We had a great experience with ******************. The sales representative was wonderful and very helpful! The installers were timely and professional. Our floors look great! Although we are waiting on the completion of one closet, we remain very pleased with the overall process and quality of service. We would definitely recommend them.Luna Flooring

Ordered carpeting from ****.3 weeks later carpet arrived.Wrong color. Material looked cheap compared to the sample.**** is charging me a cancelation fee of 25% for their fault.Read the contract. Be aware of the material you are purchasing. Rather lose 25% than regret a carpeting mistake.Luna Flooring

We are a large business in ***** ** and we had **** replace 8 staircases of carpet not even 1 year ago. The sales rep was new and was had no idea what he was doing. We decided to go with the carpet even though it was a lighter shade, he stated that if it stains and we cant remove them they will come out and replace what needs to be replaced. We appeared to be having issues with 2 of the 8 staircases with a build up of stains, we tried removing them and then we hired a company to come out and steam clean all the carpets. They also could not remove the stains, at this point we reached out to **** and explained to them the situation and even sent pictures for them to see, they researched our account and stated that we did not purchase the protection plan..., we were unaware there was a protection plan as he stated all stains were covered. They have not even sent anyone out to look and see if there is an option. We will NEVER use this company again, they set up the install on a saturday as our office was closed but was about 4 hours late arriving and did not finish up until after midnight, they appeared to install everything ok its was just after midnight is a bit ridiculous, now they wont even stand by the product, we will never use them again and we have loads more carpet to replace. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.Luna Flooring

Do not believe the hype, or their marketing that they give 100% satisfaction guarantee. It's patently false, in my recent experience. My carpet install was about 3 weeks ago. During the installation the two gentlemen who installed were professional and a pleasure to work with. During the last part of the installation something occurred that left black stains on the newly installed carpet. The gentlemen did everything they could to fix it but were unable to remove the stain. I was told they would contact me and return to patch the area affected. Well guess what? I never heard from ****. There was not even what should be a standard customer satisfaction check to ensure that I'm happy with the install and carpeting. The 1 star is for the installers ONLY. Since then I have initiated ALL contact to remedy this issue. I was told I would have an answer for this issue on 7/27/23. I have still not heard anything. I work in the *************** industry and will ensure to never have my clients or colleagues use a company that is so careless with their customers and ensuring their own work.Luna Flooring

**** came out, gave a great quote for what price that I was thinking my carpet was going to be, an installer crew was at my house in 2 days and took care of the whole job. I love my new carpet. Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from, but my experience was great.Luna Flooring

This was the worst experience of my life, they cancelled my order because of their mistake, I would advice the public to not do business with this company, they treated me unfairly and I dont appreciate it, I waited almost a month, installers came to my home twice without materials and then Im told to pay more, I have a contract and the contract is binding and they still cancelled my orderLuna Flooring

Flooring installed 9/2020 with only a 1 year warranty available. It is known now why they only offer 1 year 3/2022 called to look at what options are available as flooring is lifted, uneven and broken in some areas and was not installed seamlessly to the walls/cabinets in the kitchen. It is jagged and uneven with gaps. Spoke with representative who was firm about their 1 year warranty and there was no other options besides having the floors removed and install new flooring all out of the expense of the customer. Months later, we pulled out our oven to do some cleaning and discovered that the Luna flooring was not installed under the appliance and installed around the appliances. This is when it was discovered there was no subflooring installed and the actual flooring was not suitable without sub flooring due to large gaps/valleys raging from 1-3 in between the boards. This has created the unevenness of the floor which also is creating planks to lift at the seams when walking over it. Called again and received same response about floors and that we could pay for someone to come out and evaluate the status of the floors of which we declined as this should be complementary and should be fixed. With only having the floors almost 3 years now, they have created a lip that when walking you can injure your toe if not careful. Overall, very poorly installed flooring. Would not recommend this company for laminate. Additionally, carpet was installed at the same time on the second floor of which we had to remove in 1 room due to the carpet being cut too short and inability to be stretched to the carpet brackets. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get anywhere with **** and will need to replace these floors with another company at my expense.Luna Flooring

I give **** a big fat ZERO. The company tells you one thing, then do another. They said they could install carpet on my stairs without removing the rails from my electric chair but when the person came out to lay the carpet he said it couldn't be done. I specifically asked them if they could before they ran my credit. They assured me it had been done before. Now my credit has been ran unnecessarily. I hope this doesn't cause me any future problems if I need to purchase something else.Luna Flooring

SCAM ARTISTS!!! If there was an option to give zero or negative stars I would. I had a salesperson come into my home and tell me that the floors I purchased were waterproof and not water resistant. And that I had a lifetime warranty for all dings and scratches. It turns out none of that was accurate. There were scratches and dents in some of the boards after installation and they were going to charge me to fix it. This was a week after putting them in I found it.The fact that they lied to my face and sold me on a product and warranty they knew they did not have is illegal and wrong. What is even worse is that they refused to acknowledge it and make it right.This company is running a scam and will lie to get you to purchase. And when you ask for documentation they say they will send it to you after completion. Never happened and that is because nothing of what they said was accurate. How is this allowed?Luna Flooring
