      Overall, I am satisfied with my new carpet and the speed/accuracy of installation. Installers were professional and quick. They did arrive at the later time within the time frame provided, but were able to finish the job in one go (3.5 hrs for 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs) and left ******** reasonable time - around 7:30 pm. As for the sales representative - I didn't like the experience. He showed up almost 30 mins late, didn't bother apologizing when I mentioned it (or at least give heads **), brought samples in only after I asked him for it and didn't bother explaining about the product. Made me feel like I was in his house bothering him and not the other way around, lol. So I went with whatever seemed ok for me. But I guess this is a price you pay for the discount you get - I did get better deal than the other very known company gave me. I didn't finance it, so no idea how that part would work. I am enjoying my new carpet though :)

      Had carpet installed and they puncture ****** holes in my cover for the mattress. This is a very expensive bed. Called & they refused to do anything. I even called corporate office and they never returned my call,

      Horrible Experience - Installed Laminated Flooring in my baseman - Withing a a year the tiles started to lift/bend on a section of the floor... I sent pictures, called many times and nothing..... 2 months later still waiting for a response .... Do not hire these company - THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS IS HORRIBLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST..... THEY ARE FAST ON GETTING THE *** DONE TO CHARGE YOU, BUT THEY DON'T HONOR WARRANTY.... COMPLETE SCAM.... IF SOMEONE FROM **** READS THIS - I'M STILL WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE.... I SENT YOU PICTURES MANY TIMES... IM EVEN WILLING TO PAY (WHICH IS WRONG) TO GET MY FLOORS BACK TO NORMAL, BUT AT LEAST REPLY AND GIVE ME OPTIONS.CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS ***************************

      If I could give them, zero stars, I would. Do not use this company they put in an inferior product. Less than six months and the carpet in the bedroom is already matted and will not return to its original shape. I paid for an extended warranty and basically it covers all the things that will never happen to your carpet. **** does not stand behind its products and it offers a BS warranty. Buyer beware! do not use ****. Dont make the same mistake I did.

      I had laminate flooring installed in two bedrooms and hallway. Within one week two of the planks had bulking, I call to report the problem and it was resolved. Its been only year and I noticed two planks in the other bedroom had bulking as I. The previous room. I call to report the problem on Sept 14, 2023. A representative was assigned and come out on Saturday, Sept 16. And said it was water damage. I informed the representative and customer service that I had never used water solvents on the floors and this room is not used. The customer service representative forward an email with my concern. I have the materials to make the repair and I dont think as a customer some compromise should be extended. I have never used any water to clean the floor and this room does get Sun but this should not have caused this issue. Per our conversation,I have added the manager above me to this chain for you. The inspection report states the bubbling you're seeing is caused by moisture. Unfortunately, this would not be covered by either warranty and the service fee to repair that would be $250.       We had flooring installed by Luna flooring in our vacation home in *******, **. The board they used for baseboards do not match the flooring. The color is way off actually it's a different pattern. My painter even mentioned how bad of a job it was! You can clearly see how they ran out of stock and used whatever they had in their truck. The worse part is they did hot even tell me it looked like that so when I arrived to see if the job was done and how it looked I was shocked to see the end result. The installer did not tell me anything as I spoke to him on the phone, told me it's all done and to please pay him his final payment. So I did mistake on my part that's for sure. Furthermore, I called **** several times and addressed this issue, emailed them pictures and here we are over 2 weeks out and still no resolution. You call the number and I'm told someone will call me back and they don't. I've called LUNA flooring 6 times to have someone come back out to correct the issue and they put me on home for their corporate office and tell me they will call me back. I see the request someone will call you back. Well here we are with still no resolution. Keeping in mind they did 3 of my bedrooms, all hallways and stairwell so the job was pretty big. Their costumer service is horrible! I paid them in full and trying to get them back is not easy. Try to have someone call you back to get an exact date for your floors to be corrected is even worse. I would not recommend this company at all. Poor costumer service and not they great for pricing should of known better. Please don't waste your time with this company.

      Two days ago I had an appointment with **** Rep and he didn't leave my house without getting a flooring installation contract. Two days after that they came to my house and ripped the carpet from our second floor and after taking almost all the carpet they decided they couldn't install the laminated floor because they found uneven surfaces. They said we couldn't do it and they left my house in a complete mess. My ill husband must finish removing the carpet they left.They offered us to install carpet but because of our allergies, we need wood or laminated floor.

      I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the poor installation I received from Luna Flooring; and the follow up customer service and failure to uphold the warranty. As a customer, I had high expectations for the quality of service and professionalism, which unfortunately were no Firstly, the communication throughout this entire process abysmal. was abysmal. I experienced repeated delays in receiving responses to my inquiries, both via phone and email. It is unacceptable to be left waiting for days without any update or clarification, especially when making a significant investment in a product and service. Furthermore, the installation team that was sent to my ****************** a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The workmanship exhibited was far below the standards I expected. Moreover, they exhibited a careless attitude while handling the flooring materials, resulting in visible damage to several pieces. The lack of respect for my property was evident, and the overall quality of the installation was subpar. As a result, the flooring in my kitchen is lifting, peeling, visibly warped and chipped throughout; and coming up after only 36 months. According to the warranty it is supposed to be for 50 months. Additionally, the post-installation support and follow-up have been severely lacking. Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of Luna Flooring's customer service department, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or any indication that my concerns are being taken seriously. This disregard for customer satisfaction is highly disappointing and does not reflect the professionalism and integrity that I expected from your reputed company.
