Called Empire Today to have new flooring put in our living room. Sales rep came out. He gave us a price and we said too high. He then called his supervisor and was able to lower the price to our satisfaction. This was on March 18th. They set up installing our flooring for March 23rd. . On March 23rd they said they would call and give us a time they would be out. Now it is going on 430pm and that is when they finally showed up. They sent 4 Mexicans who did not speak hardly any English. The ******* tells his crew to start cutting the carpeting. After they started the ******* comes in and says we have to pay a COD of $1200.00 that was difference between original price and price we were told. So now carpet is half cut up and ******* tries to get a hold of his supervisr to ok the installatiion. It was now late in the day and no one was answering their phones. Plus they sent 4 guys from *************** whch is over 4 hours away when we live near ********* **. We finally get a hold of our sales rep and he says they never got the *** form he sent them with the new price. He would send it now and it will be there in 10 minutes. Now 45 minutes later and nothing. So now the istallers leave.So now we are sitting with furniture all over our house since we had to move it and cut up carperting.Next day we finally get a hold of head installer and he was very sympathetic and we told him with all we have gone through they should lower our price. He said he woiuld get back to us by Monday. This time he was not as sympathetic and said they would not even go down one *****. And on top of all this he tells us our sale person has nort worked for Empre for a few weeks so you tell me how they could send someone out who is not even an employee? He did not have an answer to that.So here we are One month later with our carpet cut up furniture all over the place.I will never deal with this company again and will make it aware to all stay clear.

Empire flooring is a scam. They sent a person to my home to measure the area for hardwood flooring. When the installers showed up they noticed that they did not have enough material based on the measurements. I had paid in advance and because I refused to let them send another incompetent sales person they kept more than ****** dollars of my payment. Beautiful scam artists and I will not encourage anyone to utilize their services. Hard working people that work to better their homes, but this company scams hard working people. The reality is your advertising and quotes do not align! I was quoted $10,000 for a 736 square foot rental apartment and I requested the quote after seeing an email advertisement for $99 a room. I will never use your company or recommend your company. Today I was quoted $2,800 on a better product which also includes installation from another company!Empire Today, LLC

The sales person was awesome, could not say enough about *****. He was very thorough and patient as we went over all the options for LVP in the kitchen. I do not know about the installation as I cancelled the order due to a financial situation that arose but I recommend them from my experience thus far.Empire Today, LLC

Best company ever at first I was afraid of possibly getting terrible floors but I was overwhelmed with the knowledge and politeness this whole experience was . The issue has been ongoing for over 18 months since the floors were installed. the floors have been separating from the wall, they have been peeling up around the edges, and have left MAJOR gaps and spaces. Our home was visited in July to address and correct the issues. We were told by *********************** that the install manager had ordered over 65 boxes of flooring to replace the floors. When the install manager showed up, the team had only one single box of flooring and it was the WRONG flooring (wrong color, size, and design). Upon inspecting the issues with the floors, we followed the team around as they used a black light and assessed the problem. In their words, it was a total re-do. Following this visit, a rep called us and told us that empire was not responsible for the damage as it was due to a foundation issue with our home, and we needed to get it inspected and fixed. Additionally, they claimed to have seen massive amounts of dog urine throughout our home when inspecting. we do not have a dog, so this is impossible. Also we followed the team around as they inspected, and they said it was nothing on our end. In an effort to put these claims to rest, we, had a foundational expert inspect our home to assess the alleged damage. We have a full report from this company saying there is ZERO foundational issues with our home and there is nothing to repair underneath the house. We contacted our local customer service rep and she said that she would schedule time for the install manager to contact us, as well as schedule time for all of us to inspect the issue at our home. We NEVER heard from her or the install manager again. We made dozens of attempts to get in contact via email and phone calls to our local office, our install manager, and empire corporate and have not heard anything back. Empire flooring does NOT care about its customers, quality of products and does not stand behind the work that they do and does not keep its promises to deliver satisfactory repairEmpire Today, LLC

Team of experts continuously fail your customers. My floors and baseboards are barely a year old and are essentially ruined. The floors were sold as water resistant yet pet accidents and small spills have caused "water intrusion" all over the house. The sales guy was in my home, playing with my animals and noted the concerns we have with ensuring the floors could withstand and accidents. The baseboards were installed only primed which was never advised until AFTER I called about them staining. The supervisor acknowledged that this unfinished product isn't disclosed in our contract yet refuses to help. We're on the road to having to replace all our flooring and baseboards due to shotty contracts, greedy **********, and horrible service.Empire Today, LLC
