid spilled from the trash men. They said it was too hot to use tarp bc it would melt.... um. NO. Thats not true. So, i just have to hope none of the gross liquid ended up on my carpet. Also, they never screwed closets back down and asked me for a drill which tells me they didn't come prepared. I feel badly writing this but it's the truth. Definitely affected my experience and I have used empire a few times in the past. Hopefully Empire will do something for me.Empire Today, LLC

1 starBUYER BEWARE! SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE AND USE A OTHER COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO CLAIM TO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BUT DO NOT. THIS ISSUES WITH MY FLOORS BUCKLING BECAUSE THEY WERE INSTALLED TOO TIGHTLY *** GONE ON FOR TOO LONG.
